Uplatnění agilních přístupů řízení v oblasti lidských zdrojů a znalostního řízení se zaměřením na specifika generace Y

Dramatická narušení globálních dodavatelských řetězců spojená s pandemii COVID-19 zdůraznila strategický význam obchodní agility. Společnosti po celém světě implementují instrumentální a kulturní změny, aby urychlily svou agilní transformaci a uspěly tak v současném dynamickém a komplexním podnikatelském prostředí. Agilní metodiky řízení se z oblasti vývoje software dostávají do dalších odvětví a podnikových funkcí.Česká republika již agilitu ve velkém přijala. Řada automobilových společností úspěšně začlenila do svých provozních modelů Lean, Kanban a Scrum, které jsou základem agilní transformace.Předkládaná disertační práce pokládá za cíl ověřit možnost uplatnění agilních metodik ve vybraných automobilových podnicích v Libereckém a Středočeském kraji České republiky se zaměřením na specifika generace Y. Rozsah znalostí, aplikace, výhod a obav z používání agilních metodik jsou předmětem kvalitativního šetření realizovaného formou hloubkových rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky zkoumaných výrobců automobilového vybavení. Formou kvantitativního výzkumu, resp. dotazníkového šetření, byla zjišťována míra povědomí, praktického využití a preferencí zaměstnanců v oblasti agilních praktik. Zvláštní pozornost byla přitom věnována generaci Y, která se stává nejčetnější generací na trhu práce a vyžaduje odlišné prostředky motivace k dosažení úspěchů.Práce propojuje koncept agilního řízení s řízením lidských zdrojů, čímž utváří nový, originální úhel pohledu na předkládanou problematiku a obohacuje tak dosavadní vědecké poznatky. Přínosem práce je rozsáhlá rešerše českých a zahraničních zdrojů doplněná o výsledky vlastního výzkumu. Na základě primárních dat je navržen model přijetí vybraných atributů agilně řízených organizací s ohledem na preference generace Y. Společně se sadou doporučení pro úspěšnou adopci agilních metodik, je navržený model přínosem pro podnikovou praxi. Model je kladně hodnocen oslovenými HR odborníky z hlediska jeho uplatnitelnosti a přínosu pro automobilové prostředí.The dramatic disruptions to global supply chains caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have emphasized the strategic importance of business agility. Companies around the world are implementing instrumental and cultural changes to accelerate their agile transformation and therefore succeed in the present dynamic and complex business environment. Agile management methods are expanding from the field of software development to other industries and corporate functions.The Czech Republic has already adopted agility on a large scale. A number of automotive companies have successfully incorporated into their operational models Lean, Kanban, and Scrum, which are the basis of agile transformation.The presented dissertation aims to verify the possibility of applying agile methodologies in selected automotive companies in the Liberec and Central Bohemian regions of the Czech Republic with a focus on the specifics of generation Y. The extent of knowledge, application, benefits, and concerns from the use of agile methodologies is the subject of qualitative research carried out in the form of in-depth interviews with executives of the investigated manufacturers of automotive equipment. In the form of quantitative research or questionnaire survey, the level of awareness, practical use, and employees' preferences in the field of agile practices was determined. Special attention was paid to generation Y, which is becoming the prevailing generation in the labor market and requires different means of motivation to achieve success.The thesis connects the concept of agile methodologies with human resources management, which creates a new, original view of the presented topic and thus enriches existing scientific findings. The contribution of the work is the extensive research of Czech and foreign sources supplemented by the results of own research. On the basis of primary data, a model of the adoption of selected attributes of agile-managed organizations with regard to the preferences of generation Y is proposed. Along with a set of recommendations for the successful adoption of agile methodologies, the proposed model is a benefit for business practice. The model is positively evaluated by HR experts in terms of its feasibility and contribution to the automotive environment.

The analysis is researching the current state of the project management and tools that are being used for its support and also other circumstances that could have an impact on the subsequent choice of a new suitable approach to the project management and supportive tools.

Analysis of the Possibilities of CASE in Logistic

Import 11/07/2012Tato diplomová práce charakterizuje situaci a analyzuje možnosti konkrétní firmy zabývající se vývojem informačních systémů pro logistiku, kterou je společnost OLTIS Group a.s. Monitoruje reálné využití vybraného CASE nástroje, který byl dle požadavků managementu pořízen v roce 2007. Tento CASE nástroj nahradil do té doby používané méně efektivní nástroje. Cílem práce bylo sestavení podrobné analýzy pro výběr vhodného CASE nástroje na základě současných požadavků společnosti. Z výsledků této analýzy pak bylo vypracováno zhodnocení, zda se závěry analýz z let 2007 a 2012 shodují či nikoliv a jaké by bylo případné doporučení pro danou společnost. Vzhledem k tomu, že oblast logistiky i problematika CASE nástrojů jsou velmi komplexní obory, na které není možné pohlížet samostatně, ale pouze ve spojení s dalšími disciplínami, dílčím cílem této práce bylo sestavení podrobných, ale přitom ucelených teoretických východisek, která slouží jako výchozí bod pro korektní dosažení cíle.This thesis describes and analyzes the situation, the possibility of a specific company engaged in the development of information systems for logistics, which is called OLTIS Group a.s. The thesis monitors the real usage of selected CASE tool, which was chosen according to the management requirements in 2007. The CASE tool has replaced earlier used less effective tools. The aim of this thesis is to build a detailed analysis for the selection of a suitable CASE tool based on the current requirements of the company. The results of this analysis were drawn up to assess whether the conclusions of the analysis from the years 2007 and 2012 coincide or not and what would be possible recommendations for the company. Given that the area of logistics and CASE tools issues are complex subjects that cannot be viewed separately, but only in conjunction with other disciplines, sub-goal of this work was to compile detailed, yet comprehensive theoretical background that serves as a starting point to meet the thesis targets correctly.155 - Katedra aplikované informatikyvýborn

