转型期地方政府投资行为与经济增长
在中国经济转型的过程中,地方政府具有相对独立的经济利益,成为推动我国经济快速增长的行为主体,其采取了许多措施扩大本地投资,促进经济增长。在"GDP竞赛"目标的推动下,地方政府不断地加大直接投资,由此带来的经济增长势必会使得资本在中国经济增长中的作用越来越显著。同时,这种增长是以减少整个社会的福利和降低资源配置效率为代价的。应该不断规范各级地方政府的投资行为:首先要进一步界定地方政府职能;其次应当加强硬预算约束;最后应当完善政绩考核机制
中国转型式制度冲击与宏观经济波动——基于改革开放30年数据的实证研究
本文就改革开放以来制度变革冲击对我国宏观经济波动的影响这一经验事实进行了研究。通过构建中国经济转型的制度变革指数,对我国宏观经济波动和转型式制度冲击波动的关联性和互动性进行了分析。分析发现,自我国经济转型以来,制度变革冲击对宏观经济波动的影响明显。转型制度冲击对宏观经济波动的影响周期更长,同时其冲击影响具有递减性;在各个转型变革中,非国有化冲击对宏观经济波动的贡献率最大;转型式制度冲击对宏观经济波动产生冲击需要一定的时滞,这符合制度变量对宏观经济影响的性质特征。2009教育部研究基地重大项目“转轨深化、经济结构调整与可持续发展”(2009JJD790039);教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目的资金资助;2009国家社科基金一般项目“新中国60年经济发展与制度变迁的互动关系与经验教训研究”(09BJL002)
Influence of UV-irradiation on the Composition of Fatty Acids in the Vegetable Oil
采用酯化衍生-气相色谱/质谱法分析了5种市售植物油中的10种脂肪酸,脂肪酸总量在葵花籽油和玉米油中最高,在花生油和菜籽油中最低,橄榄油居中。组成分布特征以油酸和亚油酸占绝对优势(84.8%~94.7%),但橄榄油中油酸和亚油酸的比值为1.0,显著高于其他油脂。500 W汞灯作光源,模拟光照24 h后,脂肪酸整体都呈现下降趋势,其中葵花籽油的下降幅度最大(50%),而玉米油的下降幅度最小(30%);随光照时间延长,油酸与亚油酸的比值呈逐渐升高的趋势,但反油酸与油酸的比值虽有所降低,但不同油脂之间差异较大。总体而言,光照可以降低植物油的营养价值成分,在贮藏和使用过程中,应尽量避光保存。A total of 10 fatty acids in 5 kinds of vegetable oil bought from local supermarket were analyzed using esterification-GC/MS.The highest concentrations of fatty acids were found in sunflower seed oil and maize oil,followed by olive oil,peanut oil and colza oil.The composition of fatty acids in vegetable oil was characterized by very high oleic acid and linoleic acid,accounting for 84.8%-94.7% of the total fatty acids.The ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid was 1.0,which was much higher than those in other oils.A 500 W mercury lamp was used to produce UV light source and the irradiation period was set as 0,8,16 and 24 h,respectively.The highest loss of fatty acids was found in sunflower seed oil(around 50%) while the lowest loss was found in maize oil(around 30%).The ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid increased with irradiation time,while the ratio of trans oleic acid to oleic acid showed slight decrease trends and varied from oil to oil.In general,the vegetable oil needed to keep in dark place during the storage and in use in order guarantee the quality
EFFECT OF STRUCTURAL RELAXATION ON THE DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF A Zr64.13Cu15.75Ni10.12Al10 BULK METALLIC GLASS UNDER NANOINDENTATION
Structural relaxation by isothermal annealing below the glass transition temperature is conducted on a Zr64.13Cu15.75Ni10.12Al10 bulk metallic glass. The effect of structural relaxation on thermal and mechanical properties was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and instrumented nanoindentation. The recovery of the enthalpy in the DSC curves indicates that thermally unstable defects were annihilated through structural relaxation. During nanoindentation, the structural relaxation did not have a significant influence on the serrated plastic flow behavior. However, Structural relaxation shows an obvious effect in increasing both the hardness and elastic modulus, which is attributed to the annihilation of thermally unstable defects that resulted from the relaxation
