The Influence of Family Support, Perceived Digital Competence And Attitude, and Learning Agility on The Speed of Completing Student Studies with The Role of Academic Self-Efficacy as A Mediation Variable

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Family Support, Perceived Digital Competence and Attitude, Learning Agility, and Academic Self-Efficacy in the Speed of Completing Studies. In addition to knowing the effect of Perceived Digital Competence and Attitude and Learning Agility on Academic Self-Efficacy. This research was conducted on Undergraduate and Master program students at the Gde Pudja Mataram State Hindu Institute (IAHN). The data collection technique in this study was random sampling to obtain 100 students in the Bachelor's program and Master's program at IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the help of the Smart PLS application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) family support has a significant positive effect on the speed of completing studies, 2) perceived digital competence and attitude do not affect the speed of completing studies, 3) Learning Agility does not affect the speed of completing studies, 4) family support has a significant positive effect on academic self-efficacy, 5) perceived digital competence and attitude do not affect academic self-efficacy, 6) Learning Agility does not affect academic self-efficacy, and 7) academic self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on the speed of completing studies. So it can be concluded that what can affect the speed of completing studies for Undergraduate and Master program students at IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram are internal factors, namely from oneself (academic self-efficacy), and external factors, namely support from family

Effect of supply chain resilience on competitive advantage and firm performance under environmental uncertainty in the dairy industry of Iran

The This study aims to investigate how supply chain resilience affects frim performance and competitive advantage in the face of environmental uncertainty in Iran's dairy industry. The present research is practical in terms of purpose and causal in terms of method. The method of data collection was a survey and using a questionnaire tool, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. According to Cochran's formula, where the statistical population is about 200 people, our sample is 127 people. Reliability and reliability tests such as construct validity and content validity as well as Cronbach's alpha coefficient were also used. Causal tests and structural equation models have also been used to analyze the research data. The findings demonstrate that resilient supply networks enhance both organizational performance and competitive advantage. Likewise, the association between a robust supply chain and competitive advantage as well as the relationship between a resilient supply network and organizational performance are both positively impacted by environmental uncertainty. Users’ perception of satisfaction of the eletronic information system – SEI in the Instituto Federal de Rondônia

Public institutions in Brazil have undergone a major process of digitization of their procedures and services following the precepts of Industry 4.0. In this scenario, Instituto Feral da Rondônia - IFRO sought to increase its efficiency with the adoption of the Electronic Information System - SEI, adopted in 2017. The following investigation sought to know the perception of satisfaction of users of the system through the adapted application of the Model of Technology Acceptance (TAM). This is an exploratory investigation of a quantitative nature that sought to validate or reject hypotheses through the application of a questionnaire. The collected data showed that the various analyzed constructs had a positive relationship with each other, making it possible to validate all the research hypotheses. It was concluded that IFRO employees perceived the usefulness of the SEI and that this perception significantly influenced the intention to use the system and the quality, agility and planning of work in the institution.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Bibliometric Analysis of Publications Related to the Implementation of Agile Methodologies In Project Management in IT Companies, in the Period 2010-2021

Software development in IT companies is a whole process, so it is important to define the ideal methodology before starting a project. This study describes the literature on project management in 2 periods 2010-2019 and 2020-2021, through a bibliometric review of research indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. The VosViewer tool has been used to visualize the relationships between authors and keywords. A total of 666 publications related to agile methodologies were identified during 2010-2021. The institutions with the highest publishing activity were concentrated in the US, Brazil and Germany. The co-authorship and co-occurrence analyze of keywords show the main authors and research sources in both periods. Publications on agile methodologies in IT companies have been increasing in the last 2 years. In this research, the main authors, journals, thematic areas, institutions, countries and cases of greater scientific relevance were analyzed
