Колективна монографія – результат виконання колективом лабораторії психодіагностики та науково-психологічної інформації трирічної науково-дослідної роботи. У першому розділі проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні підходи до проблеми психологічної культури та її особливостей в інформаційному суспільстві, розглянуто сутність і структуру цього психологічного феномена. У другому розділі представлено результати дослідження чинників психологічної культури, які поглиблюють наукові уявлення щодо механізмів і специфіки формування психологічної культури в наш час. У третьому розділі викладено результати емпіричних досліджень, висвітлено практичні аспекти формування психологічної культури, запропоновано ґрунтовні рекомендації, які розширюють простір для вдосконалення навчально-виховного процесу в закладах освіти та для професійного саморозвитку працівників освіти. Collective monograph - the result of three years research work of the team of the laboratory of psychodiagnostics and scientific psychological information. In the first chapter analyzes theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of psychological culture and its features in the information society, the essence and structure of this psychological phenomenon are considered. The second chapter presents the results of the study of factors of psychological culture, which deepen scientific ideas about the mechanisms and specifics of the formation of psychological culture in our time. The third chapter show the results of empirical research, highlights the practical aspects of the formation of psychological culture, offers recommendations that expand the space for improving the educational process in educational institutions and help the professional self-development of education workers

The internal prerequisites of psychological culture of educational workers

У статті представлено результати теоретико-емпіричного дослідження психологічної культури працівників освіти. Розглянуто сутність цього психологічного явища. Запропоновано операціоналізацію поняття «психологічна культура» в парадигмі діяльнісного саморозвитку. Розкрито її структуру через мотиваційний, ціннісно-смисловий, когнітивний, поведінковий (діяльнісний), рефлексивний компоненти. Розглянуто внутрішні психологічні передумови плодотворної роботи з розвитку психологічної культури. Описано «психологічний портрет» працівника освіти з високим рівнем психологічної культури.In the article was showed the results of the theoretical-empirical investigation about the psychological culture of education workers. Was showed the essence of this psychological phenomenon. It was proposed operationalization of the concept «psychological culture» through the paradigm of activity self-development. У статті представлено результати емпіричного дослідження впливу феномену «зустрічі з Майстром» (Вчителем, значущим Іншим, «транслятором») на процес професійного становлення в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Одним із завдань цього емпіричного дослідження (яке відбувалося за допомогою методу глибинного інтерв’ю) було визначення психологічних механізмів цього впливу. Одним із завдань цього емпіричного дослідження (яке відбувалося за допомогою методу глибинного інтерв’ю) було визначення психологічних механізмів цього впливу. Показано, що на глибину розуміння професійної майстерності іншої людини впливає професійний досвід практичного психолога.In the article was showed the results of the empirical investigation about the influence of the phenomenon «the meeting with the Master» (the Teacher, the Important Another, the Translator, the Inspiring Illustration) on the process of professional becoming in the modern information society. The one of the targets of this empirical research (it happened by method of depth interview) was determination of psychological mechanism of this influence. Features of post-crisis psychological diagnostic of children

В статті представлено принципи психодіагностики дітей, постраждалих від конфлікту на Сході України, Розглянуто прояви посттравматичного стресового розладу у дітей і підлітків. Описано основні види подій, які можуть нанести психологічну травму дитині. Показано, що поведінка дорослих (постійна тривога, болюче і бурхливе переживання подій, емоційні зриви та ін.) сильно впливає на дітей, які особисто не пережили психологічної травми. Сформульовано особливості психологічної діагностики дітей на наявність посттравматичного стресового розладу.At the article is show the principles of psychodiagnostic of children who was injured from the conflict on the East of Ukraine. Was consider the shows the ostents of posttraumatic stress disorder of children and teenagers. Was describe the main kinds of occasion, which can cause a psychiatric disorder too child. Was show that behavior of adult (constant anxiety, painful and violent experiences of events, emotional breakdowns, etc.) have a big influence to children who don’t have any psychological trauma personally. Professional self-improvement: influence of Master’s (Teacher’s) personality and professional success experience on this process

У статті представлено результати емпіричного дослідження впливу феномену «зустрічі з Майстром» (Вчителем, значущим Іншим, «транслятором») на процес професійного становлення і професійної соціалізації в сучасному інформаційному суспільстві. Показано, що цей фактор є надзвичайно важливим для формування такого мотиваційно-цільового утворення, як прагнення до професійного самовдосконалення. Виокремлено особливості особистості Майстра і його професійної діяльності, які здійснюють великий вплив на практичних психологів, зокрема: ефективність професійної діяльності Вчителя; різноманітність варіантів рішень професійних ситуацій, нові психологічні технології, які демонструє Майстер; реальний зразок його власного самовдосконалення та ін.. Визначено психологічні механізми впливу «зустрічі з Майстром». Показано, що на глибину розуміння професійної майстерності іншої людини впливає професійний досвід практичного психолога.In the article was showed the results of the empirical investigation about the influence of the phenomenon «the meeting with the Master» (the Teacher, the Important Another, the Translator, the Inspiring Illustration) on the process of professional becoming and professional socialization in the modern information society. It was illustrate that this factor is very important for the forming of motivational and targeted formation – the ambition to the professional self-development. Was singled out the features of the Master’s personality and its professional function which have a big influence for the practical psychologists during the process of their professional socialization. It may be in particular such features: the efficiency of Teacher’s professional act, the level of its psychological mastery; the variety of decision options of the professional situations, new psychological technologies which demonstrated by Master; the real example of Master’s own self-development will stay the general guide for the result and the process of the practical psychologist’s self-development.
