    Musical Expertise Has Minimal Impact on Dual Task Performance

    Studies investigating effect of practice on dual task performance have yielded conflicting findings, thus supporting different theoretical accounts about the organisation of attentional resources when tasks are performed simultaneously. Because practice has been proven to reduce the demand of attention for the trained task, the impact of long-lasting training on one task is an ideal way to better understand the mechanisms underlying dual task decline in performance. Our study compared performance during dual task execution in expert musicians compared to controls with little if any musical experience. Participants performed a music recognition task and a visuo-spatial task separately (single task) or simultaneously (dual task). Both groups showed a significant but similar performance decline during dual tasks. In addition, the two groups showed a similar decline of dual task performance during encoding and retrieval of the musical information, mainly attributed to a decline in sensitivity. Our results suggest that attention during dual tasks is similarly distributed by expert and non-experts. These findings are in line with previous studies showing a lack of sensitivity to difficulty and lack of practice effect during dual tasks, supporting the idea that different tasks may rely on different and not-sharable attentional resources

    The optical constants of GaN film investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry

    采用椭圆偏振光谱法,在1.5~6.5 eV光谱范围研究了纤锌矿结构GaN外延薄膜.通过物理模型建立和光谱拟合得到了GaN外延薄膜的厚度和光学常数.所得厚度值与扫描电子显微镜测量的结果相差仅为0.4%.表明所采用的模型和Cauchy吸收色散表式适用于GaN薄膜.进一步采用四相逐点拟合算法得到更全面更准确的GaN薄膜光学常数.A wurtzite GaN thin film was investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry(SE) in the spectrum range of 1.5~6.5eV.The thickness and optical constants were obtained by building physical structure model and spectral fitting.The difference of the thickness obtained by SE and by scanning electron microscope(SEM) is only 0.4%,which shows that the model and Cauchy absorbent formula are suitable to study the properties of GaN.Furthermore,the four-phase point-by-point fitting model was used to obtain the optical constants in more accuracy.“863”计划资助项目(2006AA03A110);; 基础科研资助项目(A1420060155);; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(60336020);; 厦门市科技计划资助项目(3502Z20063001

    Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Porous Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer{[Zn(L)_2(H_2O)_2]·H_2O}_n Constructed by Isonicotinoylhydrazone Ligand

    以邻甲酰基苯磺酸钠和异烟肼为原料在乙醇/水溶液中制备了一种酰腙类SCHIff碱配体(nAl),采用常规溶液挥发法合成了由该配体构筑的zn((Ⅱ)配位聚合物{[zn(l)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n。利用元素分析、Ir、TgA和X-射线单晶衍射分析对配合物进行了表征。配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数A=0.786 98(4)nM,b=0.869 26(5)nM,C=1.180 44(7)nM,α=103.353(5)°,β=100.965(4)°,γ=93.123(4)°,z=1,V=0.767 24(7)nM3,dC=1.697 g·CM-3。每个zn(Ⅱ)离子被2个配体l-阴离子双重桥联形成二核环状结构单元,并通过共用锌离子形成一维链配位聚合物,链与链之间通过氢键扩展为具有一维开放孔道的三维超分子网络结构。An acylhydrazone-type Schiff base ligand(NaL) was synthesized by reaction of sodium 2-formylbenzene sulfonate with isoniazide in a mixture of ethanol and water.A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Zn(L)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n have been synthesized by employing the solution preparation method at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TGA and X-ray diffraction structural analysis.Crystal data:triclinic system,space group P1,a=0.786 98(4) nm,b=0.869 26(5) nm,c=1.180 44(7) nm,α=103.353(5)°,β=100.965(4)°,γ=93.123(4)°,Z=1,V =0.767 24(7) nm3,Dc=1.697 g·cm-3.Each Zn (Ⅱ) ion is bridged by two L-ligands in the monodentatemonodentate mode to form a ring-like dimer units,and a one-dimensional chain is built by sharing a Zn (Ⅱ) ion between the units.The adjacent chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular network structure via hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions with a 1D open channel that are occupied by solvent molecules.CCDC:934292.泉州师范学院学科建设资金; 国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目(No.201310399018)资

