    Cilj. Cilj je rada prikazati iznimno značajan doprinos Stanislava Prepreka ‒ skladatelja, dirigenta, orguljaša, pjesnika, prevoditelja, knjižničara, učitelja i erudita ‒ razvoju knjižničarstva i cjelokupnog kulturnog života u Petrovaradinu. Pristup/metodologija. Istraživanje je podrazumijevalo iščitavanje već objavljenih publikacija o životu i djelu Stanislava Prepreka, kao i izvještaja o radu Knjižnice u Petrovaradinu, njihovu usporednu analizu i izvlačenje osnovnih teza i zaključaka, s ciljem da se predstavi njegov doprinos razvoju knjižničarstva u Petrovaradinu. Rezultati. Rad problematizira angažman Stanislava Prepreka kao knjižničara i organizatora brojnih kulturnih događanja u knjižnici u Petrovaradinu, u poslijeratnom razdoblju, kada je ona obnavljala svoju djelatnost u otežanim uvjetima. Vrijednost. Rad doprinosi povijesti knjižničarstva i ukazuje na zaslužne djelatnike, vizionare i inicijatore iz ovog područja, a jedan od njih nesumnjivo je i Stanislav Preprek

    Overview of Physical Activity Guidelines in Pregnancy With Regard to Sports and Health Problems of Women

    Namen magistrskega dela je bil predstaviti smernice za telesno dejavnost med nosečnostjo. Pregledali smo obstoječo slovensko in tujo literaturo na to temo ter smernice predstavili ločeno glede na športno zvrst in pridružene zdravstvene težave žensk. Magistrsko delo je monografskega tipa. Predstavili smo anatomske, fiziološke in psihološke spremembe v nosečnosti, ki jih moramo upoštevati pri sestavi vadbenega programa za nosečnico. Ugotovili smo, da ima telesna dejavnost med nosečnostjo veliko koristi za vse ženske, saj obstajajo primerne vrste telesne dejavnosti tudi za nosečnice, ki pred zanositvijo niso bile telesno aktivne. Telesna dejavnost z ustrezno pogostostjo, intenzivnostjo in trajanjem pozitivno vpliva na počutje nosečnice in ploda ter nima negativnega učinka na potek nosečnosti in poroda. Med primerne telesne dejavnosti vključujemo zlasti hojo, plavanje, aerobiko na kopnem in v vodi, pilates, jogo in sobno kolesarjenje. Pri telesnih dejavnostih, kot so ekipni športi, smučanje, drsanje, cestno kolesarjenje in potapljanje, pa je potrebna dodatna prilagoditev oz. prekinitev tovrstne telesne dejavnosti. Ugotovili smo, da je telesna dejavnost med nosečnostjo varna, ko je individualno prilagojena vsaki posameznici glede na njeno počutje in zdravstveno stanje ter stopnji telesne dejavnosti, ki jo je ženska izvajala pred zanositvijo. Nosečnica, ki ima pridružene zdravstvene težave, kot so hipertenzija, nosečniška sladkorna bolezen in debelost, je lahko telesno dejavna, nujen pa je posvet z zdravnikom. Priporočljivo je, da nosečnica vadbeni program izvaja pod nadzorom zdravstvenega in športnega strokovnjaka, ki pozna kontraindikacije za vadbo. Telesna dejavnost se med nosečnostjo lahko izvaja vsak dan v tednu, potrebno pa je postopno povečevanje intenzivnosti in obsega. Nosečnica naj izvaja telesne dejavnosti, pri katerih uživa, ves čas pa mora biti pozorna na svoje počutje in med vadbo poslušati svoje telo. Magistrsko delo je uporabno za vse športne in zdravstvene strokovnjake, ki se pri svojem delu srečujejo z nosečnicami, pa tudi za vse nosečnice, ki ne vedo, kakšno in koliko telesne dejavnosti lahko vnesejo v svoje življenje v obdobju nosečnosti.The purpose of this master\u27s thesis was to present the guidelines for physical activity during pregnancy. The relevant Slovenian and foreign literature were reviewed, and the guidelines were presented independently according to the type of sport and associated health problems of women. The master\u27s thesis is monograph-based. We presented the anatomical, physiological, and psychological changes in pregnancy that must be considered when designing an exercise program for pregnant women. It was discovered that physical activity during pregnancy is beneficial for all women, as there are certain types of exercises suitable also for pregnant women who were not physically active before the pregnancy. Physical activity with the appropriate frequency, intensity and duration has a positive effect on the well-being of the pregnant woman and the fetus as well as no negative effect on the course of pregnancy and childbirth. Suitable physical activities include walking, swimming, land or water aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and indoor cycling. Physical activities, such as team sports, skiing, skating, road cycling and diving, require additional adjustment or suspension of this type of physical activity. We established that physical activity during pregnancy is safe when it is individually tailored to the women’s well-being and health condition as well as the level of physical activity before their pregnancy. A pregnant woman who has associated health problems such as hypertension, gestational diabetes, and obesity can be physically active, however, a doctor’s consultation is essential. It is recommended that a pregnant woman perform the exercise program under the supervision of a health and sports professional who is familiar with the contraindications to exercise. Physical activity can be performed every day of the week during pregnancy, yet it is necessary to increase the intensity and amount gradually. A pregnant woman should perform physical activities that she enjoys, and she should always pay attention to her well-being and listen to her body during exercise. This master\u27s thesis is useful for all sports and health professionals who work with pregnant women, as well as for all pregnant women who are not familiar with the type and the amount of physical activity that they can engage in during pregnancy

