One Method of Standard Recognition of Underwater Acoustic Signal

研究了制式识别的特征参数提取方法,以小波变换为主,结合瞬时频率统计算法、高阶谱等多种识别算法,对现有水下通信信号调制方式进行类间、类内识别,包括多载波（OFDM）和单载波（MFSK、MPSK和QAM）。仿真结果表明,文章所采用的方法在低信噪比下的识别概率均能保持在82%以上,具有较好的识别性能。This article did a research on themethod of characteristic parameter obtainment. Based on Wavelet Transform, instantaneous parameter extraction and higher-order cumulants are used to recognize the Underwater Sound Signal, including Single carrier（MFSK,MPSK, QAM） and multicarrier（OFDM）. EURATOM between European Nuclear Integration and World Nuclear Order, 1955-1958 : Integration, Independence and Proliferation

本稿は、1955 年から 57 年にかけて交渉が行われ、58 年 1 月1 日に成立した欧州原子力共同体（以下、ユーラトム）がどのように成立し、そして機能していったのかを、ユーラトムが 50 年代から 60 年代にかけて確立していったグローバルな核秩序の中にどのように位置づけられるのか念頭に置きながら、考察するものである。ユーラトムは、現在の欧州連合（EU）の前身を構成する共同体の一つであり、現在でも一定の役割を果たしている。しかし、ユーラトムの双子として生まれた共同市場の欧州経済共同体（EEC）がその後EU につながる土台を提供するほどの成功を収めたのとは対照的に、原子力共同体は急速にその存在意義を失い、そしてほぼ忘れられた共同体となった。ユーラトムとは何だったのか。本稿は、欧州各国の未公刊史料を用いて、ユーラトムをヨーロッパ統合というよりもむしろ、50 年代の後半から 60 年代にかけて形成されていく、核エネルギーの平和利用レジームや北大西洋条約機構（NATO）を含めたより広いグローバルな核秩序の中に位置付けようとする。その際、ユーラトムは、ヨーロッパがアメリカに対する協調と自立を求める相矛盾する狭間の中で成立した、ある種のエアポケットであるさまが描かれるであろう。This paper examines the historical process by which European Atomic Community (EURATOM) was established and gained its institutional functions. Special attention is paid to how EURATOM was placed in the Nuclear World Order which was being established gradually from 1950s to 1960s. EURATOM is the predecessor of one of the organizations which consists today’s EU still plays certain roles today. However, whereas the EEC, established simultaneously as EURATOM, succeed in providing the foundations of today’s EU, this atomic Community rapidly lost its raison d’être and is today almost forgotten. What was EURATOM? This paper scrutinize establishment of EURATOM, based on unpublished multi-archival materials, putting it in the context of global nuclear order in broader sense which include regime of peaceful use of nuclear energy and military alliance such as NATO whose strategy depended on nuclear weapons, rather than of European integration. Role of tumor protein D52 in tumor occurrence and development, and its potential application value in tumor diagnosis and therapy

肿瘤蛋白D52(TPD52)在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、肺癌、卵巢癌和血液系统恶性病变等多种肿瘤中高表达,可参与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移以及抑制DNA修复等生物学行为,并诱导机体产生对肿瘤的保护性免疫,是肿瘤诊断与分子靶向治疗中最有应用前景的候选蛋白之一。笔者对TPD52在肿瘤中发生发展的作用及其在肿瘤诊疗中潜在应用价值进行综述,旨在为TPD52进一步研究指明方向,更好实现其临床价值。Tumor protein D52(TPD52), which is involved in tumor cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis, inhibition of DNA repair and induction of protective immunity against tumor, is overexpressed in various cancers, such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer and blood system malignant lesions.
