    Relationship Between Embitterment and Interpersonal Relation Among Patients with Diabetes

    This study focuses on the relationship between embitterment and interpersonal relation among patients with diabetes. It was generally noticed that patients with diabetes would be more embittered if their interpersonal relation would not be healthy. Moreover, gender difference was also observed on both variables. In this study two scales were used for measuring embitterment and interpersonal relation among the diabetic patients. The result showed that there is negative relation between embitterment and interpersonal relation among diabetic patients. In the same way there is significant difference between males and female on embitterment and interpersonal relation among diabetic patients.     CV. Midi Sukabumi is one of UMKM in Sukabumi. A faced problem is employee work performance in total work where employee cannot finalize target and product realization. The aim of this research is know the influence of communication (Variable X1) and interpersonal relation (Variable X2) toward employee work performance (Variable Y). The use method in this research is descriptive and associative method. Data collection tehnique is conducted by observation, interview, questioner, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis technique is started from data arrangement, until the step of testing by using double correlation tehnique, determination coefficient, double regression liner, and hypothesis test. Based on result research that obtains correlation data between vertical communication and interpersonal relation as much as 0,186. The influence vertical communication (X1) toward employee work performance (Variable Y) 0,035 meanwhile the influence of interpersonal relation (X2) toward employee work performance (Variable Y) 0,11 determination coefficient 3,5% and the influence of other factor which is not included in this research is as much as 96,5%. The result of counting F hypothesis test ≤ F table is 483 ≤ 3.35 so that Hₒ accepted. It means that there is influence but not significant between vertical communication and interpersonal relation toward employee work performance. Based on this result, the company must keep improving vertical communication and interpersonal relation toward employee work performance in order to be better and increase

Out of them the relationship with teacher, parents and peers is the   most important factor which affects teaching learning process most. The problem under study i.e. measurement of interpersonal relationship and its effect uncovering the hidden reality in educational and scientific system operating in interpersonal relationship between students, teachers, principal and other.The study investigated effect of interpersonal relation on teaching and learning process.100 students were randomly selected from English Medium CBSE affiliated secondary Schools of Ranikhet town named as Bearshiva Senior Secondary School and Army Public School Ranikhet of Uttarakhand in India. Nine general questions were formulated and answered descriptively while nine hypotheses in the study were tested using mean, S.D, median, mode, kurtosis, skewness and Product moment method of Co-efficient of correlation statistic were computed from the total sample. It was found that there is a positive moderate interpersonal interaction with teaching learning process. So the relationship between Teacher-Teacher, Teacher-Student, Teacher-Principal, Student-Teacher, Student-Student, Student-principal, Principal-Teacher, Principal-Student, and Human-interaction affects the teaching - learning process.     DDRel: A New Dataset for Interpersonal Relation Classification in Dyadic Dialogues

    Interpersonal language style shifting in dialogues is an interesting and almost instinctive ability of human. Understanding interpersonal relationship from language content is also a crucial step toward further understanding dialogues. Previous work mainly focuses on relation extraction between named entities in texts. In this paper, we propose the task of relation classification of interlocutors based on their dialogues. We crawled movie scripts from IMSDb, and annotated the relation labels for each session according to 13 pre-defined relationships. The annotated dataset DDRel consists of 6300 dyadic dialogue sessions between 694 pair of speakers with 53,126 utterances in total. We also construct session-level and pair-level relation classification tasks with widely-accepted baselines. The experimental results show that this task is challenging for existing models and the dataset will be useful for future research.Comment: This paper has been accepted by AAAI202

    PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DIMODERASI REGULASI DIRI TERHADAP HUBUNGAN INTERPERSONAL PADA ANAK DIDIK PEMASYARAKATAN (ANDIKPAS) DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN (LAPAS) ANAK KELAS III BANDUNG

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui peranan variabel moderator yaitu regulasi diri dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh variabel independen (pola asuh orang tua) terhadap variabel dependen (hubungan interpersonal) pada anak didik pemasyarakatan (andikpas) di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) anak kelas III Bandung. Penelitian kuantitaatif ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah total 53 subjek. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga jenis skala, yaitu skala pola asuh orang tua, regulasi diri, dan hubungan interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan interpersonal pada andikpas di LAPAS anak kelas III Bandung berada pada kategori cenderung negatif. Terdapat beberapa dimensi dalam variabel independen yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hubungan interpersonal, yaitu authoritative, authoritarian, dan permissive-indulgent. Selain itu, jika variabel moderator disejajarkan dengan dimensi dalam variabel independen, maka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal, yaitu authoritarian dan regulasi diri, permissive-indulgent dan regulasi diri, kemudian permissive-rejecting dan regulasi diri. Dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling positif dan signifikan adalah authoritative dimana memiliki kontribusi sebesar 35,9%. Sementara itu, dari variabel demografis yang diteliti (usia, pendidikan terakhir, dan asal daerah andikpas) serta latar belakang orang tua andikpas meliputi pendidikan dan pekerjaan, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal andikpas. Kata Kunci : pola asuh orang tua, regulasi diri, hubungan interpersonal, andikpas. This study was aimed at investigating the role of moderator variable, which was self regulation in strengthen or weaken the influence of independent variable (perception of parenting styles) toward dependent variable (interpersonal relationships) of the criminals in Juvenile Hall Class III Bandung. Simple random sampling method with 53 subjects was employed as a technique in this quantitative study and three kind of scale, such as parenting styles, self regulation, and interpersonal relation were used as the instruments in this study. The findings obtained show that the interpersonal relationships among the criminals in Juvenile Hall Class III Bandung was in the category that tend to be negative. There were some dimentions on independent variables that had significant and positive influence toward the interpersonal relation, such as authoritative, authoritarian, and permissive-indulgent. Meanwhile, the moderator variable will affect positively and significantly toward the interpersonal relation if it was aligned with the dimention on the independent variable, which were authoritarian and self regulation, permissive-indulgent and self regulation, and permissive-rejecting and self regulation. The most positive and significant influence dimention was authoritative with 35.9% contribution. Then, it was found that there was no significant difference from demographic variable observed (age, last education and criminals’ hometown) and criminals’ parents background included education and profession toward the criminals’ interpersonal relation.
