    Research progress on osteoporotic vertebral collapse with delayed neurological deficits

    随着世界人口老龄化,骨质疏松已成为一项全球化的健康问题。骨折是骨质疏松最严重的后果,而骨质疏松性椎体骨折是最常见的骨折类型。骨质疏松性椎体骨折大; 多数可通过保守治疗获得骨折愈合,但仍有约10%~ 30%并发骨折不愈合,并渐进性出现骨质疏松性椎体骨折塌陷(osteoporotic; vertebral collapse,OVC); 其中约3% 的OVC伴有迟发性神经损害(delayed neurological; deficits,DND)。有关OVC并发DND的具体机制以及其治疗策略,文献报道不尽相同。笔者就此相关问题综述如下

    独活寄生汤水提物对退变大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞功能的影响

    目的探究独活寄生汤水提物对经IL-1β诱导退变的大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞中Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin、DKK-1的影响。方法采用机械-酶消化法分离大鼠椎间盘软骨组织,进行软骨细胞体外培养、镜下观察与鉴定,分为正常组、模型组(经10 ng/m L浓度IL-1β造模)、实验1组(独活寄生汤水提物组200μg/m L干预24 h)、实验2组(独活寄生汤水提物组200μg/m L干预48 h)。观察4组大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞中Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin、DKK-1 m RNA与蛋白的表达及上清液中Sox 9表达。结果 (1)第2代大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞增殖速度快,呈现多边形,胞核清晰,且含有1~2个核仁,融合后出现\"铺路石\"状,经Ⅱ型胶原法染色后,阳性对照组胞浆区域浸染为棕黄色;(2)与正常组比较,模型组中软骨细胞Wnt 4、GSK-3β、β-catenin m RNA与蛋白表达及上清液Sox 9含量明显提高(P<0.05),DKK-1 m RNA与蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,实验1组、实验2组中软骨细胞Wnt 4、GSK-3β、β-catenin m RNA与蛋白表达及上清液Sox 9含量明显降低(P<0.05),DKK-1m RNA与蛋白表达明显提高(P<0.05),以实验2组变化最为显著(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤水提物组可调控退变椎间盘软骨细胞的功能,下调Wnt 4、GSK-3β、β-catenin和上调DKK-1 m RNA与蛋白表达,进而延缓大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞的退变。福建省自然科学基金项目(2017J01224);;福建中医药大学校管课题资助(X2015034

    基于FBG反射谱特征的铁路道岔损伤识别试验研究

    针对道岔结构性能及安全状态对列车(尤其高速列车)行车安全与运行质量的重要性,提出基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感技术,利用FBG传感器反射谱特征对铁路道岔钢轨结构进行损伤(裂纹)识别。在带裂纹的道岔钢轨上安装FBG传感器进行静、动态加载室内实验。通过分析FBG传感器反射谱形状精细变化,实现对裂纹的识别。实验结果表明,该基于FBG反射谱特征的损伤识别方法可有效识别铁路道岔钢轨裂纹。中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助(2013QNA4023);国家自然科学基金(51108392,U1234201

    独活寄生汤调控对大鼠椎间盘软骨细胞Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的影响

    目的:从Wnt/β-catenin信号通路探讨独活寄生汤水提物对大鼠椎间盘退变软骨细胞功能的影响。方法:(1)用水提加热回流法制备独活寄生汤水提物成分;(2)选取4周龄健康雄性SD大鼠30只,采用机械-酶消化法分离大鼠椎间盘软骨组织,建立软骨细胞体外培养体系并进行鉴定;(3)RT-PCR、We stern blot法分别检测经DKK-1抑制剂干预及(或)经白细胞介素-1β诱导的椎间盘软骨细胞Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin mRNA与蛋白含量的表达。结果:(1)椎间盘软骨细胞经Ⅱ型胶原法染色后,阳性对照组胞浆区域浸染为棕黄色;(2)RT-PCR、Western blot检测结果示,与正常组比较,模型组Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin mRNA与蛋白含量表达显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,独活寄生汤水提物组(100,200,400μg·mL-1)的Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin mRNA与蛋白含量表达显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中以200μg·mL-1组的表达量最低(P<0.01)。结论:独活寄生汤水提物组可通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,下调大鼠椎间盘退变关节软骨中Wnt4、GSK-3β、β-catenin mRNA与蛋白含量表达,从而延缓椎间盘软骨细胞退变。福建省自然科学基金(2017J01224);;福建中医药大学校管课题(X2015034

