Une ontologie documentaire pour l’accès aux contenus juridiques

International audienceHormis le vocabulaire juridique souvent complexe, une des difficultés de l'accès à l'informa-tion juridique réside dans le fait qu'un document contient généralement de nombreuses références vers d'autres textes qui sont nécessaires à son interprétation. Ces références sont de différentes natures (réfé-rences à la législation, décisions de jurisprudence, modification, abrogation, codification, etc.). L'usager se trouve donc face à un réseau documentaire complexe pour lequel il est nécessaire de proposer des fonctionnalités d'accès avancées. Les systèmes mis en place dans différents pays (comme Legifrance et Normattiva) ne répondent que partiellement aux besoins des professionnels du domaine, car ils ne permettent pas d'interroger directement les différentes relations entre les documents. Dans cet article, nous proposons une modélisation ontologique d'une collection documentaire juridique permettant de représenter et d'interroger différentes dimensions : le contenu sémantique des documents, les relations intertextuelles et l'évolution de la collection, et nous présentons sa mise en oeuvre dans le cadre du projet Légilocal. LawSampo Portal and Data Service for Publishing and Using Legislation and Case Law as Linked Open Data on the Semantic Web

Publisher Copyright: © 2022 Copyright for this paper by its authors.This paper argues for the idea of publishing legislation and case law as Linked Open Data (LOD) on the Semantic Web, to cater several user groups, including the general public, legislators, lawyers, researchers of legal informatics, and application developers. To support the argument, the proof-of-concept system LawSampo - Finnish Legislation and Case Law on the Semantic Web is introduced, including a semantic portal and a LOD service. Based on the Sampo Model, the main novelty of LawSampo is the provision of heterogenous distributed legal data through multiple application perspectives for faceted searching and exploring the data and for data analysis in legal informatics.Peer reviewe

Creating Context Networks in Dutch Legislation

This paper describes ongoing research on automatically determining relevant context to display to a user of a legislative portal given the article they are retrieving, purely based on ‘objective’ criteria inferred from the network of sources of law. A first prototype is presented and a formative evaluation of it by legal expert users. Results are promising, but there is room for improvement

Algunas líneas de investigación en gestión del conocimiento jurídico : web semántica, ODR y derecho relacional

En este artículo se plantean algunas de las lecciones aprendidas en la elaboración de ontologías jurídicas y sistemas para la web semántica, con especial atención a la creciente participación de los usuarios en la red. El artículo contiene una breve descripción de los modelos de informática jurídica documental de Akoma Ntoso y MetaLex. Un tercer modelo lo constituyen las formas de Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), tecnologías del acuerdo y mediación en línea que permiten plantear también el desarrollo de formas de derecho relacional.
