Науково-технічні товариства України кінця ХІХ – початку ХХ ст.: історіографія дореволюційного періоду

Виділено декілька підгруп літератури з проблематики (ювілейні видання, некрологи, звіти, загальні розвідки про становлення і розвиток освіти, частково інженерної справи та промисловості) й охарактеризовано їхні особливості. Встановлено, що найчисельнішою підгрупою є звітна документація науково-технічних товариств України даного періоду, яка слугує важливим джерелом для вивчення їхньої діяльності. В статье осуществлён обзор публикаций дореволюционного периода, которые освещают вопросы деятельности научно-технических обществ Украины конца ХІХ – начала ХХ ст. В частности выделено несколько подгрупп литературы по проблематике (юбилейные издания, некрологи, отчёты, общие труды о становлении и развитии образования, частично инженерного дела и промышленности), проанализированы их особенности. Констатируется, что наиболее многочисленную подгруппу составляет отчётная документация научно-технических обществ Украины данного периода, являющася важным источником изучениях их деятельности. The article presents an overview of specific publications of pre-soviet period, highlighting the issue of Scientific and Technical Societies of Ukraine in the late XIXth - early XXth centuries. Several subgroups of existing literature on issues are highlighted (anniversary editions, obituaries, reports, general works of the formation and development of education, partly engineering and industry) and their features are characterized. It is found that most numerical subgroup is reporting documentations of scientific and technical societies Ukraine of this period, which is an important source for the study of their work

Книжная графика М.М. Цехановского (к 130-летию со дня рождения художника)

The purpose of the article is to consider the book design works of the famous graphic artist and animation movie director M.M. Tsekhanovsky (1889—1965), using the complex of bibliological, art historical and historiographic methods, to identify the most characteristic features of his creative method, to reconstruct the important stage of biography of the master, analysing previously unpublished archival materials. Already in the very first illustrative cycles, the artist finds his theme: he gives a clear preference to inanimate heroes, spectacularly and clearly depicts the attributes of modern life, symbols of technological progress. Further, making illustrations to the works of S.Y. Marshak, B.S. Zhitkov, M. Ilyin, he refines his artistry and takes the prominent place among the creators of children’s “manufacturing”, technical, popular science books. He manages to adapt the extremely complex topics to the perception of a child, to fill dry language schemes, drawings or geographical maps with lively, exciting content and vivid imagery. The visual series of such graphic works is not a banal pictorial parallel of the text, its explanation, but it leads an independent party, significantly complements and enriches the content of the book. People appear quite rarely in these graphic series; they are treated very schematically and mechanistically, sometimes they seem to be the creations of the world of things and machines, so close to the artist. However, in the best works of M.M. Tsekhanovsky, and above all, in the illustrations to the famous “Post” by S.Y. Marshak, human images are shown generically, and at the same time individualized, endowed with characteristic, memorable features, clearly inscribed in the plot and rhythmic outline of the dynamic narrative. In the heritage of the master, there are also completely different works, indicating that he could become a remarkable animalist, illustrator of fairy tales or “adult” historical and revolutionary works. However, these sides of his talent were not demanded by the technocratic era of the 1920s. Transition of the artist from book graphics to cartoon animation was in some sense predetermined by the very nature of his talent: M.M. Tsekhanovsky was always interested in the problem of plastic transfer of movement and unification of disparate episodes into a coherent story.Цель статьи — рассмотреть книжно-оформительские работы известного графика и режиссера-аниматора М.М. Цехановского (1889—1965), используя комплекс книговедческих, искусствоведческих, источниковедческих методов; выявить наиболее характерные черты его творческого метода; реконструировать важный этап биографии мастера, анализируя не публиковавшиеся ранее архивные материалы. Уже в самых первых иллюстративных циклах художник находит свою тему: отдает явное предпочтение героям неодушевленным, эффектно и доходчиво изображает атрибуты современного быта, символы технического прогресса. В дальнейшем, оформляя произведения С.Я. Маршака, Б.С. Житкова, М. Ильина, график совершенствует свое мастерство, занимает видное место в ряду создателей детской «производственной», технической, научно-популярной книги. Ему удается адаптировать к восприятию ребенка исключительно сложные темы, наполнить живым, волнующим содержанием, яркой образностью суховатый язык схемы, чертежа, географической карты. Зрительный ряд таких изданий не является банальной изобразительной параллелью текста, его разъяснением, но ведет самостоятельную партию, существенно дополняет и обогащает содержание книги. Люди появляются в этих графических сериях достаточно редко, трактуются весьма схематично и механистично, подчас они кажутся порождениями столь близкого художнику мира вещей и машин. Однако в лучших работах М.М. Цехановского, и прежде всего — в иллюстрациях к знаменитой «Почте» С.Я. Маршака, человеческие образы показаны обобщенно и в то же время индивидуализированы, наделены характерными, запоминающимися чертами, четко вписаны в сюжетную и ритмическую канву динамичного повествования. Есть в наследии мастера и произведения совсем иного плана, свидетельствующие о том, что он мог бы стать замечательным анималистом, иллюстратором сказок или «взрослых» историко-революционных сочинений. Однако эти грани его таланта не были востребованы технократической эпохой 1920-х годов. Переход художника от книжной графики к рисованной мультипликации был в каком-то смысле предопределен самим характером его дарования, ведь М.М. Цехановского всегда интересовала проблема пластической передачи движения, объединения разрозненных эпизодов в связный рассказ

Architectural Approach to the Management of the State Program of the «Digital Economy»

The purpose of the work is to build an architectural model of the digital economy, which combines the whole set of fundamental principles of its technological organization, which are embodied in a set of digital technologies, technology links with each other and with the external environment. The following tasks have been solved: — the properties and features of the digital economy are analyzed, — the preconditions for the architectural description of the digital economy are identified, — a stratified architectural model of the digital economy has been developed.It is shown that the architectural model of the digital economy should contain infrastructure and domain specific levels. The first group includes physical laws and technologies for building real and virtual sources of digital data, systems and networks for storing, distributing and processing data, as well as cloud, foggy and dew computations. The second group is the technology of creating data structures and analysis, building digital platforms and applications, creating an ecosystem digital platforms, digital markets and business process models.The basic methodology of the study uses the principles of designing system models developed in the construction of architectures of digital systems of Infocommunications, cloud computing, industrial Internet, big data, overlay services and other technologies of the third platform of informatization.The methodology used allowed us to divide the whole complex process of creating a digital economy into simpler parts — levels and sub-processes; to develop common concepts and terminology; to identify the basic functionality of technologies for all levels of the hierarchy; to form the basic competencies of specialists who study and implement different sub-processes; to simplify the task of organizing the interaction of products that implement sub-processes, etc