    脊柱骨盆矢状面形态与青少年腰椎间盘突出症的关系研究

    目的:探讨导致青少年腰椎间盘突出症(Adolescent Lumbar Disc Herniation,ALDH)的脊柱骨盆矢状面关键参数,明确不同腰椎Roussouly分型与腰椎间盘突出症的关系。方法:回顾性研究2014年1月至2017年6月在本院骨科诊治ALDH患者32例(ALDH组),同时选择中老年腰椎间盘突出症患者(中老年组)、年龄和性别匹配的正常青少年志愿者(对照组)各32例。在站立位全脊柱侧位X线片上统计腰椎Roussouly分型,并测量腰椎前凸角(Lumbar Lordosis,LL)、骨盆投射角(Pelvic Incidence,PI)、骨盆倾斜角(Pelvic Tilt,PT)和骶骨倾斜角(Sacral Slope,SS),对ALDH组、中老年组和对照组三组间的影像学指标和Roussouly分型进行比较。结果:ALDH组PI为52.0°±13.3°和PT为25.3°±14.5°均显著大于对照组45.2°±8.0°和15.1°±9.3°,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);Roussouly分型在ALDH组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:较大的PI更易导致青少年腰椎间盘突出症的发生。与中老年腰椎间盘突出症患者相比,ALDH患者腰椎前凸角更小,骶骨终板更加水平,Roussouly分型以2型居多,而4型较少。福建省自然科学基金(2018J01362);;福州市科技计划项目(2016-S-123-17

    Effect of Refractive Index of Substrate on Fabrication and Optical Properties of Hybrid Au-Ag Triangular Nanoparticle Arrays

    以石英和不同型号的玻片为基底,系统研究了基底折射率对周期性金银复合纳米阵列的制备及其光学性能的影响。采用离散偶极子近似(ddA)数值方法研究了复合阵列的局部表面等离子共振(lSPr)光谱特性,计算结果表明,当基底折射率为1.43和1.68时,纳米阵列的折射率灵敏度(rIS)和品质因子(fOM)比较优异。利用纳米球刻蚀法(nSl)制备了二维周期性复合纳米点阵结构,实验结果表明,当基底折射率为1.43和1.68时,基底与贵金属纳米颗粒有较好的粘合度,纳米阵列结构形貌比较规则清晰。Based on the substrate of silica and different types of slides, the effect of refractive index of substrate on fabrication and optical properties of hybrid Au- Ag triangular periodic nanoparticle arrays is systematically investigated.The optical spectrum of localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) simulated by discrete dipole approximation(DDA) numerical method shows that the nanoparticle arrays can obtain better refractive index sensitivity(RIS) and figure of merit(FOM), when refractive index of substrate is 1.43 and 1.68, respectively.The nanosphere lithography(NSL) is used to fabricate the periodic nanostructure arrays.The experimental results demonstrate that when refractive index of substrate is 1.43 and 1.68, nanoparticles and substrate have better adhesive ability.Meanwhile, the nanoparticles both form a large-scale monolayer array with the hexagonally close-packed structure.国家自然科学基金(11074207); 厦门科技项目(3502Z20143020;2012S0484); 福建省教育厅科技项目(JA11157;12200); 集美大学潘金龙基金(C512038

