    Design of sensor energy-saving controller for photovoltaic power generation

    传感器储能性能较弱,导致设计出的光伏发电中的传感器节能控制器网络延迟较长、节能效果不理想。因而,设计一种新型光伏发电中的传感器节能控制器,其对供电电路、无线通信芯片和太阳光传感器芯片进行重点设计。nRF905无线通信芯片对控制器中各设备、电路、元件之间的数据通信进行监控,保障节能效果、缩短网络延迟。供电电路为控制器的节能工作供应电能、优化太阳光光强的能量转化。优化后的太阳光能量,将通过太阳光传感器中的TSL2678芯片太阳光进行参数提取和分析,输出太阳能最佳采集方位和该方位的太阳光光强,实现光伏发电的最优节能。控制器软件设计部分给出了控制器的节能控制流程。分析实验结果可知,所设计的控制器具有网络延迟短、节能效果好的特点。Since the sensor energy?saving controller for the photovoltaic power generation has long network latency and unsatisfied energy-saving effect due to the poor energy storage performance of the sensor,a new sensor energy-saving controller for the photovoltaic power generation was designed,and its power supply circuit,wireless communication chip and solar sensor chip were designed emphatically. The wireless communication chip NRF905 is used to monitor the data communication among each device,circuit and component in the controller to ensure the energy-saving effect and shorten the network latency. The power supply circuit supplies the electric energy for the energy-saving work of the controller,and optimizes the energy conversion of so?lar light. The parameters of the optimized solar light energy are extracted and analyzed through the chip TSL2678 in the solar light sensor,which outputs the optimal acquisition orientation of the solar energy and its intensity to realize the optimal energy saving of the photovoltaic power generation. The energy-saving control flow of the controller is given in Fig. 5 in this paper.     活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究

    目的观察活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法本研究采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究方法,将480例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者以3:1比例随机分为试验组(360例)和对照组(120例)。在西医常规治疗基础上,两组患者分别服用活心丸(浓缩丸)和安慰剂,1次2粒,每日3次;疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后主要指标(心绞痛症状积分)和次要指标(包括硝酸甘油减停率、中医证候积分及生活质量评价)及安全性。结果共454例患者完成试验(试验组336例,对照组118例)。与本组治疗前比较,试验组和对照组心绞痛症状积分和中医证候积分均降低,西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,试验组心绞痛症状积分、中医证候积分、西雅图心绞痛量表评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组心绞痛症状疗效总有效率为80.95%,硝酸甘油停减率为80.70%,中医证候疗效有效率80.65%,均高于对照组[36.44%、45.07%、38.99%(χ~2=58.21、40.94、66.55,P<0.01)]。试验组中既往有心梗史患者心绞痛症状总有效率为83.22%,中医证候有效率83.22%,西雅图心绞痛量表评分为(361.74±62.10)分,均高于无心梗史患者[60.92%、66.89%、(327.95±65.07)分(χ~2=13.89、13.26,P<0.01)]。治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,尤其适用于既往有心梗病史的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者,无明显不良反应。国家中医药管理局资助课题(No.国中医药科2016ZX04

    步行式加工机器人解耦并联机械腿构型综合

    结合螺旋理论、机器人的实际功能应用以及机械腿的运动变换矩阵,综合出了转动完全解耦、移动部分解耦的PUPR-PUPR-PRPAS机械腿构型。首先,分析了步行式加工机器人的功能应用,分析出机械腿在功能应用中需要的自由度;再根据自由度数确定了机械腿所需的支链数目及自由度在支链上分布;然后分析机械腿运动螺旋及约束螺旋,结合机械腿运动解耦的目的,得出使动螺旋来确定驱动螺旋,同时结合功能应用需求对机械腿支链进行了构型综合。根据支链间搭配原则及机械腿功能应用条件等,在综合出的支链中选取并确定机械腿初步构型。最后,先对机械腿单自由度关节副之间进行复合简化,分析简化后的运动变换矩阵,将第三条支链进行进一步改进,确定最终机械腿构型

    6-SPU并联机器人的轨迹规划与仿真

    针对航空制造领域中对飞机机翼等大型工件的高加工精度、高生产效率等要求。首先,通过螺旋理论对6-SPU并联机器人进行了机构自由度的分析,并根据弗莱纳-雪列空间三元矢量原理以及并联机构的逆运动学求解方法,对6-SPU并联机构动平台的运动规划进行了分析和研究,得到机构动平台在加工过程中的相应位姿。然后,利用齐次坐标变换矩阵和逆解运算公式进一步确定6-SPU并联机构动平台上末端执行器按照预期运动轨迹移动时在驱动副上所施加的驱动运动规律。最后,借助三维软件SolidWorks及MATLAB中Simulink仿真模块进行建模仿真,进而验证了对并联机构运动轨迹规划的可行性,为移动式并联加工平台的工程设计提供理论基础

