    Bubble tea also known as pearl milk tea is a popular Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Taichung in the 1980s. Nowadays bubble tea shops are really popping up all over the world. Bubble tea shops have mushroomed all around Indonesia over the last few years. In Manado, there are at least three bubble tea brands that are very popular in town, those are Share Tea, Cha Time and Tea Presso. In today\u27s era, the effect of the development of business has brought the business into a very tight competition to gain the attention of customers. In order to create a successful business, it is necessary to understand the factors that motivates consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this research are to identify which bubble tea shop that people in Manado prefer the most and to identify which criteria has major influence in selecting bubble tea shop. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main findings of this research are: 1) Based on the overall result that developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Share Tea become the most preferred bubble tea shop by the consumers with score 0.52, followed by Cha Time (0.29) and Tea Presso (019). 2) Among all the criteria, flavour became the major influence or the key consideration for consumers in selecting bubble tea shop

    Samosir regency is a from North Sumatera province which dominantly people is live on agriculture. The most of the farmers using autodidact learning to determining the types of plants that will be process the appropriate with their land, where farmers just learn from their experiences and exchange opinion with another farmers. Based of the problem, the system will be built by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Genetic Algorithm. The result of the testing from method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained result with consistency ratio values < 0,1, which is -0,5936 while the result of the testing from Genetic Algorithm obtained value of the fitness is 157,25. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained the result more consistent with the value of consistency ratio should be < 0,1, so it will be easier to making decision, while on the analysis of Genetic Algorithm, obtained result are probabilistic as always having random process, so that decision making can not be consistent.     Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, semakin berkembang pula proses pendidikan di Indonesia ini. Menyebabkan banyaknya perusahaan atau instansi-instansi sulit memilih pegawai/karyawan-karyawati yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan ahli pada bidangnya masing-masing. Oleh karena itu menyadari betapa pentingnya memilih calon pegawai yang tepat, maka dirancang program aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan penerimaan pegawai untuk suatu perusahaan yang berbasis dekstop. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah suatu perusahaan dalam pemilihan atau seleksi calon pegawai yang akan diterima. Salah satu metode komputasi yang cukup berkembang saat ini adalah metode sistem pengambilan keputusan (Decisions Support System). Salah satu metode tersebut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Konsep metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah merubah nilai-nilai kualitatif menjadi nilai kuantitatif dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria. Dengan ide dasarnya adalah bahwa alternatif yang dipilih memiliki jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal dan yang terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Implementasi dari sistem ini membutuhkan data kriteria pegawai sebagai data dasar. Data dihitung menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan intensitas kepentingan 1-9 kemudian dikombinasikan dengan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk perengkingan dimana hasil maksimal adalah 1.     Hotel has became the new business that developing quickly in Manado. It is happened due to the Manado tourism city program established by the city government which indirectly opening up the opportunities for the growth of hospitality industry in Manado. The purpose of this study is to analyze the criteria hotel that influence consumer and analyze the most star rating hotel chosen by the people. This research held from May until June 2015 in Manado city. The respondent are 30 person with using purposive sampling technique to determine the respondent. The respondent must have an experience at least spend one night in three star rating hotel (Peninsula, Arya Duta, Novotel). The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare each star rating hotel as the alternatives on each criteria developed based on the star rating hotel criteria and score it by using preference scale. As the result, there are two from four criteria that influence the consumer to choose star rating hotel. Price is the most preferred criteria followed by location in second position. In best hotel result, Peninsula become the best hotel chose by respondent, followed by Arya Duta and Novotel. The star rating hotel management hotel should consider about establish the price adjusted to the location and give the best service to consumer.     The Existence of bank is increasing steadily and rapidly since its inception in financial business industry, and has big influence direct to the public. For bank institution, customer is crucial consideration that bank must pay attention carefully. In order to keep existing customers and for attracting new customers, every banks needs to identify the criteria on which customers determine their bank selection decision because in world today especially in Manado customer faces a lots of choice in selecting which bank they want to patronize. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the significance of bank selection criteria, and how customers rank the factors based on their importance level to patronize banks and banking services. In this research used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in processing the data. The population in this research is those who have been customers of the banks PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk, PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, with purposive sampling to 50 respondents. As the finding, PT. Bank Mandiri becomes the most preferred bank compare to the other two in selecting the best bank. In result of overall criteria, the result shows there are three of seven criteria that have the highest scores, which are banks reputation, convenient location by bank, and high interest rate. Moreover, banks reputation factor becomes the priority criteria to be considered by customer in process decision- making the best bank. Finally, every company in Manado must give more attention to bank selection especially banks reputation, convenient location, and high interest rate as the most influence criteria when people decide to patronize a bank.     Analisis Pengambilan Keputusan Strategi Bisnis dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Usaha Langgang

