With regard to the approbation of new approaches and methods of resocialization of deviant children, pedagogy has the exclusive opportunity to get in touch with new, different scientific fields and to promote original recommendations and ideas. Legal sciences are a new challenge resulting from the difference in approaches toward deviants. If legal sciences outline the limits of sanctions, pedagogy shapes the path to the personality change. Both probation and mediation are the subject of study for legal sciences, and are legally regulated. We do believe that pedagogy may successfully incorporate into the overall preparation of the public, probation employees and mediators for the successful realization of agreements and sanctions in relation to young people

Humanistic legal sciences: notes for a rescue on fundamental research in law

This paper proposes a reflection on fundamental research in law, which, according to Paulo Ferreira da Cunha, has its own name: humanistic legal sciences. In this sense, it addresses a problem identified five decades ago by Francisco Puy in Spain and taken up by Sebastião Cruz and Paulo Ferreira da Cunha in Portugal: the displacement, reduction or exclusion of humanistic legal sciences from the teaching plans of law courses, which has been creating a scenario of “epistemological sterility”. When not excluded, these sciences are attacked or are the object of disregard by many practical lawyers and students, who unthinkingly and blindly reproduce a posture of overvaluing dogmatic-legal knowledge to the detriment of legal-humanistic knowledge. The aim is thus to rescue the role of humanistic legal sciences in legal education, in addition to presenting the main arguments in defence of Puy, Cruz and Ferreira da Cunha

Сутність адміністративного права за новою класифікацією юриспруденції

На основі новітніх підходів до розумінні завдань, об’єктів і класифікації юридичних наук запропонована перспектива розвитку адміністративного права і процесу, які повинні трансформуватися в нові юридичні науки: базисноантиделыктне «Адміністра­тивне право України», процедурне «Админо­регламентное право України» та у низку регулятивних юридичних наук, а також розробити Адміністративний кодекс України, Адміно-регламентній кодекс України, відповідні регулятивні кодекси.На основе новейших подходов к понимании задач, объектов и классификации юридических наук предложена перспектива развития административного права и процес­са, которые должны трансформироваться в новые юридические науки: базисноанти­деликтное «Административное право Украины», процедурное «Админо­регламентное право Украины» и ряд регулятивных юридических наук, а также разработать Административный кодекс Украины, Админо-регламентный кодекс Украины, соответствую­щие регулятивные кодексы.On the basis of the newest fittings to for understanding of tasks, objects and classification of legal sciences the prospect of development of administrative law and process is offered, which must be transformed in new legal sciences: basisuntidelictical the «Administrative law of Ukraine», procedural «Administrative-reglamental law of Ukraine» and the row of regulative legal sciences, and also to develop the Administrative code of Ukraine, Administrative­-reglamental code of Ukraine, proper regulative codes

Biodiversity As An Ecological Safety Condition. The European Dimension

The main purpose of the paper is to indicate the theoretical bases of biodiversity protection from the perspective of the natural and economic sciences, and to describe the diversity of biodiversity protection levels in the EU states. A specific aim is to indicate the forms and instruments of nature conservation involved in biodiversity protection, and to carry out an overview of established nature conservation programmes in selected EU countries. In order to accomplish such a complex aim, this article presents an overview of literature found in the natural, economic and legal sciences and popular magazines presenting scientific research within the field of biodiversity. Then a comparative analysis is presented based on the statistical data coming from various international statistics resources (OECD, EUROSTAT, EEA)

Legal Sciences in the Perspective of Philosophy of Science

Legal science covers a limited scope since it only focuses on norms or law. Many problems relating to law raises further questions that require a fundamental answer. The fact is that these questions are impossible to be answered by legal science. This phenomenon is being the object of discussion in the field of philosophy. Philosophy, with its metaphysics, epistemology, and axiology ways of thinking, besides providing fundamental answers to problems in philosophy and general science, also give a solid foundation for the existence of law itself. Law, if reflected through philosophical science, is included as science which has its own characteristics for its normative nature
