A social network based approach for consensus achievement in multiperson decision making

communities, where a large number of users interact in real time and share opinions and knowledge, is
a generalized phenomenon. This type of social networks communities constitute a challenge scenario
from the point of view of Group Decision Making approaches, because it involves a large number of
agents coming from different backgrounds and/or with different level of knowledge and influence. In
these type of scenarios there exists two main key issues that requires attention.
Firstly, the large number of agents and their diverse background may lead to uncertainty and or
inconsistency and so, it makes difficult to assess the quality of the information provided as well as to
merge this information. Secondly, it is desirable, or even indispensable depending on the situation,
to obtain a solution accepted by the majority of the members or at least to asses the existing level
of agreement. In this contribution we address these two main issues by bringing together both decision
Making approaches and opinion dynamics to develop a similarity-confidence-consistency based
Social network that enables the agents to provide their opinions with the possibility of allocating uncertainty
by means of the Intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations and at the same time interact with
like-minded agents in order to achieve an agreement
Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Analytic Hierarchical Process With Prioritization, Consistency Checking, and Inconsistency Repairing
Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), as one of the most important methods to tackle multiple
criteria decision-making problems, has achieved much success over the past several decades. Given that
linguistic expressions are much closer than numerical values or single linguistic terms to a human way of
thinking and cognition, this paper investigates the AHP with comparative linguistic expressions. After providing
the snapshot of classical AHP and its fuzzy extensions, we propose the framework of hesitant
fuzzy linguistic AHP, which shows how to yield a decision for qualitative decision-making problems with
complex linguistic expressions. First, the comparative linguistic expressions over criteria or alternatives
are transformed into hesitant fuzzy linguistic elements and then the hesitant fuzzy linguistic preference
relations (HFLPRs) are constructed. Considering that HFLPRs may be inconsistent, we conduct consistency
checking and improving processes after obtaining priorities from the HFLPRs based on a linear programming
method. Regarding the consistency-improving process, we develop a new way to establish a perfectly
consistent HFLPR. The procedure of the hesitant fuzzy linguistic AHP is given in stepwise. Finally,
a numerical example concerning the used-car management in a lemon market is given to illustrate the

Group decision making with incomplete reciprocal preference relations based on multiplicative consistency
This paper comprises a new iterative method for multi-person decision making based on multiplicative consistency with incomplete reciprocal preference relations (IRPRs). Additionally, multiplicative transitivity property of reciprocal preference relation (RPR) is used at the first level to estimate the unknown preference values and get the complete preference relation, then it is confirmed to be multiplicative consistent by using transitive closure formula. Following this, expert's weights are evaluated by merging consistency and trust weights. The consistency weights against the experts are evaluated through multiplicative consistency investigation of the preferences given by each expert, while trust weights play the role to measure the level of trust for an expert. The consensus process determines whether the selection procedure should start or not. If it results in negative, the feedback mechanism is used to enhance the consensus degree. At the end, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the efficiency and practicality of the proposed method
A systematic review on multi-criteria group decision-making methods based on weights: analysis and classification scheme
Interest in group decision-making (GDM) has been increasing prominently over the last decade. Access to global databases, sophisticated sensors which can obtain multiple inputs or complex problems requiring opinions from several experts have driven interest in data aggregation. Consequently, the field has been widely studied from several viewpoints and multiple approaches have been proposed. Nevertheless, there is a lack of general framework. Moreover, this problem is exacerbated in the case of experts’ weighting methods, one of the most widely-used techniques to deal with multiple source aggregation. This lack of general classification scheme, or a guide to assist expert knowledge, leads to ambiguity or misreading for readers, who may be overwhelmed by the large amount of unclassified information currently available. To invert this situation, a general GDM framework is presented which divides and classifies all data aggregation techniques, focusing on and expanding the classification of experts’ weighting methods in terms of analysis type by carrying out an in-depth literature review. Results are not only classified but analysed and discussed regarding multiple characteristics, such as MCDMs in which they are applied, type of data used, ideal solutions considered or when they are applied. Furthermore, general requirements supplement this analysis such as initial influence, or component division considerations. As a result, this paper provides not only a general classification scheme and a detailed analysis of experts’ weighting methods but also a road map for researchers working on GDM topics or a guide for experts who use these methods. Expanding Grey Relational Analysis With the Comparable Degree for Dual Probabilistic Multiplicative Linguistic Term Sets and Its Application on the Cloud Enterprise
Under the cloud trend of enterprises, how do traditional businesses get on the cloud becomes a
worth pondering question. To help those traditional businesses that have no experience to dispel the clouds
and see the sun as soon as possible, we are planning to choose one corporation with rich experience to take
them into the cloud market. The quintessence of dual probabilistic linguistic term sets (DPLTSs) is that it uses
the combination of several linguistic terms and their proportions to reveal decision information by opposite
angles. This paper proposes the dual probabilistic multiplicative linguistic preference relations (DPMLPRs)
based upon the dual probabilistic multiplicative linguistic term sets (DPMLTSs). Then, it de nes the
comparable degree between the DPMLPRs and studies the consensus of the group DPMLPR. Moreover,
it probes the expanding grey relational analysis (EGRA) under the proposed comparable degree between the
DPMLTSs. After that, one example of choosing the experienced cloud cooperative partner is simulated under
the dual probabilistic linguistic circumstance. Besides, the comparative analysis is performed by considering
