    The linguistic components of intercultural communications on an example of a multicultural society: comparative studies of cultures

    Intercultural communication is considered a progressively developing trend, both abroad and in modern Russia. The concept of Western research on this topic is interdisciplinary approaches this situation is conditioned by the need for a multilateral analysis of the processes taking place in this field. Attention is focused on studying the barriers to communication of representatives of many socio-cultural systems. The information reflects the experience of using Western methodology to analyze the problems of intercultural interaction. The main barriers that reduce the effectiveness of interactions are the differences in cognitive schemes that are relevant for representatives of certain cultures (in particular linguistic and non-verbal schemes, moments of public consciousness). The results of the study do not allow the dissemination of conclusions to an extremely broad social context. But due to the experience of interpreting the problems of intercultural communication, information is useful for organizations that function in the field of education, as well as leading dialogue between Russia and the West. It was possible to identify approaches to the definition of intercultural communication as an important branch of knowledge in the context of globalization, analyzing domestic and foreign traditions. The factors that predetermine the effectiveness of communication, as well as methods for overcoming complexities in the course of intercultural communication, are listed. The approaches that form the basis of the process of preparing people for life and work in a multicultural society, in the context of intercultural communication, are at the center of attention. Thanks to the culture of communication, it is possible to achieve mutual understanding between different nations, to form national self-consciousness, as well as the effective development of traditional cultures. A valuable social function is to translate not just the national and ethnic culture, but also to introduce the younger generation to common values, the world cultural process, of which the culture of any people is considered a part. For this, a dialogue of cultures is established, inter-ethnic communication appears. Nowadays there are quite a lot of nationalistic tendencies explaining the desire of the ethnoses to revive and preserve, develop personal cultural traditions and language, and to establish modern culture at the personal and group level thanks to national forms and symbols

    Comparative experience of socio-pedagogical work with gifted children in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan

    The authors conduct a comparative analysis of the features and content of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in the educational space of Russia and Kazakhstan. The purpose of our study: to study and present the comparative experience of socio-pedagogical work with gifted children in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. Collection of empirical data was carried out by questionnaire survey of teachers of general educational organizations of the Russian Federation (n=225) and educational organizations of Kazakhstan (n=200). The survey of teachers and specialists of educational organizations was conducted in 2018 and 2019.The authors have studied the comparative experience of organizing socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in Russia and Kazakhstan. The results allow us to see common and specific in the work with gifted children in the Russian Federation and the former post-Soviet republic. The identified features can be taken into account in the organization of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren and improve the effectiveness of socio-pedagogical work and socio-pedagogical support of gifted schoolchildren. In conclusion, the study of comparative experience of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in two countries with a similar history of formation of educational systems allows us to see the difference in approaches to work with this non-standard category of children at the moment. The identified specificity in the programs, forms and methods, target benchmarks of socio-pedagogical work with gifted children in educational organizations can be taken into account when developing the content of this direction of work and will improve its effectiveness

