    姜玉环,厦门大学海洋与环境学院。 方珑杰,厦门大学海洋与环境学院。【中文摘要】中美两国都是海洋大国,对海岸带的合理开发和有效管理已成为中美两国海洋管理面临的共同现实问题。美国在海岸带综合管理理念上一直走在世界前列,依靠其制度的不断变革和创新,逐步迈向海岸带可持续发展的方向。中国海岸带资源开发与生态环境的可持续发展需要海岸带管理体制和政策、法律的不断完善,美国海岸带管理的实践经验和不断发展为中国提供了重要借鉴,本文重点讨论完善中国海岸带管理法律制度的对策,并提出建议。 【Abstract】As maritime powers, both the United States and China are facing the common issue of rational development and effective management of coastal zones. The United States, who has always been leading the world with its innovative concept of integrated coastal zone management, and relying on its ongoing institutional reform and innovation, is now gradually moving towards sustainable coastal zone development. China has yet to improve its coastal zone management system as well as relevant policies and laws in order to achieve sustainable development in coastal zone resource exploitation and ecological environment, while the United States' practical experience and continuous development of coastal zone management provide an important reference to China.     目的研究田基黄石油醚提取物与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联用对人肝癌HepG2细胞作用。方法用MTT法检测田基黄石油醚提取物和5-Fu单用和联用对HepG2细胞生长抑制的影响,用DAPI荧光染色法、Annexin-V/PI双染流式细胞术法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察两药对HepG2细胞形态学,诱导凋亡和细胞DNA降解的影响。结果田基黄石油醚提取物及5-Fu均对HepG2细胞有生长抑制作用,且有协同增效作用;DAPI染色结果表明联合给药引起的细胞核凋亡现象较单独给药组更明显;Annexin-V/PI双染流式细胞术法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法结果表明,联合给药诱导凋亡明显,有典型的凋亡"DNA梯形条带"。结论田基黄石油醚提取物与5-Fu联用后可提高HepG2细胞对5-Fu的敏感性,发挥促凋亡增效作用。ABSTRACT: AIM To study the synergistic effect of petroleum ether extracts from Hypericum japonicum Thunb. combined with 5-Fu on apoptosis of the human hepatoma HepG2. METHODS MTT assay was used for the measurement of tumor cell viability inhibition by petroleum ether extracts from Hypericum japonicum Thunb. with or without 5-fluorouracil. Similar tests were performed to study cell morphology,induced cell apoptosis,and DNA degradation by DAPI fluorescent staining,AnnexinV/PI double staining,and agarose gel electrophoresis,respectively. RESULTS Both petroleum ether extracts from Hypericum japonicum Thunb. and 5-Fu could inhibit the growth of HepG2 and their combination had synergistic effect and easy induction to HepG2 cell apoptosis with DNA ladder by above test methods. CONCLUSION Petroleum ether extracts from Hypericum japonicum Thunb. can significantly increase the sensitivity of HepG2 hepatoma cells to 5-Fu and induce their cells apoptosis.国家民委基金(12GXZ009);广西民族大学重点项目(2012MDZD041

    以含有CTAB的V2O5溶胶为电解液,采用电沉积法在不锈钢基体上沉积V2O5薄膜前体,经300℃烧结处理后制备了无黏结剂和导电剂的V2O5纳米薄膜电极。XRD测试表明该方法制备的V2O5薄膜是含水相的V2O5·n H2O,与未添加CTAB制备的薄膜相比,其层间距明显变大。FESEM和AFM测试发现CTAB辅助电沉积制备的V2O5薄膜具有粗糙多孔的表面形貌;XPS测试表明CTAB辅助电沉积制备的V2O5薄膜中含有更多的低价钒离子(V4+)。电化学测试发现该方法制备的V2O5薄膜具有优异的嵌/脱Na+循环稳定性;与未添加CTAB制备的薄膜相比,CTAB辅助电沉积制备的V2O5薄膜具有更好的电化学反应可逆性、更强Na+扩散性能和更高的储钠比容量,是一种非常有应用前景的钠离子电池正极材料

    阿尔秦南缘分布着大量的晚古生代康布铁堡组火山岩系,是许多铁矿、铜矿以及铅锌矿的赋矿围岩.阿尔泰南缘麦兹和克朗火山-沉积盆地内的钾-钠质流纹岩的年龄分别为396.7±1.4Ma和394.0±6.0Ma,结合近期研究成果,进一步表明阿尔泰南缘火山岩主要形成于晚古生代早期,锆石U-Pb年龄峰期在400Ma左右.钾-钠质流纹岩具有高硅(SiO2的含量范围为73%~ 82%)、高碱(总碱含量介于4%~7%)和过铝质(高A/CNK值>1)的特征,并见有白云母和黑云母的矿物组合,属于高硅高碱过铝质的钙碱性火山岩.此外,它们的Sr和Nd同位素分别为87Sr/86Sr=0.7074~0.7144,143Nd/144Nd=0.512072 ~0.512252,具有上地壳来源的特征,说明其岩石成因与初生地壳的部分熔融作用有着密切关系.结合区域地质背景分析,它们都产在与俯冲消减作用有关的陆缘岛弧的地质环境中.因此,我们推断本区钾-纳质流纹岩的原始岩浆为高硅高碱的花岗质岩浆,是由进入陆壳的高侵位玄武岩浆的底侵作用导致其上部地壳近固相线的低程度部分熔融的产物
