Import 29/09/2010Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi podnikání na území ČR, založením společnosti a na možnostech jejího financování. Je zde popsáno založení společnosti EXTREM, s. r. o., která se bude zabývat prodejem sportovního zboží a následnému poskytování servisních a doprovodných služeb. V první kapitole jsou popsány možnosti a charakteristika podnikání na území ČR, které charakterizuje živnostenský zákon. Druhá kapitola je věnována možnostem financování společností, díky kterým jsou zajišťovány peněžní toky ve společnosti a pomocí kterých společnost investuje do dlouhodobého vybavení. Detailně popsaným procesem založení a financování společnosti s ručením omezeným se zabývá třetí kapitola. Je zde přímá aplikace na společnost EXTREM, s. r. o. V poslední kapitole jsou návrhy na zmenšení rizika podnikání a zlepšení a zkvalitnění vedení společnosti.This thesis deals with the possibilities of business in the Czech republic, the company is incorporated and the possibilities of financing. It describes the establishment of EXTREM, Ltd., which will deal with the sale of sporting goods and the subsequent provision of service and auxiliary services. The first chapter describes the capabilities and characteristics of entrepreneurship in the CR, which characterizes the Licensing Act. The second chapter is devoted to funding companies with which they are secured by cash flows in and through which the company invests in long-term facilities. Described in detail the process of establishing a finance company with limited liability company is engaged in the third chapter. There is a direct application to the company EXTREM, Ltd. Computer tasks for subject Signals and Systems

Obsahom tejto práce je správny návrh a realizácia úloh pomocou programového prostredia Matlab. Tieto navrhnuté úlohy majú dokázať popísať a pomôcť pochopiť študentovi niektoré témy z oblasti spojitých a diskrétnych signálov a systémov, ktoré sú prednášané v predmete Signály a systémy na Fakulte elektrotechniky, elektroniky a komunikačných technológií. Z tematiky spojitých signálov sú v práci vytýčené tieto problémové oblasti : analýza periodickej a aperiodickej funkcie, spojité systémy a z tematiky diskrétnych signálov sú vybrané oblasti : analýza diskrétnych signálov a diskrétnych systémov prvého a druhého rádu. V praktickej časti je popísaná samotná realizácia pomocou grafického užívateľského rozhrania (GUI).The content of this work is the design and implementation of tasks using MATLAB programming. These tasks are designed to describe and help the student understand some topics in the field of continuous and discrete signals and systems, which are presented in the subject of Signals and Systems at the Faculty of electrical engineering and communication technologies. From the theme of continuous signals are in this work outlined these problematic areas: analysis of periodic and aperiodic functions, continuous systems and from the theme of discrete signals are selected areas: analysis of discrete signals and discrete systems of first and second order. In the practical part the realization itself is described using a graphical user interface (GUI).

Na úvod práce jsou stanoveny a popsány analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na trh, v kterém se podnik pohybuje, a na podnik samotný. V návrhové části je rozvržena implementace rozvoje podniku.The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of the family business Vinařství Výmola in the village of Mikulčice in South Moravia in connection with the growing labor demand for the operation of the company. At the beginning of the work, analyzes are determined and described, which are then applied to the market in which the company operates and to the company itself. Realization of a Simulator with Elements of Virtual Reality

Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom a realizáciou úlohy s prvkami virtuálnej reality, a to konkrétne simulačnej úlohy pre riadenie vozidla. Ako programový nástroj je použitý Matlab/Simulink. Cieľom práce je vytvorenie jednoduchého simulátoru pre účely merania reakcie šoféra na štandardné podnety a následného popisu a hodnotenia interakcie šofér-vozidlo. Jednotlivé kapitoly práce popisujú jazyk VRML, knižnicu 3D Animation prostredia Matlab/Simulink a spoluprácu s blokmi tejto knižnice. Realizáciou tejto práce je popis a úprava 3D modelu vozidla použitého pre tento účel, ako aj popis a zostavenie dynamického modelu pre riadenie vozidla s následným sprevádzkovaním vo forme simulátoru vozidla v prostredí Matlab/Simulink. Záverom práce je overenie funkčnosti simulátoru riadenia s možnosťou záznamu dát.This work deals with the design and realization of a task with the elements of virtual reality, namely the simulation task for driving a vehicle. As a programming tool, Matlab/Simulink is used. The aim of the thesis is to create a simple simulator for the purposes of measuring the driver's response to standard stimuli and the description and evaluation of the driver-vehicle interaction. The individual chapters describe the VRML language, the Matlab/Simulink 3D Animation Library and cooperation with the blocks in this library. The realization of this work is the description and modification of the 3D model of the vehicle used for this purpose, as well as the description and construction of the dynamic model for driving the vehicle with subsequent implementation in the form of a vehicle simulator in the Matlab/Simulink environment. The conclusion of the work is to verify the functionality of the management simulator with the possibility of data recording.
