    对于新股首发后普遍存在的业绩下滑现象,本文称之为IPO业绩效应。确认与IPO业绩效应相关的影响因素是本文研究的内容。本文首先在回顾国内外学者研究成果的基础上,对我国沪A股中1996至1999年间上市的新股是否存在普遍的业绩下滑现象做实证研究,在剔除宏观经济的影响后,发现了在这些年间上市的沪A股确实同其它国家的新股一样,存在业绩下滑现象;其次在中国特有的制度背景下,初步探讨与之相关的影响因素,提出以下几个可能的因素:1、上市时募集资金的多少;2、上市新股在公司股票首次发行后三年内是否配股;3、企业上市时的股权集中度;4、公司上市改组时的资产评估增值率;5、公司所处行业对上市前后业绩变化的影响;6...This paper provides an empirical study of IPO operating performance effect that attracts much attention both from investors and from securities supervision departments.     本文通过对1996至1999年间上市的沪A股公司的实证研究,发现在这些年间上市的沪A股公司确实同其它国家的新股一样,存在业绩下滑现象。结合中国特有的制度背景,本文采用实证研究方法探讨了公司IPO业绩下滑的影响因素。The study has found that after excluding macro-economic effects, there are still significant performance declines in the 228 firms issued type A shares between 1996 and 1999 in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Then, the paper put forward six possible factors to explain that effect: 1 .The influence of seasonal offerings within three years from IPO; 2.The influence of the concentration of ownership; 3.The influence of assessment in the process of pre-issue reshuffling; 4.The influence of money -raising on the post-issue operating performance; 5.The influence of industry; 6.Size of listed companies.     壤水分平衡对气候变化存在着响应,在全球变化的大背景下,研究土壤水分的可能变化是气候变化影响评估中非常重要的一项内容。目标是利用经验统计方法解集GCM网格逐月的降水和温度数据,并使用建立的气候变化情景作为WEPP的输入文件评估黄土高原王东沟流域2010~2039年土壤水分平衡(土壤水分、蒸发、渗漏和蒸腾)的可能变化。结果表明,3种情景预测2010~2039年王东沟流域年均降水可能增长1.8%~17.5%,年最高温度和最低温度分别可能增长0.5~0.9℃和2.0~2.3℃。作物蒸腾变化主要在4~6月份,土壤蒸发变化主要发生在7~9月份;作物蒸腾年均变化-5%~19%,土壤水分年均变化-4%~4%,土壤蒸发年均变化-7%~7%,均为A2a减少,B2a和GGal增大;A2a的土壤水分渗漏增长最大,GGal次之,B2a基本不变。这些结果表明气候变化及其导致的作物生长变化对土壤水分平衡存在重要的影响

    采用盆栽控制试验,研究了黄土丘陵区乡土种白羊草在不同水分水平(80%FC和40%FC)和CO2浓度(375和750&mu;mol&middot;m-2&middot;s-1)处理下的光合生理变化特征.结果表明:干旱胁迫使白羊草的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、表观量子效率(AQE)、气孔导度(gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)和光合色素含量降低,丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量升高.水分充足条件下,与正常大气CO2浓度相比,大气CO2浓度倍增下白羊草的Pnmax、MDA和Pro含量无显著差异.干旱胁迫下,CO2浓度升高提高了白羊草的最大荧光(Fm)、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、叶绿素含量和AQE,Pnmax比正常CO2浓度下高23.3%,差异达到显著水平,而MDA和Pro含量均显著降低.CO2浓度升高对干旱胁迫引起的白羊草光合能力下降有一定的补偿作用,减轻了干旱胁迫对白羊草的伤害.</span

    由透析袋、硒 -铁蛋白、恒流泵、电导仪、磁力搅拌器及电化学系统等构成硒 -铁蛋白电化学反应器。该反应器可储存流动水体中微量含磷化合物于铁蛋白的蛋白壳内,其储存量高低与流动水体中的含磷化合物含量成正比关系。经硒改造后的硒 -铁蛋白能提高有机磷农药的储存量,其储存能力与铁蛋白种类无关,可能与铁蛋白自身构象有关。An Electrochemical reactor of seleno-ferritin consisted of oscillating bag, seleno-ferritin, constant-flow pump, conductivity apparatus, magnetic stirrer, and electrochemical system was used to store the micro- compound containing phosphorus from the flowing water in the protein shell of the ferritin. A positive relation between the content of storing phosphorus from the reactor and its concentration in the flowing water was observed. The storing content of organic phosphate in pesticides increased greatly after the protein was modified by selenous acid.
