Impacts of mercury stress on Avicennia marina seedlings eco-physiology
为了解红树植物的重金属抗性机制,对白骨壤(AVICEnnIA MArInA)幼苗进行不同浓度Hg2+(1、5、10、50、100 Mg.l-1)的胁迫实验,测定并分析了Hg2+胁迫对白骨壤幼苗叶片的光合作用和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:叶片净光合速率随着胁迫时间的延长而降低,高浓度(≥50 Mg.l-1)Hg2+胁迫下叶片的净光合速率低于中低浓度胁迫,且高浓度胁迫的叶片净光合速率在48 H后快速下降;叶片净光合速率与胞间二氧化碳浓度呈极显著负相关,叶绿素含量随Hg2+浓度的增加而降低。气孔导度在不同浓度胁迫下反应不同,低浓度Hg2+对白骨壤幼苗光合的影响可能是气孔因素,中高浓度Hg2+对白骨壤幼苗光合作用的抑制主要是非气孔因素。低浓度Hg2+胁迫,白骨壤幼苗叶片SOd、POd活性升高,表现了一定的抗逆性,而高浓度表现为抑制作用,基本在100 Mg.l-1Hg2+胁迫下活性达到最低值。说明Hg2+可以抑制白骨壤叶片的光合活性,高浓度Hg2+胁迫削弱了白骨壤的活性氧清除能力,植物极易受到伤害。In order to understand the heavy metals resistance mechanism of mangrove,a stress experiment with the seedlings of mangrove species Avicennia marina from Fujian Province was conducted to study the impacts of different concentration(1,5,10,50,and 100 mg·L-1) mercury(Hg2+) on the seedlings leaf photosynthesis and antioxydase activities.With the increase of added Hg2+ concentration and exposure time,the seedlings leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and chlorophyll content decreased.Under the stress of high concentration Hg2+(≥50 mg·L-1),the decrement of Pn was higher than that under the stress of low concentration Hg2+,and the Pn decreased rapidly after 48 h.There was a significantly negative correlation between Pn and extracellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci).The chlorophyll content decreased with increasing Hg2+ concentration.The stomatal conductance(Gs) had different responses to the stress of different Hg2+ concentration.At low Hg2+ concentration,stomatal factors could limit the photosynthesis;while at high Hg2+ concentration,non-stomatal factors could be the main causes inhibiting photosynthesis.Low Hg2+ concentration promoted the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase,while high Hg2+ concentration inhibited the activities of the two enzymes,being the lowest under the stress of 100 mg Hg2+·L-1.All the results implied that Hg2+ could inhibit the leaf photosynthesis of A.marina,and high concentration Hg2+ impaired the active oxygen elimination capability of A.marina,making the plants easily to be damaged.国家自然科学基金项目(40676064)资
价键方法中的非活性轨道优化新算法
本文通过引进一组正交的辅助非活性轨道和与它正交的辅助活性轨道,将价键理论方法中的冻核近似推广到轨道非正交的情形,得到了体系能量及其对非活性轨道的梯度解析表达式,简化了价键自洽场方法中非正交轨道能量梯度的计算.该方法的标度为(Na+1)m4,其中Na和m分别是活性轨道和基函数的个数.分析表明,与现有的其他算法相比较,该方法具有更低的计算标度,因而计算效率更高
Formation and solving for the micro-waves of fly-cut surface introduced by spindle error
为分析超精密飞切机床加工表面微波纹的形成机理,研究了主轴回转误差信息提取与表面形貌仿真技术,获取微波纹误差来源并研究解决方案。首先,在超精密飞切机床主轴上搭载五通道在线电容位移检测系统,并对采集到的信号进行误差分析提取。然后,建立飞切加工表面微观形貌三维仿真模型,仿真分析主轴误差引入的加工表面微波纹,并与表面检测结果比对确定误差来源。最后,通过调整主轴电机控制系统抑制该误差。三维仿真和实测结果相吻合,证实超精密飞切机床主轴转速波动导致的回转误差造成了工件表面1 Hz左右的规律性条纹,对主轴转速控制系统进行数字化改造后,基本消除了该因素导致的表面微波纹,表面粗糙度从5 nm以上抑制到2 nm左右,PV值优于10 nm。超精密飞切机床主轴转速波动会对飞切加工表面微观形貌以及表面粗糙度产生显著影响,需至少控制在0.5 r/min以内。In order to find out the formation mechanism of micro-waves on the fly-cut surface,the spindle motion error was sampled and a 3D topography simulation model was compiled. Firstly,a nano-class testing and evaluation system was established on the fly cutting machine,the displacement data was sampled and the spindle motion error was analyzed.Then a 3D surface profile topography simulation model was established to analyze the micro-waves caused by the spindle motion error. The simulated surface was compared with the measured surface to find out the error sources. Finally,the characteristics of spindle were improved by adjusting the control system of the spindle motor. The simulated 3D surface profile topography was similar to that of the measured profile,which verified that the macro-waves was caused by the undulate of the spindle speed. When the spindle characteristics was improved,the macro-waves caused by the spindle motion error almost disappeared,and the surface roughness reduced from more than 5 nm to 2 nm. It is thus concluded that the undulate of ultra-precision fly cutting machine spindle speed causes macro-waves on the work-piece surface,and the undulate spindle speed must less than 0. 5 r / min.基金项目:高档数控机床与基础制造装备《强激光光学元件超精密制造关键装备研制》(2013ZX04006011-102-001
Simultaneous Determination of Ultra-trace Level of As,Sb,Bi,Ge,Sn and Hg in Coastal and Estuarine Seawater by Chemical Vapor Generation and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
建立了化学蒸汽发生(CVg)电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP MS)同时测定近岸及河口海水中超痕量AS、Sb、bI、gE、Sn和Hg元素的方法。研究了CVg过程中kbH4、盐酸和硫脲的浓度以及样品流速、载气流速、海水样品盐度等对方法分析性能的影响。结果表明,在0.70%盐酸、0.10 g/l硫脲、11.0 g/l硼氢化钾、载气0.40 l/MIn条件下,6种待测元素的信噪比最高。优化实验条件下,AS、Sb、bI、gE、Sn和Hg的质量浓度在0.1~5.0μg/l内呈良好线性,相关系数不低于0.996 6;方法对0.1μg/l加标样品的相对标准偏差(rSd,n=5)为3.9%~8.9%,实际海水样品的加标回收率为89%~112%;方法的流程空白为0.012~0.036μg/l,定量下限(lOQS,10σ)在0.006 7~0.026μg/l之间,可满足近岸及河口海水样品中超痕量元素测定的需要。A chemical vapor generation(CVG) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric(ICP MS) method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of ultra-trace level of As,Sb,Bi,Ge,Sn,and Hg in coastal and estuarine seawater.Effects of operating parameters,including concentrations of KBH4,HCl and thiourea,pump flow rate and carrier gas flow rate on analytical performance were studied.The results showed that good signal to noise(S/N) ratios for all the analysed elements were obtained when 0.70% HCl,0.10 g/L thiourea,11.0 g/L KBH4,and 0.40 L/min carrier gas were used in the CVG procedure.The relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=5) for 0.10 μg/L spiked sample were in the range of 3.9%-8.9%.The spiked recoveries for the seawater samples were between 89% and 112%.The method blanks were in the range of 0.012-0.036 μg/L.The limits of quantitation(LOQs,10σ) for the developed method were obtained between 0.006 7 μg/L and 0.026 μg/L.The method could be applied in the simultaneous determination of As,Sb,Bi,Ge,Sn and Hg in coastal and estuarine seawater.近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室自主创新项目(MELRI0703
