Amarketstudywascarriedout,aswellasotherproceduresliketheproductivetechnicalcapacity,thecommercialmanagementprocessfortheproduct,thedeterminationoflegaladministrativeviability,andfinally,theeconomicandfinancialevaluationoftheproject.Therefore,forthemarketstudy,203surveysdistributedtothenationalandinternationalsegmentwereconducted.Thissurveymadepossibletodeterminethetouristprofilerespectively.Theproductisbasedonthreepackagesthatincludenaturalandculturaltourismactivities.Inordertocapturetheattentionofcustomers,amarketingplanwasdesignedaccordingtopromotionandcommercializationstrategiesbyusingmarketingmixcomponentssuchascustomer,cost,coexistenceandcommunication.Ontheotherhand,acommunitytourismassociationwillbeestablishedtosustaintheoperationoftheproduct. Palabras clave: PRODUCTO TURÍSTICO- TURISMO RURAL - PAQUETES TURÍSTICOS.The main purpose of this project is to design a rural tourist product for Riobamba canton, Chimborazo province, by collecting primary, secondary information, and field trips. A market study was carried out, as well as other procedures like the productive technical capacity, the commercial management process for the product, the determination of legal-administrative viability, and finally, the economic and financial evaluation of the project. Therefore, for the market study, 203 surveys distributed to the national and international segment were conducted. This survey made possible to determine the tourist profile respectively. The product is based on three packages that include natural and cultural tourism activities. In order to capture the attention of customers, a marketing plan was designed according to promotion and commercialization strategies by using marketing mix components such as customer, cost, coexistence and communication. On the other hand, a community tourism association will be established to sustain the operation of the product. The financial study determines that the initial investmet will be 162802.13 giving a positive NPV (Next Present Value) of 362950.98andaC/B(Cost/Benefit)ratioof362950.98 and a C/B (Cost/ Benefit) ratio of 3.22, the recovery time of the investment is at the end of the first year reaching an IRR (Internal Rate of Retun) of 79%. It is concluded that Riobamba canton and its rural areas have an important tourist potential because its attractions have transcended over the years. Besides, according to the acceptance of the market by the proposed product, it is importan to structure and implement it. This project will contribute to the strengthening of the tourist activity of the canton and its subsequent socio-economic development as well as the good living of the local population. World Wide Diversity of \u3ci\u3ePhytophthora capsici\u3c/i\u3e

The plant pathogen Phytophthora capsici is a genetically diverse organism that is a global problem. It effects many crops across the Solanacea, Cucurbitacea, andLeguminosea. As a result of the large diversity between individuals (and by extension populations) it has been previously near impossible to make meaningful comparisons between individuals of geographically distinct locations. Here we present the results of applying Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies to a representative panel of isolates. This information and data is further used to demonstrate how this diversity has a functionally relevent effect on a class of proteins responsible for the infectious process. We also demonstrate the application of these technologies and techniques to even lesser studied plant pathogen systems and how they can be used to make intelligent decisions about isolate selection for future studies

    Catalogue of topological phonon materials

Phonons play a crucial role in many properties of solid state systems, such as thermal and electrical conductivity, neutron scattering and associated effects or superconductivity. Hence, it is expected that topological phonons will also lead to rich and unconventional physics and the search of materials hosting topological phonons becomes a priority in the field. In electronic crystalline materials, a large part of the topological properties of Bloch states can be indicated by their symmetry eigenvalues in reciprocal space. This has been adapted to the high-throughput calculations of topological materials, and more than half of the stoichiometric materials on the databases are found to be topological insulators or semi-metals. Based on the existing phonon materials databases, here we have performed the first catalogue of topological phonon bands for more than ten thousand three-dimensional crystalline materials. Using topological quantum chemistry, we calculate the band representations, compatibility relations, and band topologies of each isolated set of phonon bands for the materials in the phonon databases. We have also calculated the real space invariants for all the topologically trivial bands and classified them as atomic and obstructed atomic bands. In particular, surface phonon modes (dispersion) are calculated on different cleavage planes for all the materials. Remarkably, we select more than one thousand "ideal" non-trivial phonon materials to fascinate the future experimental studies. All the data-sets obtained in the the high-throughput calculations are used to build a Topological Phonon Database.Comment: 8+535 pages, 187 figures, 21 tables.
