    Retargeting of Heterogeneous Document to Improve Reading Experience

    人们越来越多的依赖于移动终端设备阅读各种数字内容。这些设备在屏幕分辨率、长宽比等参数上的差异对数字内容的处理提出了新的挑战,图像适配成了近年的研; 究热点。各种内容敏感的方法被提出以解决如何在图像缩放时减少重要物体的严重扭曲。然而,对于以图像形式存在的、包含不同元素的异构文档,由于其分辨率一; 般比较高,在小尺寸的移动设备上只能部分显示以保证可读性,用户不得不频繁地进行缩放、平移以阅读整个文档,极大的影响了阅读效率。为此提出了一种针对异; 构文档的适配方法,通过对文档布局的局部分析,自动抽取得到用户拟阅读的矩形区域,并适配到屏幕上,避免了繁琐的缩放、平移操作,极大地提高了阅读的效率; 。People rely more and more on mobile devices to read various digital; contents. The variation on parameters such as screen resolution, aspect; ratio of these devices presents new challenges on digital content; processing. Image retargeting has become popular in the past decade.; Various content-aware methods are presented to reduce the distortion of; important object when the image is scaled. However, for those bitmap; represented heterogeneous documents which contains various elements, due; to the high resolution, it can only be partially displayed on devices; with small screen region. Frequently switch between scale and translate; are required to read the whole document, which obviously affect user's; reading experience. We propose a retargeting method for heterogeneous; document. We firstly analysis the layout of document in a local manner,; and then extract the appropriate rectangular reading area and resize it; to match the screen.     Progress in Proton-Exchange Membranes for Direct Methanol Fuel Cells

    本文对直接甲醇燃料电池 (DMFC)质子交换膜的要求及目前的研究状况作了简要的概述 ,特别是从基膜材料结构角度进行分类 ,较详细地介绍分析以Nafion膜为代表的全氟磺酸膜的各种改性研究及以PBI、PEEK、PSU等基膜材料为代表的聚芳环系列的DMFC质子交换膜的研究情况。总结了质子交换膜的一些研究方法 ,对直接甲醇燃料电池质子交换膜的发展前景进行了探讨The recent research progress of the proton exchange membranes for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) including the requests and the methods were briefly reviewed in this paper. The details of the Nafion membrane and its modifications, the arylene main chain polymers such as polybenzimidazole (PBI), polyetherketone (PEEK) and polyethersulfone(PSU) membranes and their modifications, based on the structures of the membrane materials, were especially described.     Study on the performances of primary alkaline Zn-NiOOH/MnO_2 battery

    [中文文摘]研制了以NiOOH与MnO2混合作正极活性物质、锌为负极的新一代实用碱性一次电池,弥补了目前广泛使用的碱锰电池大负荷放电性能不佳的缺陷。这种碱性Zn-NiOOH/MnO2电池1000mA大负荷放电至1.2V高压段的容量比碱锰电池提高了3.6倍,71!高温储存7d后,再放电至1.2V时容量保持率可达到73.8%,在室内储存1a后1000mA放电至1.2V的容量保持率还可达到85.6%。对这一新型电池在不同负荷下的放电容量和储存性能也进行了研究。[英文文摘]A new primary alkaline battery composing of NiOOH / MnO2 cathode and zinc anode was developed. This new type battery improved the performances of conventional primary alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery, which has not good heavy load discharge characteristic. The fresh capacity of primary alkaline Zn-NiOOH / MnO2 battery discharge at constant 1 000 mA to 1.2 V is 3.6 times higher than that of primary alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery. The capacity remain of Zn-NiOOH / MnO2 battery after storage at 71℃ for 7 d is 73.8%, and capacity remain after storage atroom for 1 year is 85.6%.Also,the discharge and storage perform ances of prim ary Zn-NiooH/Mno2 battery at different loads were studied

    The infection of primary avian tracheal epithelial cells with infectious bronchitis virus

    Here we introduce a culture system for the isolation, passaging and amplification of avian tracheal epithelial (ATE) cells. The ATE medium, which contains chicken embryo extract and fetal bovine serum, supports the growth of ciliated cells, goblet cells and basal cells from chicken tracheas on fibronectin- or matrigel-coated dishes. Non-epithelial cells make up less than 10% of the total population. We further show that ATE cells support the replication and spread of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV). Interestingly, immunocytostaining revealed that basal cells are resistant to IBV infection. We also demonstrate that glycosaminoglycan had no effect on infection of the cells by IBV. Taken together, these findings suggest that primary ATE cells provide a novel cell culture system for the amplification of IBV and the in vitro characterization of viral cytopathogenesis

    Exploitation of battery design database based on delphi structural language

    用Delphi结构化语言实现了电池设计的数据库系统。知识库采用了Paradox数据库,链接了TTable和TQuery组件,为数据库提供了添加、修改和查询等强大功能。推理机采用精确计算与选择相结合的方法来确定符合条件的半反应电对。利用了面向对象的Windows编程方式,窗口界面友好直观和易于使用。而且系统安装后,可脱离Delphi独立运行。The database system for battery design was programmed using Delphi 7 structural language. A Paradox-type database was employed in the knowledge base, which provided strong function, such as appending, modification and search etc. To determinate the desire half equation, accurate computation combining with fuzzy selection was a dopted in the inference engine. The friendly window interfaces can be easily emploied since a windows-type OOD programming method was used.     含氟硅低表面能共聚物的制备与表征

    将丙烯酸六氟丁酯和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷与(甲基)丙烯酸(酯)进行共聚,合成含氟硅共聚物。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和热重分析(TGA)对共聚物的结构和性能进行表征,并测试了共聚物膜的吸水率及对水和油的接触角。XPS结果表明,共聚物膜表面的F和Si元素相对物质的量明显高于150 nm深处,同时共聚物膜对水和油的静态接触角分别达到110°和80°以上,说明F、Si元素自组装迁移,形成了低表面能表面;TGA研究结果表明,共聚物膜的热分解温度从195℃提高到226℃,升温过程中分解速率明显降低。该含氟硅共聚物具有良好的热稳定性、低的吸水率和良好的疏水防污性

    Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Studies on Inhibitive Performance of Aluminum Triphosphate Pigment

    利用电化学阻抗谱研究了方解石及三聚磷酸铝环氧涂层的耐蚀性能 ,并提出了它们的作用机理 .结果表明 ,方解石只起体质颜料作用 ,不具备缓蚀性能 ;而三聚磷酸铝因在钢基表面作用形成致密的保护膜则表现出优良的缓蚀性能 .The epoxy coatings on A3 steel sheets containing calcite or aluminum triphosphate (AlTP), were investigated by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that calcite pigment is not an inhibitor, but an extender pigment, and that AlTP pigment can considerably enhance the protective performance of epoxy coating.