Design of the Agile Project Management Implementation

Import 22/07/2015Diplomová práce se zabývá agilním projektovým řízením ve společnosti U&Sluno, která vyvíjí a poskytuje informační systémy a technologie. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh a implementace agilních metodik v této společnosti. Na základě analýzy společnosti a konzultací s managementem a zaměstnanci byly navrženy čtyři agilní metodiky a kritéria, pomocí kterých byly metodiky vybírány. Následný výběr nejvhodnější metodiky byl proveden pomocí vícekriteriální analýzy. Na základě výsledků všech analýz a hodnocení jsme doporučili využít jako páteřní metodiku Scrum. K dosažení maximální efektivnosti využijeme navíc z každé metodiky určitou oblast a jejich principů. Pro implementaci agilních metodik byl zvolen pilotní projekt, kde jsme podrobněji popsali jeho nejdůležitější části, vytvořili procedurální diagram aktivit a sestavili podrobný seznam kroků pro implementaci agilních metodik.This thesis deals with agile project management at the U&Sluno company which develops and provides information systems and technologies. The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement agile methodologies in this company. On the basis of company analysis and consultation with management and staffs we designed four agile methodologies and criteria which methodologies were chosen by. The selection of the most appropriate methodology was performed by using multi-criteria analysis. On the basis of results of all analysis and final evaluation we recommended to use Scrum methodology as a backbone and certain areas and principles of other methodologies for achieving maximum efficiency. Agile methodologies in project with an emphasis on online activities

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat přínosy agilního projektového řízení zejména s ohledem pro online aktivity a zvážit případné nevýhody takového přístupu. Výstupem práce bude soubor doporučení, kterými je možné zvýšit efektivnost týmu pracujícího podle agilních metodik. Součástí doporučení bude také identifikace rizik v případě využití agilních principů. V rámci teoretické části je rozebrána teorie projektového řízení v tradičním pojetí a srovnána s agilními přístupy a metodami. Zároveň jsou zde uvedeny software pro podporu agilního řízení. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika konkrétního podniku s jednotlivými agilními metodikami, jejich použitím a zhodnocením, zda jsou tyto metody využívány vhodně. Součástí je také soubor doporučení pro novou implementaci agilního řízení v dalších firmách.The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the impacts and the benefits of the agile project management implementation primarily considering the online activities. The drawback of such implementation should be also considered in this work. List of recommendations for increasing the effectivity of the team when working agile shall be one of the results of this thesis, while the identification of the risks once agile methodologies are in process will be also mentioned. The conventional project management theory is discussed in the theoretical part. Comparison between agile methodologies and traditional ones follows. In this part there are also mentioned some of the common used software tools for agile management. The practical part of the thesis contains characteristics of selected company and agile methods this company uses, as well as consideration, whether the company uses those methods in a effective way. Implementation of Selected Agile Methodology of Software Development Project Management

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením vybrané agilní metodiky při řízení projektu, přesněji vývojem softwaru pro simulátory zbraní. Cílem této práce je zavedení vybrané agilní metodiky při řízení projektu vývoje software a jeho následný návrh na fiktivním projektu společnosti Saab Czech, s.r.o. Teoretická část je věnovaná popisu použitých metod a jejich porovnání. Následně budou podrobněji popsány samostatné metody. Další část se bude zabývat analýzou současného stavu společnosti, která využívá tradiční přístup. Východiskem knávrhu samotného vzorového projektu je analýza současného stavu vývoje softwaru a odvětví. Cílem řešení je vypracovaný návrh projektu, který bude mít zavedené vybrané agilní řízení, a tedy bude úspěšné dosažení stanovených cílů bakalářské práce.The Bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of a selected agile methodology in project management, more specifically the development of software for weapons simulators. The aim of this work is the introduction of selected agile methodology in the management of the software development project and its subsequent design on a fictitious project of Saab Czech, s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to describing the methods used and comparing them. Separate methods will be described in more detail. The next part will be an analysis of the current state of society using the traditional approach. The starting point for the design of the project itself is an analysis of the current state of development of software and industry development. The aim of the solution is to develop a project proposal that will have a selected agile management in place and thus will be successfully achieve the stated objectives of the Bachalor thesis.

The critical reflection of agile project management methods implementation - a case study in selected enterprises in the commercial sector

Na základě provedené literární rešerše je vytvořena raktická část diplomové práce, která představuje kvalitativní výzkum ve třech společnostec a analýzu výsledků. Informace v průběhu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a výsledky literární rešerše posloužily pro doporučení, předložena v závěru práce. The first chapter briefly describes the history and sources of the given group of project development methodologies, including comparison of agile, waterfall and lean methods. In the second chapter, there is information about principles of agile methods, their structure and some concrete methods. The last part of the second chapter aims at the significance of agile methods and their use. The third chapter explores the studies of the given topic in Czech environment as well as outside of it. The practical part of thesis is based on the literature review and it presents the qualitative research of three companies as well as the analysis of the results. Information that was acquired during the semi-structured interviews and results of the literature research were used as the base for recommendations suggested in the conclusion of this work.