    Tässä opinnäytetyössä käsitellään suunnittelunohjausta rakennuskohteiden julkisivuihin asennettavien metallilasirakenteiden hankinnassa. Työn tilaajana toimi NCC Suomi Oy. Metallilasirakenteiden lisääntyvä ostovolyymi rakennushankkeissa tarvitsee kriittistä tarkastelua rakenteiden ominaisuuksien lisääntyessä ja monimutkaistuessa. Asiaa tutkittiin yhdessä metallilasitoimittajien kanssa. Tavoitteena oli selvittää lasirakenteiden suurimmat kustannustekijät. Tutkimus suoritettiin kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena. Syvähaastattelujen kohteena olivat NCC Suomi Oy:n yhteistyöyritysten edustajat, jotka vastaavat metallilasirakenteiden myynnistä yrityksessä. Kvalitatiivisen tutkimuksen lisäksi opinnäytetyön teoria-osiossa hyödynnettiin metallilasirakenteisiin liittyviä ohjeistuksia, määräyksiä ja muita tutkimuksia. Työn tuloksena selvitettiin metallilasirakenteiden merkittävimpiä kustannustekijöitä. Metallilasirakenteiden profiilien materiaali, lasien ruutukoko, lasin ominaisuudet sekä rakenteen värisävy vaikuttavat merkittävästi valmiin rakennustuotteen hintaan. Optimoimalla näitä ominaisuuksia rakennusliike pystyy tuottamaan kokonaisedullisen rakenneratkaisun tilaajan, suunnittelijoiden sekä metallilasitoimittajien kanssa yhteistyössä.This thesis discusses the design management of metal glass structures installed in building facades. The increasing purchase volume of metal glass structures in construction projects needs critical examination with the structures and their properties becoming more complex. The examiner's task was to investigate the matter together with metal glass suppliers with the aim to find out the major cost factors for metal glass structures. The study was conducted as a qualitative research. The interviewees were representatives of the partner companies of NCC Suomi Oy who are responsible for the sale of metal glass structures. In addition to the qualitative research, the theory section contains information relating to studies about the topic as well as guidelines and regulations for the use of the metal in glass structures. The examination resulted in finding out the most important cost factors of metal glass structures. The material of the profiles, the size of the glass panel, characteristics of the glass and the color tone of the structure significantly affect the cost of the finished metal glass structure. By optimizing these properties of the structural solution, construction companies will be able to produce affordable solutions in cooperation with the client, designers and as well with metal glass suppliers

    Effect of the trans - theoretical model of behavior based WeChat health education on self - management among patients with maintenance hemodialysis

    目的 探讨基于行为转变的微信干预模式对维持性血液透析患者自我管理的研究效果.方法 选取60例维持性血液透析患者实施微信健康教育,健康教育方案是基于行为转变理论制订,包括血液透析专业知识、自我管理、科学饮食等方面内容.实施干预12周后,对患者的生化指标、自我管理水平及自我效能感得分进行干预前后比较.结果 干预后患者自我管理得分较干预前有显著提升,表现在情绪处理和自我护理方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).干预后患者的生化指标白蛋白、血钾、肌酐、尿素氮的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).患者的自我效能感提升.结论 基于行为转变理论的微信健康教育可以改善维持性血液透析患者的生化指标,提高自我管理水平,帮助患者了解血液透析知识以及提升自信心,为今后改善血液透析患者自我管理提供一种新的干预模式.Objective To explore the effect of WeChat intervention model based on the trans-theoretical model of behavior(TTMB) on self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were given WeChat health education,and the health education program was based on TTMB,ineluding hemodialysis expertise,self-management,scientific diet and so on.After 12 weeks'intervention,the biochemical index,the self-management level and the self-efficacy score of patients were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of self-management of patients after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,which were expressed in terms of emotional management and self-care,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).After the intervention,the biochemical indexes diffences of albumin,serum potassium,creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).The self-efficacy of patients were elevated.Conclusion The TTMB WeChat health education can improve the biochemical indexes and the level of self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and it helps patients to understand hemodialysis knowledge as well as improve self-confident,to provide a new intervention model for improving self-management of hemodialysis patients in the future.国家自然科学基金(71403232