    Abstract Kemplang Tunu (panggang) is one of the typical snack products from South Sumatra that is very popular by the community. Langgang's business is a new roast camper business established in June 2020.This research on business actors is a first step strategy in business development do that it can last in the long term, this triggers researchers to find out what alternative strategies are in accordance with Langgang's efforts in increasing sales. This research uses descriptive qualitative with Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Expert Choice application as a tool in processing data supporting system decision making. The results of this study showed that internal factors four sub-criteria and external factors four sub-criteria. The results of the decision-making model using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) stated that the alternative business strategy in Langgang business is the development of a new type of taste with an assessment of (0.387), sales via e-commerce with an assessment of (0.290), opening oulet with an assessment of (0.192) and selection of suppliers with an assessment of (0.131). &nbsp; Keywords: Kemplang Panggang, Decision Making, Business Strategy, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Expert Choice &nbsp; Abstrak Kempang Tunu (Panggang) ialah produk olahan istimewa dari Sumatera Selatan dan sangat digemari oleh masyarakat. Penelitian pelaku usaha ini merupakan strategi langkah awal pada pengembangan usaha hingga mencapai bertahan sampai jangka panjang, hal ini memicu peneliti untuk mencari tahu alternatif strategi apa yang sesuai dengan usaha Langgang dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dekriptif dengan Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) dan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) serta aplikasi Expert Choice sebagai alat dalam mengolah data sistem penunjang pengambilan keputusan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal terdapat empat sub-kriteria dan faktor eksternal terdapat empat sub-kriteria.     ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER MENGGUNAKAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

    Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan supplier bahan baku kayu pada CV Fifa Pratama Mebel dengan menggunakan pendekatan AHP. Hasil pengolahan data dengan metode AHP dapat diperoleh lima kriteria dengan tingkat kepentingan secara berurutan yaitu kriteria harga menjadi prioritas pertama dalam pemilihan Supplier ini dengan bobot nilai (0,395), kemudian kriteria berikutnya yaitu kualitas dengan bobot (0,267), prioritas kriteria ketiga yaitu pengiriman mempunyai bobot kriteria (0,144), dan yang keempat kriteria pelayanan dengan bobot (0,098) kemudian prioritas terakhir yaitu kriteria ketetapan jumlah dengan bobot (0,097). Kemudian dengan AHP pula diperoleh bahwa Supplier yang direkomendasikan untuk diprioritaskan dengan memperhatikan kriteria-kriteria diatas adalah Supplier terpilih pertama yaitu Supplier A dengan bobot prioritas (0,351) kemudian urutan prioritas kedua Supplier C dengan bobot (0,346) dan prioritas ketiga yaitu Supplier B dengan bobot (0,306)

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi prinsip–prinsip good corporate governance yang terdiri dari Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency dan Fairness.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan ditetapkannya tiga narasumber menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Setelah itu, hasil temuan diuji keabsahannya dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Pembobotan implementasi prinsip-prinisp good corporate governance menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prinsip-prinsip good corporate governance pada subjek penelitian mendapat predikat baik. Predikat tersebut didapat dari total pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
