    文章通过对舌诊在妇科疾病的应用分析,认为舌诊作为中医的重要诊法,是探讨脏腑内在状况的生物全息元的手段之一,在妇科临床诊断中具有重要作用。而经过王; 彦晖教授临床经验,加上在临床采集病例对照之后,笔者发现,在临床上妇科疾病出现舌尖瘀点的确较其它疾病高,值得我们日后作进一步的研究与探讨。Based on the analysis on the application of tongue diagnosis on; gynecological diseases, it was found that, as an important diagnostic; method in TCM, tongue diagnosis was one of the useful methods to explore; the biological holographic element of internal organs, which also played; an important role in clinical diagnosis of gynecologic diseases. With; professor WANG Yan-hui's clinical experience, and after comparison of; clinical cases, it was found that tongue petechia was concerned with; gynecological diseases, deserving of further research

    文章总结了厦门大学医学院王彦晖教授治疗癌症的临床经验,突出了其善用重剂治疗癌症的特色。王彦晖教授认为,癌症本质上是实证,痰浊和瘀血贯穿于癌症病程的全过程,在癌症的病理病机中,痰瘀是相对不变的,而气滞、寒热、肺虚、脾虚、肾虚等病理病机则是可变的;癌症的治疗,王教授善用重剂,非常重视化痰散结和活血化瘀的治法,并注意处理好祛邪与扶正的关系、调理好寒热和气机升降出入的状态;王教授认为,应该重视中医药在癌症预防方面的独特作用。最后,文章以两个典型病案展示了王彦晖教授治疗癌症的学术特色。The academic and clinical experience of WANG Yan-hui, the professor of medical college of Xiamen University, treated the cancer with heavy prescription was introduced in this paper.Professor WANG Yan-hui thought that excess syndrome was the essential syndrome of cancer and the pathogenic effect of phlegm and blood stasis was throughout its whole process.In the pathological mechanism of cancer, phlegm and blood stasis were relatively invariable, on the contrary the others such as qi stagnation, coldness and heat, lung deficiency, spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency and so on were variable.In the treatment of cancer, heavy prescription was used by professor WANG, who paid attention to reduce phlegm and resolve masses, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, the balance of eliminating evil and strengthening the body resistance, the regulation of coldness and heat and the ascent, descent, going out and in of qi.Professor WANG thought that the distinctive effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer should be valued.Finally, two typical cases were selected for showing the academic characteristic of professor WANG in the treatment of cancer.厦门市重大科技计划项目(No.3502Z20100006)~

    氮素(N)是陆地生态系统尤其是草地生态系统第一生产力的重要限制性养分之一。陆地生态系统N素的可利用性由土壤N素的转化速率决定,其中包括氨化和硝化2个重要过程。准确测定N素在各转化过程中的量,对于估算陆地生态系统N转化非常重要。稳定性同位素15 N由于其安全、准确且不干扰自然生态系统等特点,近年来在生态系统N循环研究方面得到广泛应用,常用方法包括15 N自然丰度法、15 N还原法、15 N库稀释法和15 N示踪法。在查阅大量文献的基础上,搜集整理了15 N库稀释法和15 N示踪法的详细操作流程并综述了其在草地生态系统应用的最新进展,分别从不同草地管理方式(增施氮肥、放牧、火烧和刈割等)和全球气候变化(增温、增雨、大气氮沉降和CO2浓度升高等)对草地生态系统N转化过程的影响进行论述。同位素15 N在草地生态系统应用的方法同样适用于森林、农田以及其他陆地生态系统

    目的探讨三仁汤防治湿热环境下呼吸系统疾病的可能作用机制。方法72只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、三仁汤组,每组24只。空白组普通环境喂养,其余两组; 置入气候箱接受高温高湿刺激。三仁汤组小鼠于放入气候箱前、放入气候箱后第12h分别予三仁汤(浓度1g/ml)0.2ml灌胃各1次,空白组和模型组给; 予等量生理盐水灌胃。放入气候箱后第12h、24h、4天时每组取材8只,检测肺组织黏蛋白5AC; (MUC5AC)、水通道蛋白1(AQP1)、水通道蛋白5(AQP5)表达水平。结果模型组第24h时MUC5AC水平高于空白组,三仁汤组第12h; 、24h时MUC5AC表达低于模型组(P0.05)。各组不同时间点AQP1表达水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.; 05)。结论三仁汤可能通过促进肺组织AQP5表达,从而抑制MUC5AC分泌,阻止湿热环境下呼吸系统疾病气道黏液高分泌状态进展。Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Sanren Tang (三仁汤) in; preventing and treating respiratory diseases under damp-heat; circumstances. Methods Seventy-two mice were randomized into blank; group, model group and Sanren Tang group, with 24 mice in each group.; The blank group was fed under conventional environment, while the other; two groups were put into climate chamber with high temperature and high; humidity. The Sanren Tang group was given Sanren Tang (1g/ml 0.2ml)by; gavage before and at the 12th hour of being put into climate chamber.; The blank group and model group were given equivalent normal saline by; gavage. At the 12th, 24th hour and on the 4th day after being put into; climate chamber, eight mice in each group were selected to draw; materials, and the levels of mucin 5AC (MUC5AC), aquaporin 1 (AQP1) and; aquaporin 5 (AQP5) were detected. Results The 24th-hour MUC5AC level in; the model group was higher than that in the blank group; the MUC5AC; level at the 12th and the 24th hour in Sanren Tang group was; respectively lower than that in the model group (P0.05). In each group, there was no significant difference of AQP1; level at different time points (P>0.05). Conclusion By promoting the; expression of AQP5 in lung tissue, Sanren Tang may inhibit the secretion; of MUC5AC, and prevent the airway mucus hypersecretion in respiratory; diseases under damp-heat circumstances.国家自然科学基金项目; 福建省自然科学基
