家族介護者の作業適応質問紙の開発 : 内容的妥当性の検討
介護虐待などの社会問題は年々深刻化している.家族介護者が健康に生活するために,地域包括ケアシステムが提唱されている.その一環で家族支援に作業療法士が専門的視点で関わることが重要になると筆者は考えている.そこで要介護者を介護する家族の作業適応状態を評価する尺度開発を目的に,内容的妥当性を検証した.仮尺度を作成し,デルファイ法を用いて妥当性の確保を図った.本研究では,専門家(パネリスト)の合意が基準を超えるまで繰り返される方法を採用した.基準は,内容妥当性比0.75 以上とした.仮尺度は64設問で構成された.3回施行した結果,1回目では50設問,2回目では41設問に削除・修正され,3 回目で項目のすべてが基準を満たしたため終了した.本尺度の内容的妥当性が担保された.Social problems, such as nursing care abuse, are increasing year after year. Community-based integrated care systems have been proposed for family caregivers to live healthy. As part of this, it is important for occupational therapists to be involved in family support from a professional perspective. The purpose of the study is to develop a scale to evaluate the Occupational adaptation for family caregivers who care for the care recipient. The content validity was verified. A provisional scale was created and the validity was ensured using the Delphi method. In this study, the panelists agreed to repeat until the standards were exceeded. The standard was a content validity ratio of 0.75 or higher. The provisional scale consisted of 64 questions. As a result, it was performed 3 times. The 1st session was deleted and revised to 50 questions, and the 2nd session was deleted to 41 questions. The 3rd session ended with all items meet the criteria. Effects of chemomechanical decontamination methods and biological growth factors for bone differentiation on rough titanium surfaces
Peri−implantitis is a plaque−associated pathological condition affecting both the soft and hard tissues around implants. Ichioka et al. (2019) indicated that air−abrasive debridement followed by alkaline electrolyzed water (AEW) beneficial in restoring cytocompatibility of previously bacteria−contaminated smooth titanium surfaces. Since currently available implants are made of rough surfaces, it is also interesting to evaluate the potential effects of the proposed method on the rough surface. In addition, the present in vitro study assessed the effects of biological growth factors on the osteogenic cells when cultivated on the decontaminated titanium rough surfaces.
Contaminated titanium discs were mechanically cleaned using air−abrasive debridement with erythritol powder. The discs were then immersed either in 0.9% NaCl, 0.05% AEW, or 3% H2O2 for 1 minute. X−ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to evaluate the chemical surface properties of the treated titanium discs. In addition, osteoblast−like cells (MC3T3−E1 ) were cultured on the treated titanium discs in cell medium in adjunct to either enamel matrix derivative (EMD) or basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF−2) . The cytocompatibility was evaluated by counting the number of attached cells and measuring cell spread area. The bone differentiation was evaluated by ALP expression of the cells.
XPS analysis demonstrated that AEW group showed significantly lower organic contamination than the NaCl and H2O2 groups. The number of attached cells and their spread in AEW group were significantly greater compared to those in the other groups. ALP expression was also significantly enhanced in the AEW group compared with that in the NaCl group. No additional effects of EMD or FGF−2 in ALP expression were observed.
Air−abrasive debridement followed by AEW may be beneficial to restore cytocompatibility and enhance bone differentiation of previously bacterial contaminated rough titanium surfaces. Our findings suggest that neither FGF−2 nor EMD provide additional benefits in the differentiation of MC3T3−E1 cells.departmental bulletin pape

THREE PEDIATRIC CASES OF CONGENITAL HEMOPHILIA A WITH INHIBITOR TREATED WITH RECOMBINANT FC-FUSION FACTOR VIII CONCENTRATES FOR IMMUNE TOLERANCE INDUCTION
Previous basic studies in vitro and in vivo have shown that recombinant Fe-fusion factor (F)
VIII (rFVIIIFc) could induce and promote immunotolerance due to increasing the number of
regulatory T cells, thereby reducing antigenicity to FVIII. Therefore, immune tolerance induction
therapy (ITI) is expected to be effective in patients with hemophilia A and FVIII inhibitors
(PwHAI) , aiming at eliminating the inhibitor. We experienced 3 pediatric cases of PwHAI
including high responder on ITI using rFVIIIFc. Two of them had successful ITI and one had
unsuccessful ITI, which appeared to be similar to the success rates reported in domestic and
international studies. We suggest that ITI using rFVIIIFc would be useful
2023年度五島焼八本木窯跡発掘調査概要報告
In the late Edo period, porcelain production began in the Goto Islands to the west of Kyushu. 5 kiln ruins had been discovered on Fukue Island. Nagasaki University began an archaeological survey of these kiln sites in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, we had excavated at Tanoe kiln site, and have excavated at Happongi kiln since 2022. This report is a report of the excavation survey of Happongi kiln conducted in 2023. According to old records, Happongi kiln began producing porcelain in 1805 by inviting potters from Takahama in the Amakusa region. An old map show us porcelain production space in those day. During excavations, a climbing kiln that produced porcelain was discovered. However no walls or floors of the firing chamber remain.
