Community Dynamics of Phytoplankton in frequent red tide area of East China Sea in spring

模拟“微型生物碳泵”对南海储碳的贡献
海洋中最重要的两种生物储碳机制,包括生物泵和微型生物碳泵,其中后者在中国海中的定量估算和模拟的相关研究还未见报道.文章以南海为研究区域,构建了一个包含MCP过程的物理-生态系统耦合海洋模型.模型结果显示,南海整体平均的MCP储碳率为1.55mg C m-2d-1;如果取1000m深的颗粒物输出通量作为BP的估计,模型估算的MCP:BP比例约为1:6.08.在此基础上,用该模型预测未来南海海表增温2个典型场景下南海生态系统,特别是MCP和BP储碳过程的响应.模拟结果表明,增强的海表层化会造成输入表层的营养盐减少,进而导致硅藻生物量和生产力的降低,最终抑制BP的储碳率.然而,在这些场景下,由于超微型浮游生物的生产力增加,反而有利于细菌活动,部分补偿生产力的降低,造成MCP对于全球变暖的响应具有非线性的特征.总体而言, MCP:BP比例在两个场景下都有所增加,特别是在4℃增暖的场景下增加至1:5.95,表明在全球变暖的大背景下,未来海洋中MCP碳储的重要性将更加突出.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(编号:2013CB955704);;国家海洋局全球变化与海气相互作用专项项目(编号:GASI-03-01-02-05、GASI-IPOVAI-01-04);;国家自然科学基金项目(批准号:41630963、41476007和41476005)资
Platinum-nickel alloy excavated nano-multipods with hexagonal close-packed structure and superior activity towards hydrogen evolution reaction
铂镍合金在氢析出(HER)、氧还原(ORR)等重要能量转化反应中具有优异催化性质,受到了人们广泛的关注。近日,谢兆雄教授课题组通过简单的溶剂热方法,首次合成出六方晶系的铂镍合金枝状纳米晶,其中每个枝杈结构由六个{11-20}高能晶面裸露的超薄纳米片组装而成。与面心立方晶系铂镍合金相比,亚稳态的六方晶系铂镍合金在HER反应中表现出更加优异的性质。当电流密度为10 mA·cm-2时,其过电位仅有65 mV,同时质量电流密度高达3.03 mA·µgPt-1 (-70 m V vs. RHE),是目前为止报道的HER催化剂中质量活性最高的,其突出的催化性能主要来源于晶相作用(同质异晶)及大的比表面积。该项工作为发展高催化性能的铂基合金纳米晶提供了新的研究思路。该研究是在谢兆雄教授和蒋亚琪副教授指导下,与傅钢教授共同合作完成。实验部分由博士生曹振明(第一作者)、陈巧丽、沈守宇、卢邦安,硕士生李慧齐以及博士后张嘉伟共同完成,理论计算部分由傅钢教授课题组完成。【Abstract】Crystal phase regulations may endow materials with enhanced or new functionalities.
