    Get PDF
The problem of adaptive asymptotical synchronization is discussed for the stochastic complex dynamical networks with time-delay and Markovian switching. By applying the stochastic analysis approach and the M-matrix method for stochastic complex networks, several sufficient conditions to ensure adaptive asymptotical synchronization for stochastic complex networks are derived. Through the adaptive feedback control techniques, some suitable parameters update laws are obtained. Simulation result is provided to substantiate the effectiveness and characteristics of the proposed approach

Impulsive mean square exponential synchronization of stochastic dynamical networks with hybrid time-varying delays

This paper investigates the mean square exponential synchronization problem for complex dynamical networks with stochastic disturbances and hybrid time-varying delays, both internal delay and coupling delay are considered in the model. At the same time, the coupled time-delay is also probabilistic in two time interval. Impulsive control method is applied to force all nodes synchronize to a chaotic orbit, and impulsive input delay is also taken into account. Based on the theory of stochastic differential equation, an impulsive differential inequality and some analysis techniques, several simple and useful criteria are derived to ensure mean square exponential synchronization of the stochastic dynamical networks. Furthermore, pinning impulsive strategy is studied. An effective method is introduced to select the controlled nodes at each impulsive constants. Numerical simulations are exploited to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theory results in this paper

New synchronization criteria for an array of neural networks with hybrid coupling and time-varying delays

    Get PDF
This paper is concerned with the global exponential synchronization for an array of hybrid coupled neural networks with time-varying leakage delay, discrete and distributed delays. Applying a novel Lyapunov functional and the property of outer coupling matrices of the neural networks, sufficient conditions are obtained for the global exponential synchronization of the system. The derived synchronization criteria are closely related with the time-varying delays and the coupling structure of the networks. The maximal allowable upper bounds of the time-varying delays can be obtained guaranteeing the global synchronization for the neural networks. The method we adopt in this paper is different from the commonly used linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, and our synchronization conditions are new, which are easy to check in comparison with the previously reported LMI-based ones. Some examples are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results

Synchronization Control for Stochastic Neural Networks with Mixed Time-Varying Delays

    Get PDF
Synchronization control of stochastic neural networks with time-varying discrete and continuous delays has been investigated. A novel control scheme is proposed using the Lyapunov functional method and linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Sufficient conditions have been derived to ensure the global asymptotical mean-square stability for the error system, and thus the drive system synchronizes with the response system. Also, the control gain matrix can be obtained. With these effective methods, synchronization can be achieved. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results
