    Microwave extraction of glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza uralensis

    目的 研究利用微波萃取技术提取甘草中甘草酸的方法。方法 采用正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间、微波功率对甘草酸含量和提取总时间的影响 ,确定微波萃取甘草中甘草酸的最佳工艺条件。在优选出的微波萃取最佳工艺条件下 ,考察了提取溶剂对甘草酸含量的影响 ,并与超声波提取法、室温冷浸法和索氏提取法比较。结果微波提取的最佳条件为以 0 5 %氨水为提取溶媒 ,微波功率为 2 0 0 0W ,体系温度升至 6 0℃后保温提取 4 0min。微波萃取 5 4min与索氏提取 4h、室温冷浸 4 4 3h的甘草酸得率相当。结论 微波萃取具有快速、高效、节能、选择性好的特点 ,可用于中草药有效成分的提取 ,值得推广应用。Object A novel microwave-heated extraction (MHE) method was studied for the extraction of glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Methods Several factors, such as temperature, time and microwave power were investigated and the appropriate MHE conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test. Under the optimum conditions, the optimal solvent was selected and the MHE was compared with ultrasonic extraction, leaching at room temperature and Soxhlet extraction,. Results The optimum conditions of MHE is extracting for another 40 min in 0.5% ammonia water after heated to 60 ℃ by microwave of 2 000 W. Yield of glycyrrhizic acid was about equal to that of Soxhlet extraction for 4 h, and that of leaching at room temperature for 44.3 h. Conclusion The MHE method is fast, efficient, energy-saving and high-selective, which is recommendable to the application to active compounds extraction from Chinese herbal medicines.福建省中药质量标准重点项目 (2 0 0 0F0 0 1

It can be used as tandem MS (MS/MS) owing to three sect quadrupoles used in the ion modulation part; the TOFMS analyzer adopted positive negative double extrusion pulse and orthogonal injection way; two grade ion reflector with grids designed by computer simulation, and new micro channel plate (MCP) mounting method.     应用实验室研制成功的高分辨飞行时间质谱仪的分子离子反应器 ( Molecular ion reactor,MIR)接口来分析多肽结构和获得相关信息。实验结果表明 :MIR能够有效地破碎多肽 ,得到准确的碎片信息 ,是一种理想的多肽结构分析技术。A molecular ion reactor(MIR) used as an atmospheric pressure ionization interface for a home-built high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer is applied to analysis of peptides structure. The experiments shows MIR can decompose peptides effectually and get accurate information of fragments of peptides.     摘要:本研究旨在归纳中文里可以用于测量解释偏差的多义词,并使用多义词造句任务,在广泛性焦虑症状人群中评估其测量有效性.经过对多义词负性与非负性含义常用程度的评分以及多义词造句任务项目区分度、信度、效度和目的隐蔽性的检验,筛选出两含义常用程度大致相同且对焦虑较为敏感的34个题目构成多义词造句任务,该任务信度良好,可以有效测得高低广泛性焦虑和状态焦虑人群中解释偏差的显著差异,且与同类的乱句重排任务相比,能猜出与猜对实验目的的被试显著更少.因此,中文多义词造句任务信效度良好,具有便捷、隐蔽的优势,可以用于解释偏差的相关研究.</p

    An excellent analytical tool for the separation and analysis of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) by using HR ESI TOF MS(High Resolution Electrospray Ionization Time of flight Mass Spectrometry) was developed. A home built HR ESI TOF MS was applied to detect fat soluble components in Danshen( Salvia miltiorrhiza Bage ) directly.     本发明公开了一种生物光栅晶体管器件及其制造方法和应用,属于生物体感知系统及光电检测器件技术领域。该晶体管器件包括光遗传学工程化细胞、二维纳米材料、细胞培养凹槽、一对金属电极和基底。在激光的照射下,工程化细胞会迅速打开其光敏蛋白通道,细胞内外的离子交换使其发生去极化,细胞内外的电势差发生变化影响细胞外电双层结构,从而调控了二维材料表面电势,进而晶体管导电沟道的电流也发生变化,该电流信号经过金属电极由外部电学记录装置进行检测。该生物光栅晶体管具有由光遗传学工程化细胞构成的生物栅极以及生物兼容性良好的二维材料构成的导电沟道,二者可形成面向生物本征视觉成像或光辅助生物传感等应用的新型生机融合接口

    Biodiversity of Planktonic Eukaryotes in Surface Water of Chinese Coastal Seas Revealed by ITS Sequencing

    Planktonic communities in surface water play an important roles in the biogeochemical processes, and the biogeographic distribution is usually related to the environmental conditions such as hydrology. Recently,molecular approaches have become major solutions to investigate eukaryotic community in the marine ecosystem.In this study,ITS1was used as a DNA marker to estimate diversity of eukaryotic plankton in the surface water of the Chinese coastal waters.Results of BLAST indicated that most of the ITS1sequences were affiliated with six eukaryotic groups,including Metazoa,Fungi and Alveolata.The abundant eukaryotic plankton could classify the sampling sites into five distinct clusters.For each cluster, the dominant phyla exhibited significant geographic variation.Generally,diversity of eukaryotic plankton was significantly related to longitude,latitude,depth,temperature and salinity,presenting ageneral increasing tendency from the north to south of coastal seas.Community dissimilarity of eukaryotes(β-diversity) increased with the increasing geographic distance.These results indicate that the eukaryotic plankton were subject to the geographical limits in the surface water of the Chinese coastal seas.Hereby this study provides molecular data for the biogeographic distribution of eukaryotic plankton along the coast of China
