    Quantum Mechanical Model of Emotional Robot Behaviors

    In this paper the emotional model of the humanoid Cynthea (Cybernetic Networked Humanoid Emotional Agent) robot is presented. The robot is explained at two lev-els: the cognitive level is described by the CRL language, and the emotional level manipulates the language in a data independent way. An emotional mapping is introduced and is used to alter the language words using local energy-based rules. The robot is described as a set of functional agents, each acting on behalf of its own emotional function gener-ating the whole robot emotional state. The cognitive level is applied to describe situations such as dialogues, interac-tions and behaviors specified in the CRL language. The emo-tional level is used as a mechanism to introduce behavioral changes in the robot’s command execution. The interaction of these levels evolves in alterations to the desired behavior. To allow global effects on the language level with lower level behavioral variations we provide a model of robot-specific emotions based on quantum cellular automata. 1

    Eigenlogic: Interpretable Quantum Observables with applications to Fuzzy Behavior of Vehicular Robots

    This work proposes a formulation of propositional logic, named Eigenlogic, using quantum observables as propositions. The eigenvalues of these operators are the truth-values and the associated eigenvectors the interpretations of the propositional system. Fuzzy logic arises naturally when considering vectors outside the eigensystem, the fuzzy membership function is obtained by the Born rule of the logical observable.This approach is then applied in the context of quantum robots using simple behavioral agents represented by Braitenberg vehicles. Processing with non-classical logic such as multivalued logic, fuzzy logic and the quantum Eigenlogic permits to enlarge the behavior possibilities and the associated decisions of these simple agents

    Abstract. The article consists of two parts. Part I shows the possibility of quantum / soft computing optimizers of knowledge bases (QSCOptKB™) as the toolkit of quantum deep machine learning technology implementation in the solution’s search of intelligent cognitive control tasks applied the cognitive helmet as neurointerface. In particular, case, the aim of this part is to demonstrate the possibility of classifying the mental states of a human being operator in on line with knowledge extraction from electroencephalograms based on SCOptKB™ and QCOptKB™ sophisticated toolkit. Application of soft computing technologies to identify objective indicators of the psychophysiological state of an examined person described. The role and necessity of applying intelligent information technologies development based on computational intelligence toolkits in the task of objective estimation of a general psychophysical state of a human being operator shown. Developed information technology examined with special (difficult in diagnostic practice) examples emotion state estimation of autism children (ASD) and dementia and background of the knowledge bases design for intelligent robot of service use is it. Application of cognitive intelligent control in navigation of autonomous robot for avoidance of obstacles demonstrated.