Relationship Between Stressful Life Events and Mental Health of Middle School Students in Dalian
目的:考察大连市中学生面临的主要应激生活事件及其与心理健康的关系。方法:采用自编的青少年生活事件量表、SCL-90对大连市1024名初一至高三的中学生进行了测查。结果:①探索性因素分析得出大连市中学生目前面临的生活事件可以分为学业压力、学校人际关系问题、异性关系、与父母沟通不良、家庭经济困难、家庭重大变故和社会事件七种类型; ②方差检验表明,在家庭重大变故、学业压力、家庭经济困难、异性关系问题和社会事件上存在显著的年级差异(P<0.01-0.05),在学校人际关系问题、与父母沟通不良、异性关系问题和社会事件上存在显著的性别差异(P<0.01-0.05),在学校人际关系问题和家庭经济困难上存在显著的年级和性别交互作用(P<0.01-0.05); ③生活事件的类型与心理症状之间存在显著的对应关系。结论:大连市中学生面临的应激生活事件可以分为与家庭、学校和社会有关的七种类型,并存在一定的年级和性别差异; 不同类型的生活事件对中学生心理健康的影响不同
AN INVERSE METHOD OF PILE FAULTS′ IDENTIFICATION VIA FITTING STRESS WAVE CURVES
通过建立桩 -土系统的力学模型 ,给出了考虑桩土相互作用的应力波动方程的特征线解法 ,继而应用优化方法对桩身缺陷进行定量识别 ,在识别中利用完整桩的土参数反演以及对缺陷桩进行等效波阻抗反演和缺陷认定。数值模拟和工程桩实例表明 ,本方法对缺陷桩不仅能够较好地识别出来 ,而且对一次缺陷或二次缺陷的判断具有较高的反演精度。A mathematic model for pile-soil system is established. The method of characteristic lines to solve the stress wave equations is proposed considering the interactions of pile and soil.The optimization method can be used to quantitatively detect the faults in piles, where the soil parameters inversed from a model with complete pile are used to inverse the equivalent stress wave impedance for others with damaged piles and then identify their corresponding faults. Numerical examples of the simulation for experimental piles and of the detection for engineering piles show that the method gives the quite accurate results, especially for those with primary or secondary faults
THE ANALYSIS OF FLOOR RESPONSE SPECTRUM IN EQUIPMENT-STRUCTURE INTERACTION FORM IN FREQUENCY DOMAIN
直接从由建筑物和设备组成的主次结构耦合系统各自的动力特性出发,考虑主次结构间调谐、干扰、非经典阻尼等因素的影响,推导出频率传递函数和次结构的加速度均方根响应,并由此进一步得到楼层的加速度均方根反应谱。这一方法避免了求解联合系统的复特征值和动力方程出现病态等问题,大大简化了计算过程。最后在算例中就次结构的阻尼比、质量比、安装楼层及场地土等因素对楼层加速度均方根反应谱的影响进行了讨论,算例表明,质量比是决定能否采用古典谱的关键因素,场地土对反应谱的影响也不容忽视。Based on the dynamic properties of the primary-secondary coupling structural system composed of an equipment and a structure,the frequency transfer function and the root mean square of acceleration response of the equipment are deduced directly,and the factors including tuning,interaction and non-classical damping have been taken into consideration in the process of deduction.Furthermore,the floor response spectrum of the root mean square of acceleration is obtained.Since the calculation of the complex eigenvalue problem and the ill-conditioned equation of motion of the combined system are avoided in this approach,the procedure of calculation is simplified greatly.In the end,the influencing factors on the floor response spectrum are discussed,including damping ratio,mass ratio,the location of the equipment and the soil of the building site.As shown in the numerical example,the mass ratio is the key factor in deciding whether the classical floor response spectrum may be used or not,and the influence of the soil of the building site should not be ignored
