PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT. Warna Alam Indonesia)

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation toward performance of employee in PT Warna Alam Indonesia. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT Warna Alam Indonesia 60 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 16. Analysis technique used is multiple regression by the least squares equations and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients with the level of significance of 5%. It also tested validity test, regression analysi, ands the classical assumptions that included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the results of the study found no variables that deviate from the classical assumptions, this suggests that the available data has been qualified to use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the results showed that the variable leadership style and motivation is partially positive significantly. The predictive capability of the two variables on performance employee of 39,7%

Research aims to understand the influence of parental supervision and environment of the schools to student learning achievements high class in SD Negeri 01 Sepanjang. This study included in research descriptive quantitative with the withdrawal of conclusion through statistical analysis.Population this research is all students high class ( IV, V, VI) of SD Negeri 01 Sepanjang which is 56 students.The sample it uses sample population. Technique chief, documentation and interview.Technique analysis data using analysis of linear regression multiple, test t, the f, The coefficients determination , sr and se which was preceded by test a prerequisite analysis that is test normality and the linieritas .Based on the results of the analysis linear regression multiple obtained equation: y = 36,629 + 0,213x1 + 0,220x2 .The results of the analysis of data by the economic situation of significance 5 % obtained: (1) parental supervision impact on student learning achievements .It is based on the t be seen that tcount > ttabel , namely 2,229 > 2,005 and value significance ttabel , namely 2,183 > 2,005 and value significance ftabel namely 12,302 > 3.15 and value significance < 0.05 namely 0,000 .Based on the calculation on the coefficients determination known that the impact of parental supervision and environment of the schools to student learning achievements contributed of 31.7 % and 68,3 % influenced by the other factors that aren t pursuing

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of inflation, BI rate, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPF (non performing finance) and BOPO (operating expenses and operating income) to ROA(return on assets). Sample selection uses saturated samples method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the inflation variables, BI rate, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPF (non performing finance) and BOPO (operating expenses and operating income) to ROA(return on assets). Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kebijakan Hutang Pada Perusahaan lq45 yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2010-2014

his research aimed to analyze the influence of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Profitability, and Firm Size to Debt Ratio in LQ45 companies which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 to 2014. The research sample consisted of 6 companies of 45 LQ45 companies listed on IDX by the observation numbers of 30 observational data. The sampling method was done by using purposive sampling. The researched data was obtained from ICMD. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using t statistics used in this research to test the partial regression coefficients as well as f-statistics to test the significance of the influence together, with the level of significance of 5%. Other than that, all the variables had been tested with the Normality test, Multicollinearity test, Autocorrelation test, and Heteroskidastity test. The results showed that all variables passed the classical assumption test and suitable to be used as research data. T-test statistical on Debt Ratio indicated that Profitability and Firm Size has significant influence on Debt Ratio, whereas Institution Ownership, and Managerial Ownership has no significant influence on Debt Ratio

The aims of this study is to find: (1) Determine the influence of motivation on student achievement of high grade primary school Gumpang 01 Kartasura the Academic Year 2015/2016. (2) Determine the influence of learning facilities on student achievement of high grade primary school Gumpang 01 Kartasura the Academic Year 2015/2016. (3) Determine the influence of motivation and learning facility to the achievement of high-grade primary school students Gumpang 01 Kartasura in academic year 2015/2016. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were 145 high-grade primary school students Gumpang 01 Kartasura. The sample in this study were 60 students of high grade. Data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination, SR and SE. Based on the results of multiple linear regression equation Y = 10,424 + 0,335x1 + 0,324x2 .The results of the analysis of data by the economic situation of significance 5 % obtained: ( 1 ) motivation impact on student learning achievements .It is based on the t be seen that tcalculation > ttabel , namely 2,410 > 2,002 and value significance ttabel , namely 2,590 > 2,002 and value significance ftabel namely 24,383 > 3.15 and value significance < 0.05 namely 0,000 .Based on the calculation on the coefficients determination known that the impact of motivation and learning facilities parental supervision and environment of the to student learning achievements contributed of 46.1 % and 53,9 % influenced by the other factors that aren t pursuing

