本发明公开了一种生物光栅晶体管器件及其制造方法和应用,属于生物体感知系统及光电检测器件技术领域。该晶体管器件包括光遗传学工程化细胞、二维纳米材料、细胞培养凹槽、一对金属电极和基底。在激光的照射下,工程化细胞会迅速打开其光敏蛋白通道,细胞内外的离子交换使其发生去极化,细胞内外的电势差发生变化影响细胞外电双层结构,从而调控了二维材料表面电势,进而晶体管导电沟道的电流也发生变化,该电流信号经过金属电极由外部电学记录装置进行检测。该生物光栅晶体管具有由光遗传学工程化细胞构成的生物栅极以及生物兼容性良好的二维材料构成的导电沟道,二者可形成面向生物本征视觉成像或光辅助生物传感等应用的新型生机融合接口
