    Brake system is a sytem on heavy equipment that functions to slow down and stop the unit moving. Damage suffered by the brake system in the form of loss brakes. This analysis aims to determine the damage, analyze the damage and find out the repair steps. The inspection method is done by checking visually. Next do the disassembly and inspection of brake system components to determine the damage and the main causes of brake loss. The brake system inspection results in component failure which consists of O-ring brake piston and brake piston. The cause of damage to the brake system is because the o-rings of the worn piston and brake piston have rust on the surface, so the brake piston cannot work normally. The repair step is to replace the o-ring of the brake piston and brake piston which is damaged and cannot be repaired, therefore the o-ring of the piston and brake piston is replaced with a new one

    Clutch is a breaker and connector power from the engine to other power train components. There was a low power reverse transmission problem on the XCMG ZL 50 GN wheel loader unit. This analysis aims to find out how to operate the clutch disc, analyze the causes of low power reverse and its causes, make corrective steps, and recommend steps to prevent clutch damage. The inspection process is carried out by performing a performance test through a pressure plug test, visual analysis of a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic hose. Then the transmission disassembly process is carried out and analyzed the cause of the damage using a fishbone diagram. The disassembly process results in damage to the disc and clutch components that are subjected to wear. Repair steps must be made to replace the discs and plates components. The main driving force of the hydraulic tractor is a diesel engine which converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy through pump pressure which is then distributed to the hydraulic cylinder to produce energy. The three-point hitch is the most widely used type for installing plows and other agricultural implements, especially on tractor units. The purpose of making this final project is to find out the steps of the assembly process according to standards, assembly to be more efficient and to know the types of failures, causes, and steps to repair damaged components. The research method uses observations on the unit, then the results of the observations become the basis for the analysis of the problem. To find out in more detail, it is necessary to carry out the assembly and disassembly process and to check the components after the assembly and disassembly process is complete, in this case, the New Holland TT3.50 tractor assembly process and the hydraulic oil filter disassembly on the Holland TT3.50 tractor unit. In this case, after the New Holland TT3.50 tractor assembly process was carried out and the hydraulic oil filter disassembly on the New Holland TT3.50 tractor unit. Then the results for the steps in the assembly process for the New Holland TT3.50 tractor include front and rear wheel installation, left and right fender installation, deck floor installation, canopy installation and three-point hitch installation. Peranan sistem manajemen destinasi wisata dalam mengelola kepariwisataan di Karisidenan Surakarta sangat dibutuhkan, untuk mengelola dan mendistribusikan informasi mengenai produk wisata membutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Salah satu model sistem yang dapat diterapkan yaitu Sistem Manajemen Destinasi Wisata. Sistem Manajemen Destinasi Wisata yang dibangun yaitu pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kepariwisataan di Eks-Karisidenan Surakarta dan menentukan paket wisata secara sendiri yang berfungsi untuk menentukan sendiri obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi dan memperkirakan materi yang akan dikeluarkan. The damage that occurs to the Undercarriage on the Komatsu PC 200-8 Excavator unit is the Track adjuster component where the piston rod cylinder is rusted and the seal is brittle resulting in fluid leakage. This is known when an inspection is carried out after the disassembly of the Track adjuster is carried out.Damage that occurs to the piston rod cylinder and seal interferes with the work of the Track adjuster due to lack of lubrication.Repairs made to the piston rod cylinder were to clean the rust using sandpaper until it was clean again, while the brittle track adjuster seal could not be repaired so it had to be replaced with a new seal kit

    The operation of an excavator requires a variety of operations from work components. Operation of the excavator work components requires hydraulic power. Excavator work components consist of swing motor, travel motor, boom, arm and bucket. Basically, the hydraulic system is a system for transferring and controlling force and movement with liquid fluid. Pressurized oil from the pump is distributed to various kinds of excavator work components. To find out the power that occurs requires a large flow rate and pressure on the work components. Power is in kW, flow rate is in m3/second, and pressure is in N/m2. The power produced by a variable displacement pump is 130.848 kW. The power generated by the Hydraulic Pump is then distributed to work components including a hydraulic swing motor of 7,586 kW, a hydraulic travel motor of 26,512 kW, a hydraulic cylinder boom of 32,888 kW, a hydraulic cylinder arm of 18,209 kW, and a hydraulic cylinder bucket of 15,273 kW. The total amount of power distributed to the work components is 100,468 kW. When compared with the hydraulic pump power of 130,848 kW, the power used is 77,952% of the hydralic pump power

    This study aims to determine the results of micro-photo testing and the value of thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy with the influence of heat treatment using the media. The process of making aluminum specimens was cut 4mm thick and 6mm thick as many as 4 pieces of heat treated at a temperature of 400 ° C for 30 minutes and cooled using air, water and oil cooling media. After the aluminum heat treatment process then the micro-photo test and thermal conductivity test. The results of the study indicate that aluminum which is heat treated using oilcooling media has the highest thermal conductivity value, and aluminum with aircooling media has the smallest value of thermal conductivity.     Excava 200 is the first excavator product produced by PT. Pindad. Excavator production is done in the Heavy Equipment Division of PT. Pindad. The inaugural launch of the Pindad Excava 200 was carried out on September 10, 2015 at the head office of PT. Pindad Bandung.This excavator has gone through a testing process from PT. Sucofoindo which covers the scope of work and function tests and is declared to meet the requirements and has received SNI certificates. The purpose of this paper is to know the entire Pindad Excava 200 assembly process starting from the basic framework, top frame, total assembly to the testing process. From the results during the author's direct observation and carrying out the various methods mentioned above, the author found several excava 200 product processing sequences that were not in accordance with the existing process sequence sheet, and affected obstacles and mismatches in the production process sequence. There are several objectives to get a better work process including considering all alternative materials used, process completion according to function, service reliability and time, considering all alternative processes and processing methods.
