Contemporary Western Theory of Norms and Its Scientific and Humanistic Tendency

随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，作为社会调控系统的，与传统体制相适应的规范体系，在各个领域都受到了冲击，规范问题成为了哲学研究关注的焦点之一。复杂而严峻的社会现实状况向我们提出了建立关于规范的理论体系，建构一门以规范总体为研究对象的哲学分支学科的要求。对该领域的研究，国内学界才起步，而西方学界对规范问题的研究则历史很长，也颇为深入，能为我们的研究提供重要的借鉴。但目前国内对西方规范思想的系统梳理和研究是较为缺乏的。本文以规范论的研究成果为指导，尝试建构一个初步的理论框架来分析当代西方规范论的三个不同研究方向，并比较其中呈现出来的科学取向与人文取向。 本文分为四章。第一章《规范与当代西方规范论...With the development of China's socialist market economy,being social control systems, various systems of norms which are compatible with the traditional system,have been shocked in various fields,so norms become one of the focus of philosophical researches. 对规范的管控何以可能——弗雷德里克·威尔的规范论初探

美国哲学家弗雷德里克.威尔认为规范不是固定不变的存在,规范研究也不是仅仅对规范进行描述和解释,更重要的是要对规范进行管控。规范可以区分出其显在方面与潜在方面,规范不仅仅是在其常态应用中表现出来的具体场合和反应的关系,更与其相关生活背景紧密相联。规范的长期被人们忽视的潜在方面体现出规范的四个重要性质,同时它也揭示了对规范进行管控的必要性和可能性

New MFL detection method based on differential peak extraction using dual sensors

为了提高管道、储罐漏磁检测的准确度、灵敏度,同时抑制噪声干扰,提出了一种双传感器差分峰值侦测的漏磁检测新方法。首先,对实际漏磁检测过程存在的背景噪声进行分析,研究了检测器振动、磁隙变化、磁轭泄漏等噪声源的共模特性;其次,利用缺陷漏磁场的分布特点构造了一种新型的差分侦测结构,该结构既可对噪声进行共模抑制,又可实现缺陷特征信号的差模提取;再次,依托磁偶极子模型,对所提方法的机理进行了分析,并讨论实现该方法所需要的约束条件及其检测灵敏度特性;最后,开展了仿真和物理实验,实验结果表明,该方法的噪声仅为传统X分量检测的5%,Y分量检测的26%,且检测敏感度提高了2倍。该方法为优化漏磁检测器结构、提高检测的可靠性及灵敏性提供了一个新的思路。In order to improve the accuracy and sensitivity of pipeline and storage tank magnetic flux leakage( MFL) detection,as well as suppress noise interference,a new MFL detection method based on differential peak extraction using dual sensors is proposed. Firstly,the background noise in actual MFL detection process is analyzed and the common mode characteristics of the noise sources,such as sensor vibration,magnet gap change,magnet yoke leakage and etc. are studied. Next,a new differential detection structure is built based on the distribution characteristics of the defect magnetic flux leakage,which can restrain the common-mode noise and realize the differential extraction of the defect feature signal. Then,based on the magnetic dipole model the mechanism of the proposed method is analyzed,the restraint conditions required for realizing the new method and the detection sensitivity characteristic of the method are discussed. Finally,simulation and experiment study were conducted,and the results show that the noise with the new method is only 5%of the one with traditional X-component detection,and 26% with traditional Y-component detection. Moreover,the detection sensitivity is improved twice. Measurement and analysis of small signal gain distribution in a planar,large area discharge,RF excited CO 2 laser

此研究结果表明这类激光器的小信号增益分布与气体流速有关。在静止气体或非常慢速流动下，小信号增益分布取决于气体温度的分布；而当气体流速增加到一定数值后，小信号增益分布则取决于气体速度在放电管内的分布The distribution of small signal gain in a planar,large area discharge,RF excited CO 2 laser was measured and analyzed.The results show that the small signal gain distribution of such laser is closely related to gas flow rate.Under static or very slow gas flow,small signal gain distribution depends on temperature distribution in the discharge channel.Whereas when the flow rate increases to a higher level,small signal gain distribution depends on gas velocity distribution

Mechanism of retinoic acid receptor α-mediated growth inhibition of gastric cancer cells by all-trans retinoic acid

目的　探讨维甲酸α受体 (RARα)介导全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)抑制胃癌细胞生长的作用机理。方法　应用Northernblot分析维甲酸受体在胃癌细胞中的表达水平 ,通过脂质体转染方法将senseRARα和antisenseRARα分别转染到细胞中 ,通过MTT方法和软琼脂集落形成实验分析ATRA对转染细胞生长和恶性程度的影响 ,瞬时转染和测定氯霉素乙酰转移酶 (CAT)活性 ,分析维甲酸应答元件 (RARE)的转录活性。结果　ATRA诱导BGC 82 3细胞RARα表达 ,但不能诱导MKN 45细胞RARα表达。在转染细胞中 ,ATRA可以抑制转senseRARα的MKN细胞生长 ,但不能抑制转antisenseRARα的BGC细胞生长。与MKN 45细胞比较 ,ATRA诱导MKN/RARα细胞 βRARE的转录活性较高 ,但与BGC 82 3细胞比较 ,ATRA诱导BGC/aRARα细胞βRARE的转录活性则较低。 结论　足够量的RARα对于介导ATRA抑制胃癌细胞生长作用是必需的 【英文摘要】 Objective To study the mechanism of retinoic acid receptor α(RARα) in mediating growth inhibition of gastric cancer cells by all trans retinoic acid(ATRA).Methods Expression of RAR s was detected by Northern blot. Quantitative Detection of Genetically Modified Insecticidal Maize by ELISA

A new moiré pattern and its application in holographic marks

This technique can be used as concealed code in anticouterfeit of holograms. The concealed code present high quality of anticounterfeit and intensive artistic effect.