    初诊为抑郁症的老年隐球菌性脑膜炎6例报告

    目的:探讨老年隐球菌性脑膜炎发病特点和误诊原因。方法:分析6例初诊为抑郁症的老年隐球菌性脑膜炎患者的临床表现、脑脊液特点、治疗和预后表现,以明确发病特点和误诊原因。结果:6例病例初期均表现为头晕、失眠、食纳减少;后期出现颅内感染相对特异症状:认知障碍5例、头痛3例、肢体无力3例、发热2例。脑脊液隐球菌培养阳性明确诊断,抗真菌治疗有效。6例均好转,但是2例患者遗留明显后遗症:1例患者遗留明显的认知障碍和双下肢活动受限,1例双眼失明,2例确诊时间为2、4周。结论:老年患者患病后临床症状常不典型,当一种疾病不能解释所有症状时,需开拓思路,积极完善相关检查,必要时请相关科室协助诊治,尽量减少误诊。福建省厦门市科技局资助项目(项目编号:3502Z20084019

    ATR/Chk1 signaling induces autophagy through sumoylated RhoB-mediated lysosomal translocation of TSC2 after DNA damage

    RhoB作为抑癌蛋白通过诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡在抑制肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,并且与肿瘤耐药性密切相关,但关于RhoB如何促进细胞死亡的分子机理的研究仍不清楚。在本研究中,该团队发现在DNA单链损伤情况下,ATR-Chk1信号通路的激活,会使RhoB被Chk1磷酸化,该磷酸化修饰会使RhoB从细胞质膜解离下来进入细胞质中,进而被SUMO化修饰。SUMO化修饰后的RhoB会与TSC2形成复合物,并将TSC2复合物带到溶酶体上,引起细胞自噬的发生。 该文共同第一作者为刘明冬、曾涛玲和张新,通讯作者为王洪睿教授和赵同金教授。【Abstract】DNA damage can induce autophagy; however, the underlying mechanism remains largely unknown. Here we report that DNA damage leads to autophagy through ATR/Chk1/RhoB-mediated lysosomal recruitment of TSC complex and subsequent mTORC1 inhibition. DNA damage caused by ultraviolet light (UV) or alkylating agent methyl methanesulphonate (MMS) results in phosphorylation of small GTPase RhoB by Chk1. Phosphorylation of RhoB enhances its interaction with the TSC2, and promotes its sumoylation by PIAS1, which is required for RhoB/TSC complex to translocate to lysosomes. As a result, mTORC1 is inhibited, and autophagy is activated. Knockout of RhoB severely attenuates lysosomal translocation of TSC complex and the DNA damage-induced autophagy. Reintroducing wild-type but not sumoylation-resistant RhoB into RhoB−/− cells restores the onset of autophagy. According to the actual requirements of the engineering design of the vacuum drying furnace control system, the detailed system design process, I/O configuration scheme and the corresponding ladder diagram control program are made. The control system can automatically control the vacuum system, the drying room temperature, and the alarm system. Finally, the system is simulated by using kingview configuration software

    Image Denoising Based on Wavelet Multi-thresholding and Subband Enhancement

    为了在有效降低噪声的同时,尽量保留图像的边缘特征,提出了一种基于小波多阈值和子带增强的图像去噪方法.该方法对最小尺度小波系数采取软阈值方式,将其他小波系数再分解为近似子带和细节子带,依据误差度增强近似子带像素块,同时引入增强因子调节增强幅度;利用局部方差和混合阈值函数对各子带进行阈值处理,保证了图像达到较好的去噪效果.实验表明,与传统阈值方法相比,该方法不仅提高了去噪图像的峰值信噪比,而且较好地保留图像边缘特征,优于常规的阈值方法.To maintain more edge features in the process of reducing image-noise effectively.A wavelet multi-thresholding for image de-noise associating with subband enhancement was proposed.The soft threshold operator removes the wavelet coefficients on a minimum scale.The other wavelet coefficients are divided into approximate subbands and detail subbands,then the pixel blocks of approximate subbands can be enhanced based on the error value;at the same time,the enhanced amplitude is well regulated by adding the plus factor.The image denoising effect is great by using local variance and hybrid threshold function for those subbands.The experimental results show that the proposed denoising method can increase the peak signal noise to ratio(PSNR) and maintain as many as possible the important edge features.Thus it has better performance than commonly used threshold method.教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(NCET090126);河南省重点科技攻关项目(112102310082);国防基础科研计划项目(B1420110155);福建省自然科学基金项目(2011J01365
