中英高校学生自治组织的比较及思考
高校学生自治组织是大学生行使自身权力的机构,也是学生进行自我管理和自我教育的一个载体,更是学校管理学生的一种运营模式。目前,我国的高校自治组织取得了极大发展,但中国的学生自治和英国相比,虽然形式相近但内涵确有很大不同。通过中英高校学生自治组织的对比分析,提出了英国高校学生自治组织发展对我国高校管理的启示,为我国高校自治组织的发展提供参考
Species,Geography Distribution and Resource of Chondrichthian Fishes of China
中国的软骨鱼类记录种类达236种,渤海海区11种,黄海海区49种,东海海区125种,台湾海峡75种,台湾周边海区161种,南海海区158种.软骨鱼类的地理分布受到水温、水深和海流等环境因子的影响.全球鲨鱼资源的衰退已经引起全世界的关注.许多国家对鲨鱼渔获量增加对某些鲨鱼种群造成的影响表示关切.中国有丰富的软骨鱼类资源,主要捕捞产区在中国南方.中国软骨鱼类资源尚未出现大规模的衰退迹象,但面临着越来越大的捕捞压力.有必要制定涉及周边国家和地区的区域性鲨鱼保护的有关措施,以维系中国鲨鱼资源的可持续利用.Chondrichthian fishes of China,as noted at present,are represented by 236 species,Bo Sea has 11 species,Yellow Sea has 49 species,East China Sea has 125 species,Taiwan Strait has 75 species,the Area around Taiwan has 161 species,South China Sea has 158 species.The geography distribution of Chondrichthian fishes is influenced by water temperature,water depth and ocean current.The world has paid attention to the decline of the shark resource.Many countries are deeply concerned at the influence on some shark population by increasing the catch.There are abundant resource of the Chondrichthian in China which southward sea is the mostly fishery area.The stock of Chondrichthian fishes is more and more confronted with compressive stress although it is still not extensive decline.It is necessary to establish a conservation and management regional plan of sharks which deal with neighboring countries and zone
A Study on ovary development of Sardinella aurita in Minnan-Taiwan Shoal Fishing Ground
闽南-台湾浅滩渔场金色小沙丁鱼(SArdInEllAAurITA)的卵母细胞发育可分为6个时相。第2时相中期卵母细胞胞质分为内外两层,印母细胞中印黄物质的发生和积累情况为:卵黄泡先出现于印膜内缘区域,层数逐渐增多;印黄颗粒出现于印黄泡之间,逐渐向核区扩展;最后出现的是油滴,它位于核周区域。产卵后未排出的第3、4、5时相印母细胞的退化主要是靠颗粒细胞的吞噬作用进行的。根据成熟系数和组织学结果判断闽南-台湾浅滩渔场的金色小沙丁鱼属多次产卵类型,每年至少产卵2次,4~6月为产卵盛期。The development of ovary and oocytes and the changes of gonadosomatic index(GSI) ofSardinella aurita in Minnan-Taiwan Shoal Fishing Ground are studied annually.The oogen-esis can be divided into six phases.In the middle of the second phase,cytoplasm is composedof two layers, the inner and the outer layers.In the oocytes of the fish, three kinds ofvitelline elements, in, yolk vesicles, yolk globules and oil droplets appear at this stage.Theyolk vesicles first appear at the edge of the membrane of oocytes- with the development of theoocytes .they turn into several layers.At the end of the development,they are depressed bythe yolk globules, which lie between the yolk vesicdes.The yolk globules extend toward thenucleus gradually.The oil droplets lie in the periphery of the nucleus.The yolk of degenerat-ing oocytes is phagocytized by granulosa cell.While the thecal layer does not proliferate orinvade the oocyte by remaining as a thin layer covering the granulosa cell.The study indi-cates that the females may spawn at least twice during a slngle spawnlng season.The rea-sons are as follows: 1)The development of oocytes is asyncronous type and the mature o-varies contain groups of oocytes at various maturation stages at the same time; 2)The annualvariation of the gonadosometic index (GSI)has two peaks;3)A protracted spawning seasonoccurrs from March to July.The peak spawning activity occurrs from April to June.福建省自然科学基金!C9600
Preparation of Intercalated Layered Double Hydroxides and Its Adsorption of Phosphate in Biogas Slurry
通过恒定PH法成功合成了均苯四甲酸插层的锌铝类水滑石(zn2Al-PMA-ldHS),考察了它的特征结构及组成通式,并对沼液中磷的吸附性能进行了研究.结果表明,zn2Al-PMA-ldHS对四川遂宁沼气工程所产沼液中磷的吸附性能要大大优于未插层的锌铝类水滑石(zn2Al-Cl-ldHS).当吸附剂用量为0.1g/l时,zn2Al-PMA-ldHS在4H内,对沼液中磷的吸附量由未插层前的11.58Mg/g提高了约248%,达到40.31Mg/g.同时该吸附剂对沼液中磷酸根的吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型,吸附等温线表现为lAngMuIr型.用0.1 MOl/l nAOH溶液对吸附后的zn2Al-PMAldHS进行解吸再生,经过4个循环周期,其对沼液中磷的吸附量仍能达到首次吸附量的70%左右.ZnAl layered double hydroxides intercalated with pyromellitic acid(Zn2Al-PMA-LDHs)was synthetized at pH of 8.0±0.2to maintain the coprecipitation at low supersaturation.The structure and composition of Zn2Al-PMA-LDHs were investigated,and the general formula was confirmed.Results indicated that Zn2Al-PMA-LDHs had a better adsorbability for phosphate than the controlled Zn2Al-Cl-LDHs in biogas slurry from Biogas Engineering of Suining Sichuang.The phosphate uptake of Zn2Al-PMALDHs was 40.31mg/g when the adsorption dose was 0.1g/L in 4h,however,the phosphate uptake of Zn2Al-Cl-LDHs was only11.58mg/g.The adsorption process followed pseudo-second-order kinetics,and the adsorption isotherms showed a good fit with a Langmuir-type equation.The desorption of phosphates from Zn2Al-PMA-LDHs can be achieved using 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution.And the phosphate uptake of Zn2Al-PMA-LDHs after 4adsorption/desorption cycles was about 70% of that in the first cycle.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目(2013CB733505