    Mental training in equestrian sport

    Psihološka priprava predstavlja pomemben del priprave športnika na doseganje uspešnih rezultatov na tekmovanjih, vendar je pogosto premalo poudarjena. Konjeniški šport poteka individualno, vendar med tekmo ne nastopa posameznik sam, ampak s konjem, živaljo s svojo glavo in mislimi. Jahači se morajo zavedati, da se njihovo psihično stanje projicira tudi na konja, ki je občutljiv na dražljaje, ki jih oddaja človek in okolica. Tekmovalci konjeniškega športa morajo znati obvladovati svoja čustva in počutje, pri čemer jim najbolje pomaga sodelovanje s športnim psihologom. Trenerji in tekmovalci se morajo zavedati, da je za uspeh poleg fizične priprave, pomembna tudi psihična. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali psihološko pripravo jahačev v konjeniškem športu. Namen dela je bil ugotoviti poznavanje in odnos do športne psihologije ter uporaba psihološke priprave med jahači, ki predstavlja pomemben sestavni del trenažnega procesa. Zanimalo nas je predvsem, katere psihološke tehnike in metode poznajo ter tudi uporabljajo tekmovalci preskakovanja ovir s konji in v dresurnem jahanju. Podobne raziskave na področju konjeništva še ni bilo narejene, do sedaj so bile proučevane samo psihološke priprave v drugih športih. Podatke za raziskavo smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, razdeljenega 40 aktivnim tekmovalcem v konjeništvu iz različnih slovenskih klubov. Odgovarjali so na vprašanja s področja športne psihologije in psihološke priprave v svojem športnem udejstvovanju. Rezultati študije so bili nato analizirani v programu SPSS, ugotovili pa smo, da ni razlik v psihološki pripravi glede na spol tekmovalca. Prav tako lahko sklepamo, da v konjeništvu ni dobrega poznavanja športne psihologije. Na podlagi teh rezultatov smo potrdili prvo in drugo hipotezo. Opaziti je, da večina anketiranih tekmovalcev še ni sodelovala s športnim psihologom ter pred tekmovalnim nastopom ne opravi posebnega rituala, zato smo zavrnili tretjo in četrto hipotezo. Raziskava je pokazala, da je uporaba psihološke priprave v konjeniškem športu slabo razširjena in v prihodnje izboljšanje tega omogoča doseganje uspešnejših rezultatov.Mental training is an important part of preparing an athlete to achieve successful results in competitions, but is often under-emphasized. Equestrian sport is an individual sport, but during the competition, the athlete is not alone, but is competing with a horse, an animal with his own mind and thoughts. The riders must be aware that their psychic state is also projected on a horse, which is sensitive to the stimuli that are emitted by the man and in the environment. Athletes in equestrianism must know how to control their feelings and well-being, a sports psychologist can help them best with that. Coaches and competitors must be aware that mental training is as important as physical preparation in the training process. In the research we studied the psychological preparation of riders in equestrian sport. The aim was to determine the prevalence and attitude towards sports psychology and the use of mental training among riders, which represents an important component of the training process. We were primarily interested in what psychological techniques and methods are known and also used by competitors in show jumping and in dressage riding. Similar studies in the field of horse riding have not yet been made, so far only psychological preparations in other sports have been studied. We obtained data for the research using a survey questionnaire. The sample included 40 active riding competitors from different Slovenian clubs. They answered questions in the field of sports psychology and psychological preparation in their sporting activities. The results of the study were then analyzed in the SPSS program. We discovered that there are no differences in psychological preparations between men and women competitors. We can also conclude that there is not a lot of knowledge of sports psychology in equestrianism. The results confirmed the first and second hypothesis. It is noticeable, that most of the surveyed competitors have not yet cooperated with a sports psychologist and do not perform a special ritual before the competition, which is why the third and fourth hypothesis were denied. The research showed that the use of psychological preparation in equestrian sport is poorly widespread, and in the future, improving that would provide more successful results