    生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及絮凝性能研究

    从活性污泥中筛选出絮凝剂产生菌,并对其絮凝条件进行絮凝性能研究。经絮凝实验筛选得到4株絮凝活性较高且稳定的菌株,分别命名为M1、M2、M3、n5。对其中1株进行絮凝活性及絮凝条件的研究,其絮凝活性物质主要为菌体分泌物,该菌可产生高絮凝活性的最佳絮凝条件:对于浓度为1--9g/l的高岭土,最佳助凝剂为1%的CAC l2,投入量为40 Mg/l,PH值为9,絮凝率可达98%,具有良好的热稳定性,适于工业化生产。国家大学生创新性实验计划项目(091022008);黑龙江省教育厅科学技术研究项目(1153005

    目的:探讨网络成瘾青少年的自卑与其社会支持﹑心理健康的关系。方法:82例符合网络成瘾诊断标准的住院青少年参与了自卑感量表﹑社会支持评定量表﹑症状自评量表测试。结果:(1)自卑与社会支持呈显著性负相关(r=0.233-0.445,PObjective: To explore the relationship of inferiority between social support and mental health among adolescents with Internet addiction disorder(IAD).Methods:Eighty two in-patient adolescents who met IAD diagnostic criteria were assessed using the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale(FIS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results:(1) The inferiority was significantly negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.233-0.445,P0.05).(2) The inferiority was significantly positively correlated with mental health(r=0.226-0.411,P0.05).(3) The interpersonal relationship factor,availability of social support,objective support and depression factor had important predictive effects on each factor of inferiority,respectively(R2=0.127-0.314).(4) The physical inferiority,overall inferiority and self-esteem inferiority had positively predictive effects on the factors of compulsive,depression,anxiety,psychosis and others including eating and sleeping(R2=0.094-0.169).Conclusion:Social support and mental health have significant interaction influences with inferiority in adolescents with IAD

    以9种沙生植被为研究对象,沙裸地为对照,采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,分析不同沙生植被土壤易氧化有机碳(Coc)各组分的变化特征,并在此基础上提出土壤有机碳活性系数和敏感指数,探讨不同沙生植被对改善土壤质量的影响。结果表明:沙裸地种植植被后,Coc各组分和总有机碳(Ctoc)含量显著增加,但Coc各组分占Ctoc的比例无明显变化;与其他沙生植被相比,刺槐林(Robinia pseudoacacia)、花棒(Hedysarum scoparium)、臭柏(Sabina vulgaris)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)对改善土壤质量,提高土壤有机碳活性的作用更加显著。敏感指数表明Coc中第1部分(Cfrac1)和第2部分(Cfrac2)活性较强,其中Cfrac1对土壤质量变化更加敏感,可以作为衡量土壤质量状况的良好指标。相关性分析表明Cfrac1,Cfrac2,Cfrac3,Cfrac4,Coc与Ctoc之间极显著相关(P&lt;0.01),与碱解氮和全氮成显著或极显著正相关(P&lt;0.05或P&lt;0.01),与全磷和速效磷之间的相关Abstract:The variation and fractions of oxidizable organic carbon(Coc)from nine psammophytes were studied through field investigation and laboratory analysis.Soil sensitive index and the influence of differentvegetations on soil quality improvement were also discussed.Results showed that the contents of Cocandtotal organic carbon(Ctoc)increased significantly by planting on bare sand,whereas the percentage of Cocto Ctochad no change.Robinia pseudoacacia (RP),Hedysarum scoparium (HS),Sabina vulgaris (SV)and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica (PS)improved soil quality and carbon activity more significantly compared with other vegetations.Sensitive index showed that the first(Cfrac1)and second fraction(Cfrac2)of Cochad high activity,Cfrac1was more labile than Cfrac2and can be used to evaluate soil quality.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship among Cfrac1,Cfrac2,Cfrac3,Cfrac4,Cocand Ctoc(P<0.01),and they were positively correlated with available N and total N (P<0.05),but not correlatedwith total P and available P.Additionally,Cfrac4and Ctocwere positively correlated with available P(P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between Cfrac1,Cfrac2,Cfrac4,Coc,Ctocand pH value(P<0.01orP<0.05).In conclusion,Cfrac1can be used as a favorable indicator for soil quality evaluation.Robiniapseudoacacia (RP),Hedysarum scoparium (HS),Sabina vulgaris (SV),and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica(PS)can be considered as preferential choice for soil quality restoration in Muus sandland

    本发明公开了一种铸铁气缸盖鼻梁区激光熔覆工艺,其步骤包括:对气缸盖鼻梁区进行机械加工预处理;对气缸盖鼻梁区进行打磨、清洗;对不同结构的气缸盖鼻梁区进行路径规划;采用激光束作为热源对气缸盖鼻梁区进行预热处理;采用合金粉末作为熔覆材料,设定工艺参数,以同步送粉的方式对气缸盖鼻梁区进行激光熔覆处理;采用缓冷措施;对气缸盖鼻梁区的熔覆层进行机械加工,恢复原气缸盖鼻梁区结构尺寸;清理气缸盖。本发明克服铸铁气缸盖鼻梁区激光熔覆易产生白口组织和裂纹的问题,并用以在鼻梁区获得一定厚度的熔覆层,提高气缸盖耐热性能,从而提高发动机可靠性和使用寿命
