    Currently, means of presenting the selling house are by on site visits. After the emergence of the computer graphics, software technologies, Internet, and interactive multimedia tools, many developer companies have ventured in the e-business to show to the consumers the line of house, which they are selling. The objective of this project is to develop a prototype as the basis of inviting the audience to interactively participate in the choosing their desired house by working with a virtual interior view of each segments of the house, 360 degree image of each rooms in the house, the interactive location map of the house, considering the price range and the type of the house. The scope of study of this project will be focused on the customer's identifications on choosing the selling house, multimedia interactive advertising application, in which the product should meet the human-computer interaction, in this case, customers-application friendliness. In this project, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology is used since it covers all the phase in developing the interactive advertising application, including the testing phase, which customers will use the testing application in order to measure the user friendliness of the application. The "score" or the findings of the project are determined from the customers' satisfaction and understanding during using the testing or prototype of the application. Most of the user satisfied with the application due to the reasons that they do not have to go to the advertised house's location, the application itself have already help them in decision making, and the application includes all the data that customers might need to know

    Few studies on presentation methods in the profession of landscape architecture have been done in the past, because evaluating presentations raises primarily subjective issues. Today, interactive multimedia presentations offer an excellent opportunity to investigate the presentation methods employed by landscape architects, gCan new communication technologies help to enhance the communication between the presenter and his audience?h This is the fundamental question addressed in this thesis. It explores interactive multimedia presentations to see their potentials, and considers ways to integrate various multimedia as presentation methods for future landscape architectural presentations. The main terms, interactivity and multimedia, are explained to understand the features of interactive multimedia presentations. Conventions of traditional presentations and historical aspects are overviewed to deepen the meanings of presentation methods. An interactive multimedia presentation is actually produced to explore how multimedia can be effective tools and to document how the interactive multimedia presentations are produced. It used to be very difficult to represent the transitions between spaces in traditional paper board presentations; however, interactive multimedia presentations make it possible to visualize the transitions and relationship between the designed spaces three-dimensionally. Landscape architects today should make the most use of various media and utilize the new computer communication technologies to enhance their presentations. 3D modeling process greatly helps designers check and reevaluate their proposed designs as well. In fact, interactive multimedia presentations are useful not only for the presentations but also for total professional communication and educational purposes

    The research project focused on how virtual reality (VR) could create a non-immersive environment and improve in increasing safety awareness at offshore platform. The main problem is the typical training talk usually use video and audio presentation which cannot provide the walkthrough movement. The aim of this project is to develop and design Virtual Helicopter Landing Platform (V-HELP) application which allows users to explore the virtual platform environment. The objectives of this project are to design and develop helicopter landing platform; to visualize movement and facilitate understanding in VR; and at the same time identify components and characteristics of the virtual environment for adequate realism. In completion the project, the framework used is based on part of the waterfall "modeling theory. The phases involved in the framework used for project development is the analysis phase, design and development phase, integration and testing phase and lastly evaluation phase. Developments tools have been used in the project are 3D Maya 5..0.1 and Macromedia Flash MX software. As a result from the evaluation conducted, shows that most of the evaluators are satisfied with the project. They think that the realism of the prototype can be improved in virtual environment through enhancement on chosen the suitable textures materials and enable user control during walkthrough. As a conclusion, the research project show that Virtual Environment are very useful and more effective for the offshore safety training compared to the conventional method

Program Microsoft powerpoint adalah program yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru karena program ini cukup sederhana dan dapat dioprasikan oleh setiap orang. Demikian pula dengan macromedia flash dimana media ini dapat memberikan suasana belajar yang lebih hidup karena macromedia flash dapat menampilkan animasi dan film tiga dimensi. Abstract:Learning media is an inseparable entity from the learning system.     This project is building the system that would give users to feel virtual world. The main objective of the project is about entertainment, information and educational purposes. At the current situation, the website does not provide the link which directs to view the virtual environment, tour around and entertaining with 3D animals and objects. This project provides user to have more opportunities that they cannot get in the real world like getting closer and discover wild life animals. To provide virtual tour does not require travel but having an experience of moving through the selected areas. The project will really be helpful to users will get information and can think of what is the zoo like before they go to the zoo. A virtual tour is virtual reality simulation of an actually existing location, usually comprising 2D images, a sequence of hyperlinked 3D objects of the real location, as well as other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration and text. To build virtual tour for the whole TAIPING zoo providing the images and information of all animals is quite big task to get done alone. Therefore, it focuses on 5 cages and information about the animals inside each cage, and zoo environment. It will provide the map for user to choose animal that they desire to see. The expectation of this project is that user would feel satisfied with tour around virtual environment and 3D objects, and get information of the animal. With this project, zoo TAIPING would be more interactive and can attract more visitors' attention

    Online virtual housing showroom is developed for the housing estate developers to promote and advertise their houses effectively. By using this method, they do not haveto build a model house for the potential buyers to evaluate their housing project. They can promote their housing by publishing it in the internet andat the same time giving the user the same experience as visiting the site. Currently, the potential buyers have to visit the site to see and evaluate the house offered by the developers. The needs to visit the site lead to time consuming for the potential buyers. They have to spend their time to visit a few sites in order to see and evaluate the houses before making the decision. There are a lot of websites offered to promote the housing estate; however, they did not have an ability to explore the house itself. The potential buyers still have to visit the site in order to have a closer look of the house. The approach taken for handling this project will be divided into two parts; 3D model development and website development. The modeling stage will developed a model house that will be able to view thoroughly inside and outside the house. The model will be integrated with web page developed to create online housing showroom. As conclusion, the application is beneficial for both housing estate developers and potential buyers because it helps the buyers save their time and cost to make purchasing decision and offers the housing estate developers an interactive promotion strategy for their housing project