Performance Measurement and Shareholder Value Creation in Indian Computer Software Industry: An Empirical Analysis

The paper empirically analyses business performance of Indian computer software industry over the years 2003-04 to 2012-13 with the help of Return of Investment (ROI) and Economic Value Added (EVA) of select 10 companies in this industry. A comparative analysis of ROI and EVA reflected in these companies is made using some statistical tools like average, Standard Deviation, Maximum and Minimum values and Coefficient of Variation. It is observed that Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys and Wipro are the top companies in this industry in terms of their ROI and EVA. One way ANOVA conducted to analyse the significant difference among select companies in terms of their ROI and EVA shows that select companies are significantly different. Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (r) between ROI and EVA depicts a strong positive correlation between these two business performance indicators. Significance of this correlation is then tested using t test. The result suggests that the correlation between ROI and EVA is not significant in this industry. Impact of EVA and select economic variables on ROI is analysed with the help of Multiple Regression Analysis. Standardised regression coefficients for each predictor variables estimated based on Ordinary Least Square Method indicate the relationship between each predictor variable and ROI. Significance of regression coefficients are tested using t test. It is observed that variables like Net Operating Profit after Tax, Capital Employed, Net Sales, etc. significantly influence ROI in this industry. Adjusted Coefficient of Multiple Determinations (R²) shows a strong association between ROI and its predictor variables. Finally, the model perfectly fits the data according to one way ANOVA result. This study aims to prove the existence of partial and simultaneous influence of a variable Taxpayer Awareness and Science in Taxation to the taxpayer of the Variable Compliance Paying Motor Vehicle Tax in SAMSAT Batam. The analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which has the aim to determine the regression coefficients besarknya which will show the level of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of t-test showed that the variables Consciousness Taxpayer significantly affects the Taxpayer Compliance In Paying Motor Vehicle Tax with t Count equal to 2.851 with a significance level of 0.000 and Science in Taxation&nbsp; to variable Taxpayer Compliance In Paying Vehicle Tax motor with t Count equal to 3.358 with a significance level of 0.000. Test results show that the F Taxpayer Awareness and Science in Taxation simultaneously influence the Taxpayer Compliance In Paying Motor Vehicle Tax with F Calculate 154.945

Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Deviden Dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010 - 2014)

This research aimed to analyze the influence of investment decisions (PER), financing decisions (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and interest rates (SBI) to corporate value (PBV), in a manufacturing companies which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010 to 2014. The research sample consisted of 22 companies of 157 in a manufacturing companies listed on BEI by the observation numbers of 110 observational data. The sampling method was done by using purposive sampling. The researched data was obtained from ICMD and IDX. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using t statistics used in this research to test the partial regression coefficients as well as f-statistics to test the significance of the influence together, with the level of significance of 5%. Other than that, all the variables had been tested with the Normality test, Multicollinearity test, Autocorrelation test,and Heteroskidastity test. The results showed that all variables passed the classical assumption test and suitable to be used as research data. T-test statistical on corporate value (PBV) indicated that only investment decision (PER) has significant influence on corporate (PBV) and interest rates (SBI) has significant influence on corporate (PBV), whereas financing decisions (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) has no influence on corporate value (PBV)

PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk's asset profitability and the impact of current, quick, and cash ratios

This research was conducted to examine the effect of the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash ratio on the profitability of assets at PT. Kalbe Parma, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020 The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and f-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash ratio simultaneously significantly affect asset profitability. Based on partial testing, the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on asset profitability, the current ratio has a negative and significant impact on asset profitability, and the quick ratio does not significantly affect the profitability of assets. The advice for further research is that it is expected to add other independent variables that can affect asset profitability. It is recommended that the BE level of asset profitability in other industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) be examine
