Implementation of triple-play in heterogeneous network

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace triple-play slu- žeb a zabez- pečení kvality služby v heterogenních komunikačních sítích. Vypracování je zaměřeno na ověření teoreticky nastudované problematiky na reálné situaci a existující síťové in- frastruktuře. Součástí vypracování je tvorba technického řešení, které zajišťuje automatic- kou prioritizaci služeb na základě identifikace a rozdělení požadovaných služeb v síťovém provozu. Vytvořené technické řešení pro zajištění kvality služby bylo navrženo tak, aby bylo řešení možné v síti implementovat, do budoucna přizpůsobovat aktuálním požadav- kům a zajistit tak škálovatelnost.This master thesis deals with implementing triple-play services and providing it’s quality of services in heterogenous comunnication networks. The aim of thesis is to apply the- oretical methods in real case and existing network infrastructure. Practical part aims to create technical solution to prioritize network traffic based on classification of required services. The technical solution is created with conditions of being possible to add more functions and to provide scalability.

ISP Network Management

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je management počítačové sítě poskytovatele připojení k internetu v obci Boleradice. Na základě analýzy manažerských postupů bylo odhaleno slabé místo v monitoringu sítě. V rámci řešení byl zakoupen server, na který byl nasazen pokročilý monitorovací nástroj Nagios. Přínosem této práce je zvýšení efektivity a zkvalitnění managementu sítě a možnost rychleji reagovat na výpadky síťových zařízení.The subject of this thesis is management of computer network managed by internet service provider in the village Boleradice. Based on the analysis of current management practices weakness in monitoring was revealed. In order to address this issue a server was purchased, on which was installed Nagios, an advanced monitoring tool. The benefit of this project is increased efficiency and improved management of the network and ability to quickly respond to outages of network devices.

Web Management System for WiFi Networks

Díky systému je možné se odkudkoliv podívat na stav sítě, realizovat potřebné nastavení zařízení nebo jiné důležité úkony. Systém má pěkné grafické provedení a je vytvořen co nejjednodušeji a přehledně. V první řadě bylo potřeba sestavit seznam funkcí, které by měl systém umět, a tyto funkce pak naimplementovat do systému. Systém umí evidenci uživatelů, jejich služeb, platební historie a dokumentů v PDF formátu. Dále správu a monitoring sítě, komunikační kanály a další dodatečné funkce. Systém má 2 sekce, uživatelskou a administrátorskou. Systém je tvořen za pomocí technologií HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, RRDTool, za pomocí systémového démona Cron a SMStools a využívá JavaScriptové knihovny TinyMCE a jQuery. Na konci vývoje byl systém otestován v reálné síti, kde se odstranily všechny nalezené chyby a systém zoptimalizoval pro větší počet uživatelů a zařízení. Systém pokrývá většinu potřebných funkcí, bez kterých se takovýto systém neobejde.The thesis is focuses on development web applications for the complete administration of WiFi networks. Thanks to the system it is possible to see on the network status from anywhere. The system has a nice graphic design and it is created the most simply and clearly. At first it was needed to establish a list of functions which system should be able to do and then implement them into the system. The system can records of users, their services, payment history and documents in PDF format. Also administration and monitoring of a network, communication channels and other additional functions. The system has 2 sections, user and administrator. The system consists of the help of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, RRDTool, using system daemon Cron and SMStools and uses the JavaScript library jQuery and TinyMCE. In the end of the development the system was tested in a real network, where were remove all detected errors and the system optimized for a larger number of users and equipment. The system covers the majority of necessary functions, without them is this system out of order

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem webového informačního systému pro evidenci uživatelů počítačové sítě. Jedná se o systém, který bude splňovat patřičné návrhové náležitosti a jednoduchou obsluhu pro uživatele. Systém bude také flexibilní a relativně snadno rozšiřitelný, díky požadavku na jeho modularitu a stylům návrhu aplikace. Realizace podléhá návrhu a je kompletní.This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of web information system for accounting computer network users. It is designed with all necessary requisitions but with emphasis on simple use. This system is also flexible and relatively easy to extend thanks to its requirements for modularity and design styles. Implementation is complete and fully subject to concept.

En este documento se expone la configuración implementada para usar el método de VLANs para crear redes lógicas independientes dentro de una misma red física. Varias VLAN pueden coexistir en un único conmutador físico o en una única red física. Son útiles para reducir el tamaño del dominio de difusión y ayudan en la administración de la red, separando segmentos lógicos de una red de área local (los departamentos de una empresa, por ejemplo) que no deberían intercambiar datos usando la red local (aunque podrían hacerlo a través de un enrutador o un conmutador de capa OSI 3 y 4). Más adelante, se expone los resultados de construir una solución de red, que permite la comunicación en internet de los hosts conectados a una red de comunicación entre 3 ciudades, usando el concepto de VLANs, servidores DHCP, entre otros. El presente curso cubre la arquitectura, componentes y operaciones de enrutadores y conmutadores en una red pequeña. Los estudiantes aprenden a configurar un enrutador y un conmutador para la funcionalidad básica.This document shows the configuration implemented to use the VLANs method to create independent logical networks within the same physical network. Several VLANs can coexist in a single physical switch or in a single physical network. They are useful for reducing the size of the broadcast domain and help in the administration of the network, separating logical segments from a local area network (the departments of a company, for example) that should not exchange data using the local network (although they could do it through a router or OSI layer switch 3 and 4). Je rovněž popsáno a implementováno univerzální webové rozhraní pro komfortní správu prvků sítě. The thesis describes possibilities for centralized management of computer network and its graphical visualization. In master thesis has been designed solution which is independent of used operating system, it can be modular and supports new features which can be implemeted in future. Thesis focuses on the analysis of available technologies, current situation, trying to analyze the main problem of communication and settings of network elements. Iinformation system for wireless network management based on MikroTik routerboard

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem webového informačního systému pro správu klientů bezdrátové sítě s využitím routerboardu MikroTik. Jedná se o informační systém, prostřednictvím kterého bude mít poskytovatel internetového připojení trvalý přehled o všech klientech své sítě a zároveň bude moci prostřednictvím systému ovlivňovat parametry nastavení síťových prvků na platformě MikroTik. Kromě toho má možnost monitorovat stav signálu jednotlivých klientů či možnost sledovat množství přenesených dat klienty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první část se převážně věnuje popisu co je to vlastně informační systém, použitým platformám, zařízením, konfigurací serveru a služeb spuštěných na tomto serveru. Druhá část je již plně věnovaná analýze zabezpečení aplikace, případům užití, návrhu databázového schématu a funkčním formulářům. Největší důraz byl kladen v této části na možnosti propojení routerboardu s OS MikroTik s webovým serverem a vlastní otestování aplikace v reálném provozu.The master`s thesis deals with a concept of a web information system, designed to manage clients of a wireless network based on Mikrotik routerboards. The system allows the internet provider to have a great survey over all clients of the wireless network and to manage the settings of Mikrotik based network hardware. Furthermore, it offers an ability of signal strength monitoring and data accounting. The thesis has been split into two sections. The first one describes the information system as such, used platforms, equipment, running services and server configuration. The second section is fully focused on the analysis of the application security, database schema design and functional forms. The strongest emphasis has been put to the conjunction of the Mikrotik OS based routerboards with a web server and to the testing in a real environment.