However, syntheses of noble metal-based allomorphic nanomaterials are extremely difficult,
and only a few successful examples have been found. Herein, we report the discovery of
hexagonal close-packed Pt–Ni alloy, despite the fact that Pt–Ni alloys are typically crystallized
in face-centred cubic structures. The hexagonal close-packed Pt–Ni alloy nano-multipods are
synthesized via a facile one-pot solvothermal route, where the branches of nano-multipods
take the shape of excavated hexagonal prisms assembled by six nanosheets of 2.5nm
thickness. The hexagonal close-packed Pt–Ni excavated nano-multipods exhibit superior
catalytic property towards the hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline electrolyte. The
overpotential is only 65mV versus reversible hydrogen electrode at a current density of
10 mAcm-2 , and the mass current density reaches 3.03mA µgPt-1 at -70mV versus
reversible hydrogen electrode, which outperforms currently reported catalysts to the best of

Effects of Tusi Erxian Decoction on sperm motility, malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase in seminal plasma of asthenospermia patients with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang
目的:探讨菟丝二仙汤治疗肾阳虚型弱精子症的疗效及相关机制。方法:180例肾阳虚型弱精子症患者随机分为菟丝二仙汤组、右归丸组、西药组(辅酶Q10胶; 囊、维生素E、维生素C),每组60例,分别治疗3个月。比较各组治疗前后精液参数,检测精浆丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化,比较临床; 疗效。结果:菟丝二仙汤组在改善a级精子、精子活力、精子活率明显优于右归丸以及西药组(P<0.01),同时其能显著降低精浆MDA浓度,提高精浆SO; D水平(P<0.01);组间临床疗效比较,菟丝二仙汤对肾阳虚型弱精子症疗效明显优于右归丸组与西药组(P<0.05)。结论:菟丝二仙汤可以明显提高; 肾阳虚型弱精子症患者的精液质量,增强精子的抗氧化作用可能是其治疗弱精子症的机制之一。Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of Tusi Erxian; Decoction in treating asthenospermia with syndrome of deficiency of; kidney yang. Methods: A total of 180 patients were included and randomly; divided into 3 groups: Tusi Erxian Decoction group, Yougui Pills group,; and the western medicine group (coenzyme Q10 capsule, vitamin E and; vitamin C), 60 cases per group. Each group was treated by the; corresponding drugs for 3 months. The sperm parameters, malondialdehyde; (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected to compare the; clinical efficacy. Results: The Tusi Erxian Decoction could; significantly improve a-level sperm, sperm motility and sperm activity; when compared with the Yougui Pills group and the western medicine group; (P<0.01). Meanwhile, Tusi Erxian Decoction could decrease the; concentration of MDA and increase SOD in the seminal plasma (P<0.01).; Clinical efficacy in the Tusi Erxian Decoction group was significantly; better than that in the Yougui Pills group and the western medicine; group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tusi Erxian Decoction can improve the; quality of sperm of asthenospermia patients with syndrome of deficiency; of kidney yang by enhancing the antioxidant activity of spermatozoa.厦门市科技局科技计划项目; 厦门市卫计委第四批中医后备人才基金资助项
613例老年性白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术临床研究
【目的】 探讨白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶状体植入术的临床效果? 【方法】 对613例年龄在45 ~ 98岁老年性白内障进行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,术后随诊2周至3月,观察视力,术中,术后并发症? 【结果】 术后1天,1周,3个月视力≥0.5者分别为25%,58%,87.3%(除外眼底病者)?术中,术后并发症为角膜水肿,后发性白内障,后囊破裂及虹膜脱出,玻璃体脱出,并随着经验的积累而明显减少?【结论】 白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,具有术后早期反应轻及视力恢复快的优点,其成功的关键在于手术技巧和手术的熟练程度
芪参益气滴丸对ApoE基因敲除小鼠动脉粥样硬化中调节性T细胞的影响
目的:研究芪参益气滴丸对动脉粥样硬化中调节性T细胞的影响。方法:采用6周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠和Apo E基因敲除小鼠,分为正常组、模型组、芪参低剂量组、芪参高剂量组,每组6只。除正常组外,其他3组小鼠均给予高脂饲料喂养,药物组还给予高、低剂量的芪参益气滴丸,8周后评价内脏指数、动脉粥样硬化病变、调节性T细胞情况。结果:与模型组比较,芪参高剂量组可显著降低肝指数(P<0.05),减少动脉粥样硬化斑块面积(P<0.05,P<0.01),并增加脾脏调节性T细胞数量(P<0.01)。结论:芪参益气滴丸可能通过增加脾脏调节性T细胞数量抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2016J01413);;广东省自然科学基金项目(No.2016A030313860);;教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目(No.2015-311);;教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目(No.NCET-13-0505);;国家重点研发计划“重大慢性非传染性疾病防控研究”重点专项(No.2016YFC1305903)~
