    Photocatalytic degradation ability to direct fast scarlet 4BS of bamboo charcoal supported TiO_2 composite

    研究了TI O2/竹炭复合材料在紫外光作用下对直接耐酸大红4bS的催化降解情况。结果表明,TI O2含量为48.34%的复合材料对直接耐酸大红4bS的光催化降解效果最好。在紫外灯光照射下,复合材料投加量为120~160 g/l时,对100 Mg/l的直接耐酸大红4bS溶液可达到良好的降解效果;P H越小,降解率越好,在P H值为0.38时,对100 Mg/l的直接耐酸大红4bS溶液的降解率达99.14%;随直接耐酸大红4bS浓度的升高,降解率先升高后降低;随时间的延长,降解率升高。复合材料对直接耐酸大红4bS的光催化降解符合反应一级动力学方程。Photocatalytic degradation properties of Ti O2/bamboo charcoal composites to direct fast scarlet 4BS under ultraviolet radiation were studied.The results showed that the degradation rate can reach the best when the content of Ti O2 is 48.34% in the composites.Under the ultraviolet radiation, the photocatalytic effect to 100 mg/L direct fast scarlet 4BS is the best with 120~160 g/L composites in it.The lower the p H value is, the better the degradation rate is.When p H value is 0.38, the degradation rate of 100mg/L direct fast scarlet 4BS reaches 99.9%.The photocatalytic degradation rate increases with the increasing of the photocatalytic time, and first increases and then reduces with the increase of the initial concentration.The photocatalytic degradation to direct fast scarlet 4BS on the composites fits in with the first-order kinetic equation.福建省青年人才项目(2007F3076); 福建省教育厅A类项目(JA12318

    Influence of Yiqi Huatan Decocotion and its Component on the Level of Plasm Copper,Zinc in Rat Depression Model

    目的:探讨益气化痰方(人参、清半夏、陈皮、茯苓)及其拆方对慢性轻度不可预知应激(CuMS)模型大鼠血清锌、铜含量的影响。方法:健康雄性Sd大鼠60只,随机分为5组。采用kATz刺激方法制备CuMS抑郁模型。在应激的第2天开始,按前期工作中得出了相应的效应中药及其各拆方最佳药物配比熬制中药浓缩剂,调节锌、铜方(3.25 g.kg-1组)和益气化痰方(7.0 g.kg-1)组按提取液10 Ml.kg-1灌胃,阳性药物组按10 Mg.kg-1Ig马普替林混悬液给药,模型组和正常对照组按10 Ml.kg-1给予等量的生理盐水,持续给药至第23天。实验过程中,定期测定水平得分、竖直得分、修饰次数、大便颗粒数及糖水消耗量。于第23天处死大鼠,采集血样。采用原子吸收法测定各组大鼠血清锌、铜水平的含量。结果:采用孤养和CuMS刺激方法成功制备动物抑郁模型。模型组血清铜含量较正常组明显升高、血清锌含量较正常组明显降低;而益气化痰方组与模型组比较均能够逆转上述改变;其中调节锌铜方组可以显著提高血清锌的水平及降低血清铜水平。结论:益气化痰方具有良好的抗抑郁作用,同时能逆转大鼠行为学、体内微量元素锌和铜的改变;其中起主要作用的可能为调节锌铜方药。Objective: To explore the effects of Yiqi Huatan Fang(YQHTF) and its component on the serum copper,zinc in chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) model in rats.Method: Sixty male rats were divided into five groups randomly.The depression model was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) and living individually.On the second day,the adjusting zinc and copper group(3.25 g.kg-1) and the YQHTF group 7.0 g.kg-1 were administrated the diluent by intragastric injection with 10 mL.kg-1.The positive drug group was administrated the maprotiline by intragastric injection with 10 mg.kg-1.The model group and the control group were administrated the saline by intragastric injection with 10 mL.kg-1.During the experiment,the data of open-field test and the percentage of sucrose preference were detected.On day 23,all the rats were decapitated after the last treatment,then blood was immediately isolated for detecting the concentration of the level of serum copper and zinc by atomic absorption method.Result: The depression model was successfully established.Compared with control group,the serum copper level in the model rats was increased significantly and the serum zinc level was decreased significantly.YQHTF could reverse all these changes.The adjusting zinc and copper group could significantly increase the level of serum zinc and decrease the level of serum copper.Conclusion: YQHTF and its component have a good effect of anti-depression.It can improve the behavior of the depressed rats,increase serum copper level and decrease serum zinc level significantly in depressed rats.The adjusting zinc and copper group is likely the major components of YQHTF.福建省自然科学基金(2009J05089

