    纳税信用评级制度对企业技术创新的影响

    基于纯手工收集整理的上市企业纳税信用评级数据和2014-2016年A股上市企业数据,本文分析了纳税信用评级结果为A对企业技术创新的具体效应及影响机制。研究表明,纳税信用评级结果为A对企业创新产出和创新效率均具有显著的促进效应,且这一效应在地区税收征管力度较差地区更加明显。稳健性检验、倾向得分匹配回归和工具变量回归证明这一结论是可信的。机制研究表明,纳税信用评级结果为A可以通过外源融资机制、营销机制和公司治理机制等渠道促进企业技术创新。本文的研究结果在一定程度上拓展了税收征管和企业技术创新相关研究,也为创新政府对微观企业的管理方式,注重发挥税收征管治理作用提供了重要的政策借鉴

    在某大型雕塑作品的设计中,风力作用下雕塑结构的顶点位移至关重要,它决定了作品能否实现预想中风吹草舞的景观效果。由于该雕塑不是单一结构,它的各组成部分之间的流场干扰将对风荷载下的结构响应产生较大的影响,所以为了对景观效果进行预测,同时进一步验证结构在设计风速下的安全性,在按规范进行风荷载校核之外,该文建立了一种流固耦合的计算技术,对雕塑结构进行了细致的分析。首先将该耦合方法应用于单一结构进行验证分析,通过结构顶点最大位移的计算值与规范估算公式所得值的比较验证了该文方法的准确性;在此基础上针对复杂雕塑结构进行了耦合分析,给出了在不同强风条件下结构顶点的位移响应特性;然后对不同风强条件下的安全性进行了评估,确立了该雕塑作品在实际风条件下的适用性

    半导体的能级结构和金属-半导体异质结的结构及性质对金属-半导体复合材料的导电性能具有重要影响.优化半导体相的能级结构和金属-半导体接触界面的势垒是增强金属-半导体型复合电极材料导电能力,提高复合电极材料储锂性能的重要途径.采用水热反应-原位热还原法制备石墨烯包覆Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料.根据SEM和Xrd研究结果,Cu2+1O(金属过剩型Cu2O)和Cu复合体被均匀包裹在柔性石墨烯层中.充放电结果表明,石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料电极具有较高的充放电容量和优异的循环性能,50 MA g-1充放电的首周充电和放电比容量分别为773和438 MA H g-1,60周的容量保持率为84%;同时也具有很好的倍率性能,表明石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料具有良好的金属-半导体异质结界面的结构和优异的导电性能.Materials with hybrid metal-semiconductor nanostructures,such as graphene-metal oxides and carbon nanotube-metal oxides,have been intensively exploited as electrode material for lithium ion batteries in recent years.It was found that the structures and properties of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor are essential for the conductance of the metal-semiconductor composite.It is thence believed that the conductance,and thus the lithium-storage performance,of the metal-semiconductor composite can be improved by tuning the structures of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor.Metal excess defects can occured in metal oxide crystals due to the anions are absent from their lattice sites or the presence of extra cations at interstitial sites.In the metal excess type metal oxide,the electric transport is mainly by "excess" electrons which are present for maintaining the electrical neutrality,and thus possesses a higher conductance.In this work,graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composites were successfully fabricated by using a hydrothermal reaction followed by an in situ thermal reduction.The structures,surface morphologies and the lithium-storage performances of the obtained materials were characterized and investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and galvanostatic discharge-charge techniques.In the obtained hybrid material,highly-crystallized Cu2+1O(Cu2O with metal excess defects) successfully formed during the heat treatment processes,Cu2+1O and Cu particles were homogeneously wrapped by flexible graphene sheets with a well defined core-shell structure.Constant current charge-discharge results showed that graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composite had a higher reversible capacity and excellent cycling stability,delivered a higher initial charge-discharge capacity of 773 and 438 mA h g-1at 50 mA g-1and superb cycling performance of 368 mA h g-1after 60 cycles,as well as a favorable rate capabilities and high rate cycling performances,indicating the high conductance and the optimized herterojunctions were achieved by the simultaneously introduction of metal excess defects,metallic copper and graphene in graphene-wrapped Cu2+1 O/Cu composites.国家自然科学基金创新研究群体科学基金(No.51221462); 江苏省研究生培养创新工程(No.CXZZ12_0943); 江苏高校优势学科建设工程资助~

    Formation and solving for the micro-waves of fly-cut surface introduced by spindle error

