On the basis of the research results it is established that to increase the productivity and quality, as well as to reduce the work intensity of planting machines it is necessary to unite the metering and timing system on one principle – the principle of discrete action. The rational basis for this is using of control and power fluidic devices, and active distribution of pneumatic devices and pneumatic power systems. On this basis, pneumatic seeding systems on the row and one grain sowing were developed, which also allows distributing seeds differentially when this seeding technology is used for precision farming. На підставі результатів досліджень встановлено, що для підвищення продуктивності і якості, зниження енергоємності роботи посівних машин необхідно об'єднання висівного апарату і системи синхронізації на одному принципі – дискретної дії, а раціональною основою для цього є застосування керуючих і силових струменевих елементів, а також активних пневматичних розподільних пристроїв і пневматичної системи живлення. Виходячи з цього, розроблено пневмоструминні висіваючі системи для рядової і однозернової сівби, що також дозволяють диференційовано розподіляти насіння при сівбі по технології точного землеробства

WP 2 - Substitution or segregation: explaining the gender composition in Dutch manufacturing industry 1899-1998

This paper focuses on the role of substitution or segregation in the demand for female labour. Based on an extensive overview of detailed studies, fluctuations in the gender composition of the labour force in four major sectors of Dutch manufacturing industry have been examined over the past hundred years. Women’s share in employment has been stable in clothing industry, fluctuated in textiles, increased in food production and decreased in Philips Electronics. Changes in the share of women were primarily explained by segregation that is by fluctuations in employment in the male respectively female domains. Only few examples of substitution were traced, primarily driven by labour market shortages, but the numbers of workers involved were small. Overwhelmingly, employers preferred to act within gender boundaries.

In order to assume new responsibilities and to prepare for the competition with other European countries and not only, manyreforms and changes is necessary. Assuming these premises, in this paper, our intention is to analyze the situation of innovation at EUlevel and to see at what chapters our authorities must to work harder to equalize the other states from the Western European states. FDI spillovers, absorptive capacities and human capital development: evidence from Argentina

It is nowadays generally accepted that inward foreign direct investment (FDI) is crucial as a source of technological spillovers. One of the objectives of this paper is to review the evidence on the quantity and quality of human capital employed by domestic and foreign firms.