    基于分类的单实验事件相关电位估计方法

    事件诱发电位信号分类的时空特征提取方法

    准确对事件诱发电位(ERPs)进行分类,对于各种人类认知研究和临床医学评估非常有意义.由于ERPs 信号是非常高维的数据,而且其中包含非常多的与分类无关的信息,从ERPs 信号中提取特征尤显重要.分析了共空间模式(CSP)的原理和不足,引入自回归(AR)模型与白化变换相结合,提出了针对ERPs 分类的时空特征提取方法,并设计了验证该方法的认知实 验,在认知实验数据上分别用时空特征提取方法与CSP 提取特征,用同样的分类器支持向量机(SVM)训练分类器,比较它们的分类效果.实验表明,在ERPs分类问题上,时空特征提取方法与CSP相比具有明显的优势,在参数确定合理的情况下,时空特征提取方法可使分类准确率达到90%以上.福州大学科技发展基金(2009-XQ-25)资助项目

    Online Soft-measurement for Thermal Efficiency of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers

    提出循环流化床(Cfb)锅炉热效率的在线软测量方法,该方法将效率分为煤燃烧效率和传热效率两部分,根据Cfb锅炉动态机理模型在线计算锅炉未燃烧碳量,在此基础上计算煤燃烧效率,再通过反平衡法和正平衡法计算锅炉传热效率,最后得到锅炉热效率.应用该方法对某440T/H循环流化床锅炉热效率进行了计算,分析了影响该锅炉热效率的主要因素.结果表明:影响锅炉热效率的最主要因素是烟气中的飞灰含量;该软测量方法适用于Cfb锅炉,能有效指导锅炉调控,从而提高锅炉热效率.An online soft-measuring method for thermal efficiency of the circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB)is being proposed.The method divides the efficiency into two parts,coal combustion efficiency and heat transfer efficiency.On-line calculation for the unburned carbon content of the boiler is carried out according to the dynamic mechanism model of the CFB boiler,after that combustion efficiency of the coal is calculated.Then heat transfer efficiency is calculated by indirect heat balance and direct heat balance,finally the boiler thermal efficiency is obtained.The thermal efficiency of certain 440 t/h CFB was calculated by the method,and the main factors which influence the thermal efficiency of the boiler were analyzed.Results show that the main factor which influences the thermal efficiency of the boiler is the content of fly ash in the flue gas.The soft-measuring method is suitable for CFB boiler,which can effectively direct the control of the boiler,thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.福建省科技基金资助项目(2007J0165

    柴郁温胆汤及其拆方对抑郁大鼠血清ACTH、COR及海马cAMP的影响

    [目的]探讨柴郁温胆汤及其拆方对抑郁大鼠血清ACTH、COR和海马cAMP的影响。[方法]健康雄性SD大鼠84只,随机分为正常组、模型组、柴郁温胆汤组、化痰组、调气血组、养心脾组、马普替林组。参照Katz刺激方法制备慢性轻度不可预见性应激(CUMS)抑郁模型。采用放射免疫法测血清ACTH、COR和大鼠海马cAMP含量。[结果]与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清ACTH和COR水平明显升高、海马cAMP含量明显降低。同模型组相比,柴郁温胆汤组及调气血组能明显降低ACTH浓度(P<0.05);柴郁温胆汤组、化痰组和调气血组均能显著降低COR浓度(P<0.01);柴郁温胆汤组、化痰组和马普替林组均能够显著提升大鼠海马cAMP的含量(P<0.01)。[结论]慢性轻度不可预见性应激可以导致大鼠血清ACTH和COR水平升高;海马cAMP含量下降,柴郁温胆汤可以逆转这种改变,其中以调气血和化痰药作用为主,其机制可能与其参与调节HPA轴功能和细胞内信号传导有关