    ШКОЛЬНАЯ ЭКОНОМИКА В ПАРАДИГМЕ ИЗОБРЕТАЮЩЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

    Requirements applied to specialists for working in the sixth wave of innovation, i.e. Industry 4.0, determines the necessity of education system improvement concerning training solution and, as a result, creation of inventive ideas. Today in our country this process is stimulated by various competitions, including financing for the implementation of results. In training programs knowledge approach still prevails. The corresponding methods, along with stimulation, are included into educational programs in leading foreign educational institutions, mostly at universities. If in previous decades mostly divergent methods were studied (morphological analysis, the focal objects method, synectics, etc.), then now the leading place is taken by theory of inventive problem solving – TRIZ created in the former USSR by G.S. Altshuller in connection with the increasing leading corporations requirement for specialists in TRIZ. This fact gives Russia essential competitive advantages in the innovative way of development. For effective use of this advantage it is important to form the TRIZ-based innovative thinking beginning from school days. For this purpose authors developed new methods in TRIZ-pedagogics, uniting metasubject results (in higher education institutions – competences) into the system of innovative thinking. As a result, both educational and economic effects are achieved: the intellectual property created in educational process. For schools it is the possibility of significant improvement of financing causing importance of new mechanisms of intellectual property fixation, protection and implementation. Recommendations about creation of such system are provided in the article.PurposeDefining the opportunities and ways of improving economic effectiveness of educational activities in the paradigm of inventive education.Tasks:– analysis of school education institutions experience in implementation of approaches preceding the inventing education paradigm formation;– giving recommendations concerning the economic effectiveness enhancement of the implementation of inventive education paradigm.Methodology– analytical method: in the article practical results of the inventive education elements approbation are analyzed;– dialectic method: the article defines the system and dialectic kernel of TRIZ, which is the basis of inventive education paradigm.Results: the possibility is confirmed and the ways of improving economic indicators in school and additional education system are shown.Practical implications: it is expedient to apply the obtained results at schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, institutions of additional education at which engineering and technological or physical and mathematical classes, engineering classes, scientific and technical workshops and author’s methods of the knowledge invention and innovative projects are applied: both for improvement of Federal educational standards implementation quality, and for improvement of economic indicators.Требования к специалистам для работы в условиях шестого технологического уклада, Индустрии 4.0, обусловливают необходимость совершенствования системы образования по обучению решению проблем и, как результат, генерации инновационных идей. В настоящее время в отечественном образовании генерация инновационных идей стимулируется различными конкурсами, в том числе и с получением финансирования под реализацию результатов. В учебных программах по-прежнему преобладает знаниевый подход. В ведущих зарубежных образовательных учреждениях, главным образом в университетах, наряду со стимуляцией, в образовательные программы включены соответствующие методы. Если в прежние десятилетия изучались в основном дивергентные методы: морфоанализ, метод фокальных объектов, синектика и т.п., то сейчас ведущее место занимает теория решения изобретательских задач – ТРИЗ, TRIZ, созданная в бывшем СССР Г.С. Альтшуллером, в связи с возрастающей потребностью ведущих корпорацийв специалистах по ТРИЗ. Этот факт дает России существенные конкурентные преимущества на инновационном пути развития. Для эффективного использования этого преимущества важно формировать инновационное мышление, основанное на ТРИЗ, со школьного возраста. Для этого авторами разработаны новые методы в дидактической системе ТРИЗ-педагогика, объединяющие метапредметные результаты (в вузах – компетенции) в систему инновационного мышления. В результате, наряду с учебным, достигается экономический эффект: создаваемая в учебном процессе интеллектуальная собственность. Для школ это – возможность существенного улучшения финансирования, обусловливающая важность разработки новых механизмов фиксирования, защиты и реализации интеллектуальной собственности. В статье приводятся рекомендации по построению такой системы.Цель – определение возможностей и путей повышения экономической эффективности образовательной деятельности в парадигме изобретающего образования.Задачи:– анализ опыта образовательных учреждений по реализации подходов, предшествующих формированию парадигмы изобретающего образования;– формулирование рекомендаций по повышению экономической эффективности реализации парадигмы изобретающего образования.Методы проведения работы:– аналитический метод: в статье анализируются практические результаты апробации элементов изобретающего образования;– диалектический метод: в статье выделяется системно-диалектическое ядро ТРИЗ – основа парадигмы изобретающего образования.Результаты: подтверждена возможность и показаны пути повышения экономических показателей системы школьного и дополнительного образования.Область применения результатов: полученные результаты целесообразно применять школам, лицеям, гимназиям, учреждениям дополнительного образования, в которых действуют инженерно-технологические и физико-математические классы, корпоративные классы инженерного профиля, студии научно-технического творчества и применяются авторские методы изобретения знаний и инновационных проектов: как в целях повышения качества выполнения Федеральных образовательных стандартов, так и в целях улучшения экономических показателей

    Plasma-chemical synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles for doping of high-temperature superconductors

    Abstract Ferrite nanoparticles (Fe3O4) have been produced by the direct low-pressure plasma-chemical synthesis. X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), vibration magnetometry (VSM), and Mössbauer spectroscopy (NGR) were used for measurements, showing that the produced nanoparticles have an average size of 9.4 nm, a crystalline phase of magnetite, possess a property of superparamagnetism at room temperature, and have a blocking temperature of 89 K. The peculiarities of nanoparticle behavior in the magnetic field, related to a large specific surface area, are discussed