    为分析超精密飞切机床加工表面微波纹的形成机理,研究了主轴回转误差信息提取与表面形貌仿真技术,获取微波纹误差来源并研究解决方案。首先,在超精密飞切机床主轴上搭载五通道在线电容位移检测系统,并对采集到的信号进行误差分析提取。然后,建立飞切加工表面微观形貌三维仿真模型,仿真分析主轴误差引入的加工表面微波纹,并与表面检测结果比对确定误差来源。最后,通过调整主轴电机控制系统抑制该误差。三维仿真和实测结果相吻合,证实超精密飞切机床主轴转速波动导致的回转误差造成了工件表面1 Hz左右的规律性条纹,对主轴转速控制系统进行数字化改造后,基本消除了该因素导致的表面微波纹,表面粗糙度从5 nm以上抑制到2 nm左右,PV值优于10 nm。超精密飞切机床主轴转速波动会对飞切加工表面微观形貌以及表面粗糙度产生显著影响,需至少控制在0.5 r/min以内。In order to find out the formation mechanism of micro-waves on the fly-cut surface,the spindle motion error was sampled and a 3D topography simulation model was compiled. Firstly,a nano-class testing and evaluation system was established on the fly cutting machine,the displacement data was sampled and the spindle motion error was analyzed.Then a 3D surface profile topography simulation model was established to analyze the micro-waves caused by the spindle motion error. The simulated surface was compared with the measured surface to find out the error sources. Finally,the characteristics of spindle were improved by adjusting the control system of the spindle motor. The simulated 3D surface profile topography was similar to that of the measured profile,which verified that the macro-waves was caused by the undulate of the spindle speed. When the spindle characteristics was improved,the macro-waves caused by the spindle motion error almost disappeared,and the surface roughness reduced from more than 5 nm to 2 nm. It is thus concluded that the undulate of ultra-precision fly cutting machine spindle speed causes macro-waves on the work-piece surface,and the undulate spindle speed must less than 0. 5 r / min.基金项目:高档数控机床与基础制造装备《强激光光学元件超精密制造关键装备研制》(2013ZX04006011-102-001

    Effect of Annealing on the Properties of ZnO Films and Fabrication of Ultraviolet Photodetectors

    利用射频磁控溅射技术在SIO2/n-SI和石英玻璃衬底上制备了具有C轴择优取向的znO薄膜,研究了退火对znO薄膜特性的影响,并在以SIO2/n-SI为衬底、退火温度为900℃的薄膜上制作了Ag-znO-Ag肖特基型和Au-znO-Au光电导型MSM叉指结构的紫外探测器。所制作的两种MSM紫外探测器在350 nM波长紫外光照下电流增加,在紫外波段有较高的响应度,光响应度峰值在370 nM附近。The ZnO films were deposited on SiO2/n-Si and glass by RF magnetron sputtering.The films have a preferential c-axis orientation.The effect of annealing on the properties of ZnO films was investigated.Ag-ZnO-Ag schottky and Au-ZnO-Au photoconductive ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors were fabricated on the annealed films deposited on SiO2/n-Si,and had a metal-semiconductor-metal(MSM)structure with interdigital configuration.The current of the MSM photodetectors increases under 350 nm illuminated of the ultra violet light.The photoresponsivity of the photodetectors is high in the ultraviolet range and it has a maximum value at about 370 nm.安徽省高等学校省级优秀青年人才基金项目(2010SQRL094);安徽建筑工业学院硕博科研启动项目(2009-09-04

    探究白藜芦醇对小鼠皮层神经元兴奋性的影响

    目的探究白藜芦醇对小鼠皮层神经元兴奋性的影响。方法取1月龄雄性小鼠制备小鼠急性大脑前额叶皮层切片后,随机分为空白对照组与白藜芦醇组。实验过程中对照组不做处理,白藜芦醇组灌流液加入终浓度为100μmol·L-1的白藜芦醇溶液。采用电生理全细胞记录模式分别记录两组神经元的兴奋性突触后电流(sEPSC)、动作电位(AP)以及Cl-电流。结果与对照组比较,白藜芦醇组兴奋性电流幅度(Amplititude)与频率(Frequency)均降低,梯度电流刺激诱发的AP数目减少,Cl-电流的幅度与频率也明显降低。结论白藜芦醇具有抑制小鼠皮层神经元兴奋性的作用,其机制可能是抑制神经元兴奋性电流的作用优于抑制Cl-电流的作用。国家自然科学基金资助项目(81473740、81673627

    Population dynamics and nesting of three species of egret on Xiamen Dayu Island

    对厦门大屿岛白鹭保护区的夜鹭(nyCTICOrAXnyCTICOrAX)、白鹭(EEgrTAgArzETA)和池鹭(ArdEOlAbACHuS)进行种群动态和营巢观察研究。3种鸟的数量季节变化都很大,5~7月数量高峰期,每月总数都达5000只左右。5月底共5610只,3种鸟的比例分别为50.8%、32.0%和17.2%。4月开始大量在相思树梢上营巢,5月中至6月初巢数多达6000多个。结果表明,3种鸟都是厦门的繁殖鸟和留鸟This paper deals with the population dynamics and nesting of Nycticorax nycticorax, Egretta garzetta and Ardeola bacchus in the Egret Naturel Reserve on Xiamen Dayu Island.The number of three egret species vary greatly with the season.May, June and July is the peak seasons.When the total birds reach about 5000 in each month.Especially, 5610 birds are sighted in May,and three species account for 50.8%, 32.0% and 17.2%, respectively.In April, most egrets begin to nest on the branchs of Acacia confusa, and nests come to 6000 during middle May and the beginning of June.The results show that the three species of egret are all resident and breeding birds of the Island
