    APPLYING EMGUCV IMAGE PROCESSING LIBRARY IN WPF

    以一款游戏软件的设计为背景,重点介绍基于C#语言的EMguCV图像处理库在WPf平台的应用实例。软件需要完成对图像的滤波、特征提取、相似度计算、图形匹配等任务,最终实现对输入图形图像的识别功能。图像处理单元使用EMguCV图形图像处理库,它允许人们在C#语言或者.nET框架中使用OPEnCV图像处理库的功能。A game software design is taken as the background,in the article we introduce the application example of C# language-based EmguCV image processing library in WPF platform.The software has to complete some tasks,such as filtering,image feature extraction,similarity computation and shape matching,etc.to eventually realise the recognition function on inputted graphics and images.The use of EmguCV graphics and image processing library in image processing unit allows us to use OpenCV image processing library in C# language or the.NET framework

    Design of a main/sub dual-channel LED driver

    针对传统的矿灯存在的体积大、寿命短、耗电量大、玻璃易碎、使用不安全等不足,设计了一款以锂电池为电源、LED为光源、高精度欠压阈值和主辅双通道自动切换的恒流驱动芯片,减小了矿灯的体积和重量,提高了矿灯的寿命和安全使用性能。为了既保证主灯的生产工作时间,又保证辅灯的应急时间,提出一种高精度欠压阈值检测电池电压,实现双通道自动切换的结构,精确检测电池的容量变化,保证了充电的时间节点,确保了矿灯使用安全;为解决电池电压充电节点的一致性,设计了时序逻辑校正控制结构电路,精确调整了分压电阻的阻值,实现了带有80 m V迟滞的欠压阈值±2%电压范围的控制,有效防止了因电源波动引起双通道切换的误操作,满足芯片稳定性好、抗干扰性强的设计要求。另外还设计了主灯短路保护和过温保护等电路,进一步保证矿灯工作安全。Safety is the most important factor in miner production,and there are a lot of accidents are caused by miner's lamp. Traditional miner's lamps use lead-acid batteries for power,incandescent tungsten as light source which has a number of disadvantages such as large volume,high maintenance costs,short lifetime,great power consumption and unsafely because of the fragile glass. This paper designed a lithium battery as the power supply,the LED as light source of high precision under voltage threshold and automatic switching dual channel driver with constant current,overcome the above disadvantages.This paper presents a structure that the dual channel can switch automatically by detecting the battery voltage with high precision under voltage threshold to ensure working time of the main light production and emergency time of auxiliary lights. Accurate detection of changes in battery capacity guarantees that the right charging time and improves the safety of the lamp. To charge battery consistently,it designs a sequential logic circuit,making under voltage threshold voltage in the range of ± 2% with 80 m V hysteresis for high precision requirement. In order to reduce the power dissipation,it designs a 8000-fold high-gain current amplifier to drive linear MOS with 0. 1 V dropout for 200 m A. The chip provides the main LED shorts protection and over temperature protection against unexpected situations

    MEMS high temperature touch-mode capacitive pressure sensor

    本文介绍了一种用SOI硅片和硅?硅键合MEMS技术制作的高温接触式电容压力传感器,并给出了详细的工艺制作流程。在对测试装置、测试电路进行了详细地介绍和深入分析后,用此测试电路对制作的传感器器件进行了高温测试。测试结果表明,传感器在小于250kPa的室温条件下工作,传感器的灵敏度为0.54 mV/kPa;而在400℃条件下工作,传感器的灵敏度为0.41 mV/kPa,传感器的零点飘移为0.1mV/℃。可见这种微传感器可在低于450℃的条件下正常工作,且具有很大的线性工作范围、良好的稳定性和较高的灵敏度。This paper introduces the MEMS high temperature capacitive pressure sensor,which uses SOI wafer and combines a touch-mode structure and the silicon-silicon fusion bonding technique.The production technology is given in detail.The test equipment and test circuit are also introduced and analyzed in detail.The produced capacitive pressure sensors were tested in high temperature.The test results show that in the linear operation range of 250 kPa, at room temperature,the sensitivity is 0.54 mV/kPa.At 400℃ a sensitivity of 0.41mV/kPa is achieved,and the zero drift is about 0.1mV/ C.That means this type of sensor works well under 450℃,and has excellent linearity,good stability and high sensitivity

    本文详细介绍了一种用硅玻璃键合工艺制作的微型梁式电容应变传感器,通过ANSYS软件并结合MEMS器件的特点进行优化,设计并制作了由MEMS工艺实现的微型梁式电容应变传感器。为保证应变器件稳定工作,在测量电路中加一直流静电驱动电压在电容器的极板之间,以保证建立的电场在两极之间产生一个静电力,引起膜片发生向下形变的弯曲,从而保证作用在轴向的应力不会使应变梁产生失稳。文中详细给出了工艺流程和测试结果,通过实验测试证明,用这种方法制作的电容应变器件具有良好的线性、较小的滞后和稳定的工作特性,其中应变灵敏度达10fF/MPa,测量误差小于1%FS。This paper introduces a micro capacitive strain sensor fabricated using silicon-glass static bonding technology. The main fabrication process is given in detail. ANSYS software is used to optimize the design. To sure the stability of the strain sensor, a DC voltage is applied between two electrodes of the capacitor and the established electric field generates a static force, which causes the strain beam to be bended to the substrate so that the stability of the beam can be assured. Sensor test experiments were carried out. Experiment results prove that the proposed strain sensor has excellent linearity, small hysteresis and good stability. The strain sensitivity reaches 10fF/Mpa and the measurement error is less than 1%FS

    Novel Techniques for Thermal-Conductivity Measurement of Vacuum Insulation Panel

    传统采用大平板热保护法测量真空绝热板(VIP)导热系数,该方法测量精度高,但检测速度慢。国外HC-120 VIP快速检测仪大大提高了检测速度,但价格昂贵。针对以上问题,本文提出了基于埋入式热流计法快速高精度测量VIP导热系数的方法。通过理论分析和仿真分析,证明了测量原理的可行性。在测量模型的标定中,针对VIP导热系数与频率变化特征值之间的非线性问题,巧妙结合遗传算法和bP神经网络,从而进行非线性补偿,使测量精度优于1%。与传统基于最小二乘法进行非线性补偿的方法相比,遗传神经网络具有误差小、精度高和全局寻优能力等优点。实际应用表明,本文提出的测量方法满足了高精度、低成本的测量要求,具有广泛推广的应用价值。A novel technique was developed to rapidly and precisely measure the thermal conductivity of largearea,vacuum insulated panel( VIP).In the newly-developed technique,the heat-flow sensors were embedded inside the VIP.The theoretically calculated,numerically simulated and experimentally evaluated results strongly support the new method.In measurement calibration,genetic algorithm and BP neural network were used to solve the nonlinear problems involved in dependence of VIP's thermal conductivity on frequency characteristics; and the non-linear compensation results in a precision better than 1%.When it comes to nonlinear compensation,genetic neural network outperforms the conventional least-square method in many ways,including smaller error,higher precision and better global optimization ability.The test results show that the novel technique is capable of measuring the VIP's thermal conductivity rapidly,precisely,easily and at a low coat.福建省重大科技计划项目(2010H6025

The device producing with this method has excellent linearity, relatively high sensitivity and relatively good stability.