    Is there Timing Behavior in VC-backed IPOs: An Empirical Evidence from China

    本文研究我国风险投资机构在企业IPO过程中的择时行为及其影响机理。研究发现,虽然风险投资机构整体上并未帮助提高企业通过发行审核和选择市场较好的时期进行IPO的概率,但是经验丰富以及外资背景的风险投资机构具备这样的择时能力。进一步的研究发现,风险投资及其特征并不影响样本企业在短期内的择时行为,这表明IPO择时更有可能是一个基于中长期预测的规划过程。综合本文研究结果,我们认为企业应该尽量选择经验丰富、外资背景的风险投资机构,从而有助于提高企业IPO成功率,并且在市场行情相对较好的时期上市。This paper investigates the timing behavior and its mechanism of venture capital backed IPOs.In order to examine whether there exist timing behavior in VC-backed IPOs,we analyze and discuss the following questions: Firstly,does venture capitals increase the probability of companies they back passing offering supervision and timing the hot market? Secondly,whether investment experiences of the venture capitals affect their timing behavior? Lastly,whether there exist differences in timing behaviors among venture capitals with different backgrounds(government,private and foreign).In order to solve these problems,we use 1007 companies proposing IPO applications to list in SMSE and GEM as the research sample.The results indicate: As a whole,VCs did not help portfolio companies increase the probability of passing the offering supervision or timing the hot market to issue the stock.However,while sorting VCs according to experience and background,we find that experienced VCs,as well as foreign VCs possess such timing ability.Furthermore,venture capitals and its characteristics do not affect the sample enterprises’ timing behavior within a short-period,this indicates that the IPO timing is more likely to be a medium-and long-term forecast-based planning process.In a word,we advise that start-ups should select experienced foreign-backed venture,it may help to increase IPO success rates,and time the hot market to list on the market.The contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: on the one hand,western literature generally believed that venture capitals possessing ability of timing IPOs.However,there lack theoretical and empirical research in China's institutional context.This paper systematically analyzes timing behavior of venture capital,providing new evidence for adaptability of timing theory in China institutions.On the other hand,this paper takes China's IPO approval system into account,and studies experience and background properties of venture capitals,enriching content and level of research in IPO timing problems.国家自然科学基金项目(71172052)资

    Expression and Antigenic Investigation of Recombinant HBPC Protein of Bartonella tribocorum

    为了寻找可用于巴尔通体(bArTOnEllA)检测的特异性抗原,利用PCr方法从巴尔通体厦门分离株(b.TrIbOCOruM_XM)的基因组dnA中扩增出血红素结合蛋白C(HbPC)蛋白基因,并将该基因的编码区克隆到PgEX-4T-1原核表达载体中,构建带gST标签的融合蛋白重组表达载体,并转化大肠杆菌(ESCHErICHIA COlI dH5α),诱导表达gST-HbPC,通过亲和层析技术纯化gST-HbPC.最后运用蛋白质斑点印迹试验(WESTErn blOT)和间接ElISA法检验gST-HbPC是否具有抗原性.结果表明,所构建的表达载体可在大肠杆菌中大量表达gST-HbPC,WESTErn blOT和间接ElISA显示gST-HbPC能够特异性地与感染动物血液样本发生免疫反应.因此,体外重组的巴尔通体抗原蛋白HbPC可作为潜在的抗原用于巴尔通体血清学免疫检测.Here we tried to find specific antigen for Bartonella detection.HBPC gene was amplified from the genomic DNA of B.tribocorum isolated from Xiamen region through PCR assay,and sub-cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-4T-1 vector to generate the construct for expressing GST-fusion protein GST-HBPC,the vector was transformed into Escherichia coli DH5α for induction to express GST-HBPC.GST-HBPC was purified through affinity chromatography assay.The antigenicity of GST-HBPC was investigated with Western blot experiment and indirect ELISA assay.The results demonstrated that we successfully generated the prokaryotic expression vector for recombinant HBPC protein.The expression vector can be induced to produce GST-HBPC efficiently,and the Western blot experiment and ELISA assay indicated that GST-HBPC immunologically and specifically reacted with the blood samples from the infected animal.Therefore,the expressed recombinant Bartonella HBPC protein is a potential antigen of Bartonella.The results are potentially useful for serological detection of Bartonella.厦门市科技计划项目(WZK-0629
