A rare cause of acute abdomen: radiotherapy-induced bladder rupture
Introduction: Spontaneous intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder, which is rare, is a life-threatening condition. In emergency services, when patients present with lower quadrant abdominal pain and acute renal failure in the patient's laboratory findings consistent with curriculum vitae should be suspected if there is a history of radiotherapy. A cystography is the most accurate and precise method to make a diagnosis. The definitive solution is surgery, which depends on the condition of the patient.Case Report: A 52-years-old female patient with diffuse abdominal pain applied to our emergency department with complaints of high fever and hematuria. The fact that operated from cervical cancer medical history and undergone radiotherapy was learned. A physical examination of the abdomen and midline defects detected a urine-like liquid coming from the defect. Cystography was also performed because of being macroscopic hematuria to patient, and bladder rupture was detected. Conclusion: The aim of this phenomenon in our presentation. If patients who present to the emergency department with acute renal failure and peritonitis with a medical history of radiotherapy have a history of pelvic radiotherapy in the curriculum vitae with acute renal failure and peritonitis emergency signs, spontaneous rupture of the bladder is to emphasize that occur years after radiation therapy should be considered
Relationship between the Crimean Khanate and the Polish-Lithuanian State during the Reign of Devlet I Giray and Mehmed II Giray in Mühimme Defters
Mühimme defters have a special place among all the archival material inherited from the Ottoman Empire. Recording copies of the decisions made in the Imperial Council, the highest administrative organ of the state, these defters contain important information not only about the domestic affairs of the Empire but also about its foreign policy. This study examines the relations between the Crimean Khanate and the Polish-Lithuanian State as reflected in mühimme defters from 1551 to 1584. Border disputes, annual payments made or not made by Poland to the Crimean Khanate, diplomatic relations, exchange of ambassadors, and the residence of Alp Giray and Selamet Giray in Poland were some of the main issues reflected in mühimme defters
Turkey’s tourist profile: a document analysis for future implications
This paper aims to present an analysis of tourist profile in Turkey through a document analysis. The study covers the review of Türsab (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) magazines published in years of 2000-2017 as well as Turkish tourism official statistics. A picture related to the tourist profile and its change in Turkey is presented. The information may contribute to the competitiveness of Turkish tourism for tourist satisfaction as well as destination marketing and management by contributing to the tourism policy and strategies. The results point out a change in tourist profile since the 2000s. European tourists profile has changed and there have been new nationalities with different preferences. No sponso
Relevant Analytic Spontaneous Magnetization Relation for the Face-Centered-Cubic Ising Lattice
The relevant approximate spontaneous magnetization relations for the
simple-cubic and body-centered-cubic Ising lattices have recently been obtained
analytically by a novel approach that conflates the Callen--Suzuki identity
with a heuristic odd-spin correlation magnetization relation. By exploiting
this approach, we study an approximate analytic spontaneous magnetization
expression for the face-centered-cubic Ising lattice. We report that the
results of the analytic relation obtained in this work are nearly consistent
with those derived from the Monte Carlo simulation.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figures, revised version, published in Entrop
Travel motivations of Y and Z generations
International Applied Social Sciences Congress (4. : 2020)Introduction: It is quite important to understand and predict the travel motivations of Y and Z generations to be able to make future plans and strategies.
Aim: The aim of this research is to determine the travel motivations of Y and Z generations via a sample of university students.
Method: An online survey is used to investigate the travel motivations of Y and Z generations. 142 students or employees of a university answered the questionnaire. Statistical tests were used to evaluate the data.
Findings: Findings show that social media affects travel choices of both generations. Both generations like to go on vacation with friends more than with family or alone. Hitchhiking is almost never preferred by the research sample. Z generation preferred entertainment activities more than Y generation and Y generation prefers cultural tourism more. Y generation is more open to gathering information and suggestions for travel than Z generation. Popularity of the destination is one of the important factors for both generations. Z generation gives more importance to variety of food on holiday compared to Y generation. Both generations decide their vacation depending on their mood. Both generations mostly prefer hotels instead of camping, hostels and renting houses. Their priority transportation is personal vehicle. Variety of excursions is significantly important for both generations. However, food variety is more important for Z generation compared to Y generation. The difficulties of communication and climate conditions have been an impressive factor for both generations. As a result, travel motivations of the Y and Z generations have significant similarities with some differences. No sponso

TRAINEES' INTRAPSYCHIC ATTUNEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF PSYCHOTHERAPY TRAINING
Effective psychotherapy process neither relies solely on techniques employed, nor therapeutic alliance. Various, independently occurring, intrapsychic processes may significantly contribute to a therapist's attunement capacity. Attunement, with the perspective ranging from affective areas to the field of relational needs, goes beyond empathy. Such connections require therapists' emotional equilibrium and self-soothing capacities, that may be governed by emotional intelligence (EQ). By mechanisms within epigenetic interplay, and with an individual engagement in self-growth, activities intended on EQ increase may offer to expand their own „window of tolerance“. Psychotherapy educational programs represent an example of how emotional competencies may increase due to training requests, and frequent exposure to intensive self-growth processes, that go beyond acquiring necessary skills focused on the client. The aim of this paper is to, from a theoretical perspective, discuss the role of emotional intelligence in the intrapsychic attunement of trainees in the process of psychotherapy training
Future trends for smart tourism sestinations: case of Antalya
Uluslararası Turizmde Yeni Jenerasyonlar ve Yeni Trendler Kongresi (1. : 2018 : Sapanca, Türkiye)Smart Tourism Destinations (STD) concept has taken serious attention as a result of the developments in Smart Cities. Technology connects all organizations, entities, activities, and elements. Tourism is a multidimensional service system covering different actors and organizations. When a tourism destination gets smarter, the tourists’ needs and demands are expected to be fulfilled more efficiently to create a better tourist experience. This paper aims at examining the content of Future Trends for Smart Tourism Destinations considering Antalya as a caseNo sponso
EVALUATION OF BREAD WHEAT GENOTYPES WITH DIFFERENT PHENOLOGICAL CHARACTERS IN TERMS OF RESISTANCE TO SUNN PEST DAMAGE
The research was conducted with 23 different varieties in field condition and closed area in 2010 and 2011. Twenty three bread wheat varieties were grown in open fields and closed areas in Faculty of Agriculture, University of Namik Kemal experimental area. The nifm number, sunn pest damage ratio, black point, protein ratio, moisture ratio, sedimentation rate, retarded sedimentation rate, gluten rate and index in the bread wheat varieties were examined. The highest sunn pest damage rate in the samples grown in field condition was found from Tekirdağ sample with 3,08 % and followed by Alga, Renan, Sadova, Geya and Krasnodarskaya-99 samples. The lowest damage rate was obtained from Enola and Dropia with 1,60 %; Krasunia with 1,63 %. In bread wheat samples grown in closed areas, the sunn pest damage rate increased considerably and measured between 4,93-12,75%. According to the average of two seasons, the highest sunn pest damage rate was obtained respectively from Geya, Tekirdağ, Renan and Sadova samples. The lowest damage rates were obtained from Gelibolu, KateA-1, Krasunia and Dropia samples. When the quality features were analysed, gluten, gluten index, zeleny sedimentation and retarded sedimentation values reduced substantially in comparison with values obtained outdoors. Retarded sedimentation values in all samples were at a quite low level that making the crop useless
