Актуальные вопросы стратегии медицинского обеспечения транспортной отрасли Украины на пути интеграции в европейское сообщество

В статье представлен краткий обзор отечественных и зарубежных литературных данных относительно состояния здоровья водителей и влияния этого фактора на транспортную аварийность. Анализ действующих в Украине нормативноправовых документов в области определения пригодности водителей к управлению автотранспортом показывает несоответствие украинского законодательства требованиям международных консенсусов в этом кластере. Автором представлены основные стратегические подходы к адаптации украинской нормативной базы в области медицинского обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения к общеевропейским требованиям с учетом обязательного внедрения системы стандартов качества в систему медицинского обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения.У статті представлений короткий огляд вітчизняних та іноземних літературних даних відносно стану здоров’я водіїв та впливу цього фактору на транспорту аварійність. Аналіз діючих в Україні нормативноправових документів у галузі визначення придатності водіїв до керування автотранспортом показує не відповідність українського законодавства вимогам міжнародних консенсусів у цьому кластері. Автором представлені основні стратегічні підходи до адаптації української нормативної бази у галузі медичного забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху до загальноєвропейських ви мог із урахуванням обов’язкового впровадження системи стандартів якості у систему медичного забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху.In the article a brief review of the Ukrainian and foreign literature sources about the state of health of the drivers and its influence on the transport accident rate is given. The analysis of the existing Ukrainian normative documents in the sphere of the drivers’ adequacy to the automobile transport driving determination reveals the inconsistency of the Ukrainian legislation to the requirements of the international consensuses in this cluster. Проведено аналіз даних літератури і результатів особистих багаторічних досліджень щодо вивчення детермінованості показників соматовегетативних, психомоторних та особистих якостей людини, їх зв’язку з індивідуальними особливостями психофізіологічних функцій в процесі виробничої діяльності. Розроблені критерії і методи оцінки функціонального стану людини при різних видах діяльності, проведенні психофізіологічного професійного відбору операторів, а також у курсантів в процесі навчання, становлення і розвитку професійних навичок. Зроблено висновок про важливу роль індивідуально5типологічних властивостей вищої нервової діяльності у формуванні професійних навичок і праці операторів.The analysis of the literature data and of long5term own researches results on studying genetic determinancy of somatovegetative, psychomotor parameters, and personal qualities of the person, their connection with specific psychophysiological functions is carried out during occupational activity. Panov  Odessa National Medical University* Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Medicine of Transport of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Odessa Article            The article provides substantiation of actions for the formation of the medical prevention system and for the medical support of professional activity of commercial transport drivers on the example of shuttle taxi drivers. Information about the work conditions of the shuttle passenger transport drivers, the results of psycho-physiological and clinical examinations of drivers are presented in the article. The health condition of 200 shuttle taxi drivers and 100 non-commercial transport drivers was examined. The conclusions about the necessity of reformation of the existing system of medical provision of commercial transport drivers in accordance with European standards are made. The necessity of further research in the field of medical support of commercial transport drivers is demonstrated.Keywords: commercial transport, occupational health, working conditions and health of drivers, health monitoring

Выраженность и динамика реактивной и личностной тревожности как интегральный показатель адаптационного потенциала у больных алкогольной зависимостью

Исследовано изменение частоты и выраженности реактивной и личностной тревожности больных алкогольной зависимостью разных профессий до и после стрессопсихотерапии. Сделан вывод, что эти характеристики могут служить интегральными показателями потенциала адаптации у больных с данной патологией и прогностическими критериями качества лечения.The changes in the incidence and degree of reactive and personality anxiety were studied in patients of various professions with alcohol addiction before and after stress psychotherapy. The author concludes that these characteristics can be used as integral parameters of adaptation potential in patients with this pathology as well as prognostic criteria of the treatment quality

Мобильный помощник водителя в выборе стратегии вождения

В статье предложена система оптимизации транспортных потоков города на основе мобильного помощника водителя в выборе стратегии вождения. Система в реальном режиме времени на основе данных о работе перекрестков рекомендует водителю параметры движения. При использовании системы большинством водителей возможно достижение эффекта самоорганизации транспортной системы и перехода в режим «зеленая волна» по всем направлениям движения.У статті запропоновано систему оптимізації транспортних потоків міста на основі мобільного помічника водія у виборі стратегії водіння. Система в реальному режимі часу на основі даних про роботу перехресть рекомендує водію параметри руху. При використанні системи більшістю водіїв можливе досягнення ефекту самоорганізації транспортної системи і переходу в режим «зелена хвиля» в усіх напрямках руху.In article, the system of optimization of transport streams of the city on the basis of the mobile assistant to the driver in a choice of strategy of driving is offered. The system in a real mode of time on the basis of the intersections given about the work recommends movement parameters to the driver. When using system by the majority of drivers possibly achievement of effect of self-organizing of transport system and transition to a mode “a green wave” in all directions of movement

Состояние регуляторных систем организма водителей автотранспорта по данным вегетативного баланса

Проведено вивчення вмісту сумарних катехоламінів крові і стану вегетативного балансу у водіїв автомобілів різних вікових груп. Виконане дослідження показує, що під впливом професійної діяльності водіїв автомобілів і із| збільшенням віку і стажу роботи спостерігається чітка і достовірна тенденція в зміні вегетативного статусу, а також певна стадійність цього процесу. Так, спочатку констатується феномен одночасної тривалої активації обох відділів ВНС з наступним переважанням тонусу парасимпатичного відділу.Зареєстровані нейродинамічні зміни в стані вегетативної нервової системи у водіїв автотранспорту під впливом професійної діяльності показує напруження систем регуляції гомеостатичного рівня функціонального стану їх організму і демонструє необхідність подальших досліджень після розробки ефективних схем корекції дисрегуляції і удосконален ня системи реабілітаційних заходів.The studying of summary blood catheholamines contents and the vegetative balance state under СIG data of different ages groups of transport drivers were conducted. Made investigation shows that under the influence of transport driver professional activity and with age and length of service increasing, one can see reliable tendency in vegetative status change and also defined stageness of this process. So, firstly, the phenomena of simultaneous lengthy activation of boss VNS parts with further predominating of parasimpatical part tone. Registered neurodinamical changes of transport drivers vegetative nervous system state under the influence of their professional activity show the stress of homeostatic level regulating systems of their organism functional state and demonstrate the necessity of further investigations of disregulation correcting effective scheme develop and rehabilitating measures system improvement
