    Comprehensive research on character of collapse and fracture of thick and large overburden rock in cave mining

    大红山铁矿采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,形成了规模巨大的采动区域,上覆岩层厚度达627~750 m。为了掌握上覆岩层中崩落、开裂与高应力集中区的范围及发展趋势,防止突发性的大规模动力地压灾害的发生,矿山采取多通道微震监测技术、巷道观测和钻孔探测相结合的方法,对上覆岩层进行全面监测和研究。通过多通道微震监测技术对上覆岩体中高应力集中区破裂源进行高精度定位,确定高应力集中区及其变化过程,并据此推断开裂带的外边界;同时基于双力偶点源理论,分析得到震源破裂类型为以体积增加的张拉型为主、压剪切破坏与混合破坏为辅。在专门的巷道中,通过人工直接观察,确定崩落边界、开裂带的内、外边界;地表深钻孔探测作为辅助性手段,用来确定(验证)开裂带的外边界。将这3种技术手段结合起来对2011~2013年间上覆岩层不同时期的崩落带、开裂带与高应力集中区进行综合监测,得到不同时期高应力区、开裂带和崩落带的发展过程。研究表明,上覆岩层中崩落与开裂发展过程是一个缓慢渐进的过程,不会产生大规模的突变型崩塌冲击地压灾害。本文研究成果对矿山的安全生产具有重要的指导作用。A bulky mining-out area was formed at Dahongshan iron mine with sublevel caving method. The thickness of overburden is 627 to 750 meter. In order to understand the development of collapse area,fractured zone and high stress concentration zone in overburden so as to prevent the sudden large-scale and dynamic ground pressure disasters,micro-seismic monitoring,tunnel observation and borehole detection methods were used to carry out the comprehensive monitoring and research. Base on the precise location of fracture source with multi-channel micro-seismic monitoring technology,high-stress concentration zone and its developing trend were determined,and then the outer boundary was deduced. At same time,the analysis on fracture types of fracture source with double couples model showed that the tension fracture with volume-increasing accounted for majority of all sources,while the shear failure and mixed failure accounted for minority. The boundary of collapse area,external and internal boundaries of fractured area were determined directly through the artificial observation in special tunnels. The borehole detection as the auxiliary method was used to determine and validate the external boundary of fractured zone. A comprehensive monitoring and analysis were carried out to obtain the caving zone,cracking zone and high stress concentration area in overburden in different periods from 2011 to 2013. The development of high stress zone,cracking zone and caving zone in different periods were also obtained. The studies showed that the caving and cracking processes in overburden were slow and gradual. The sudden and dynamic large-scale collapse disaster would not occur.     Research on T Lymphocyte Subsets and NK Cells Activity in Peripheral Blood of Hypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

    目的:分析下咽鳞状细胞癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞活性情况,旨在为相关研究工作提供参考资料。方法:择取2011年6月-2016年5月本院收治的95例下咽鳞状细胞癌病患为病例组,另取此期间内来本院接受健康检查的72例志愿者为正常组。使用流式细胞仪对病患开展相关检查,分析病例组与正常组的淋巴细胞亚群、NK活性情况以及不同临床分期的下咽癌病患外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性之间的关系。结果:与正常组相比,病例组的NK细胞、总B淋巴细胞、总T淋巴细胞、辅助/抑制T细胞、辅助T细胞偏低(P0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患辅助T淋巴细胞比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者略高(P>0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患抑制T淋巴细胞值比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者低(P0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病患外周血NK细胞数比Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者略高(P>0.05)。结论:下咽鳞状细胞癌病患的免疫功能异常,且随着疾病的进展,细胞免疫和体液免疫均有所降低,证实免疫功能紊乱在疾病进展中发挥了一定作用。经流式细胞设备对外周静脉血淋巴细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性情况检测,可实现动态化检测癌症病患某阶段细胞免疫功能变化详情,此法方便简单,在指导治疗方案制定以及监测疾病预后方面,均体现出了一定效果,值得进一步推广

    Sarcomatoid Carcinoma of Hypopharynx: A Report of 5 Cases

    目的探讨下咽肉瘤样癌的临床及病理学特点,为下咽肉瘤样癌的诊治提供参考依据,提高对肉瘤样癌的诊断、治疗及其预后的认识。方法分析2010年1月—2014年9月我院治疗的5例下咽肉瘤样癌患者的临床资料,包括诊疗过程、病理特征等。结果 5例患者均经过不同的手术方式,其中咽后壁扩大切除1例,梨状窝扩大切除2例,全后、全下咽、全食管切除2例;肉瘤样癌肉瘤样成分与癌成分共存,且之间有一定的移行,CK、vimentin均表达阳性,P63阳性4例。5例患者均定期随访。结论下咽肉瘤样癌有其特殊的生物学行为及病理学特点,是一种不同于其他类型的恶性肿瘤,具有自身病理特征,预后情况各不相同,外科手术仍是首选治疗方法,术后辅助放化疗。Objective To explore the biological behavior and clinical features of the sarcomatoid carcinoma(SC) of hypopharynx for improving the diagnosis,treatment and judgment of prognosis of the tumor.Methods Clinical data,including treatment process and pathology features of the 5 cases of SC underwent operation in our department from January 2010 to September 2014 was analyzed retrospectively.Results All the five patients underwent different surgical procedures and all survived,one case received pharyngeal extended resection,tow cases received pyriform extended resection and tow cases received total throat、swallow、esophagectomy resection.The biological of sarcomatoid carcinoma of head and neck performed components and cancer components coexisted,and has a certain shift between them,CK and vimentin expressed was positive in all cases,P63 was positive in 4 cases.All patients were followed up regularly.Conclusion Sarcomatoid carcinoma of hypopharynx has its special biological behavior and pathology characteristics,it is different from other types of malignant tumors,and has its own pathological features,surgeryis is still the preferred method,postoperative assistance chemotherapy is needed

    通讯作者: [email protected][中文文摘]在南靖和溪亚热带雨林中分布有数种大蚊,美刺亮大蚊(Lim onia(Euglochina)sp.)是雨林中唯一观察到在圆蛛科蜘蛛网上栖息的大蚊.因此我们对美刺亮大蚊和圆蛛科蜘蛛在蜘蛛网上的同现行为进行了观察研究.借助扫描电镜技术,在比较了其他大蚊、蜘蛛等节肢动物前跗节超微结构的基础上,对美刺亮大蚊栖息于蜘蛛网行为学的形态学机制进行了初步解析.文中也对美刺亮大蚊的聚集行为与雨林温湿度的关系进行了记录.[英文文摘]There are several species of crane flies in Nanjing subtropical rainforest,whereas,the Limonia(Euglochina) sp.is the only one we observed resting on the spider web(primary thread favor).So,observation on co-occurrence behavior of Limonia(Euglochina) sp.with the Araneidae spiders in the same orb-web was conducted.Ultrastructure of the pretarsus of several species of crane flies and one spider species of Araneidae were scanned by SEM technology,in addition,the mechanism of hanging on the orb-web thread by Limonia (Euglochina )sp.was discu ssed in this paper by comparing the tarsal externalmorpho logy of Limonia (Euglochina )sp.with the others.
