Pathophysiology, histopathology and therapeutic of SARS-CoV-2
The rapid transmission of SARS-CoV-2 through the world has induced the scientist to understand the histopathology of the virus and then to find an effective drug. However, many of the point associated with the virus pathogenicity still unknown and need more studies. In this chapter the pathophysiology, histopathology and therapeutic of SARS-CoV-2 has been reviewed. It was appeared that pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 is belonging to the viral with genome structure which acting by blocking the host innate immune response. Both chloroquine and hydroxyl-chloroquine have similar structure and mechanism action and they are among the most effective antiviral for treating the patents with the SARS-CoV-2. Chloroquine works by inhibition the intracellular organism by increasing the pH
Existence dependency: conceptual modelling by contract.
In Object Orientation, the Generalisation/Specialisation hierarchy and the Whole/Part relationship are prevalent classification schemes for object types. This paper presents a new classification scheme for object types, called 'existence dependency'. Existence dependency captures some of the interesting semantics that are usually associated with the concept of aggregation (Part of relation). In fact, the semantics of existence dependency are hidden in the semantics of the Entity Relationship model, but have never been explicitly named. We will demonstrate how the explicit classification of object types according to the existence dependency relation allows for formal and automatic consistency between static and dynamic aspects of object types that goes far beyond mere syntactical consistency.Classification; Dependency; Model;
Model evolution and system evolution
In this paper we define an evolution mechanism with formal semantics using the metamodeling methodology [Geisler et al.98] based on dynamic logic. A remarkable feature of the metamodeling methodology is the ability to define the relation of intentional and extensional entities within one level, allowing not only for the description of structural relations among the modeling entities, but also for a formal definition of structural\nconstraints and dynamic semantics of the modeled entities. While dynamic semantics on the extensional level means run-time behavior, dynamic semantics on intentional level describes model evolution in the system life cycle

Modernizing science&engineering software systems
As the demands for modernized legacy systems rise, so does the need for
frameworks for information integration and tool interoperability. The Object Management
Group (OMG) has adopted the Model Driven Architecture (MDA), which is an evolving
conceptual architecture that aligns with this demand. MDA could help solve coupling
problems of multidisciplinary character in science and engineering that consist of one or more
applications, supported by one or more platforms. The objective of this paper is to describe
rigorous techniques to control the evolution from science & engineering software legacy
systems to MDA technologies. We propose a rigorous framework to reverse engineering code
in the context of MDA. Considering that validation, verification and consistency are crucial
activities in the modernization of systems that are critical to safety, security and economic
profits, our approach emphasizes the integration of MDA with formal methods
