Glossário de sinais HTML em Libras: uma abordagem pela comunicabilidade das pessoas surdas

Abstract

A presente dissertação surgiu da proposta de quando fiz o Curso de Sistema de Informação, no ano de 2005, na Univercidade, e depois no Curso de Analista de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Especialização em Engenharia de Software, no Estácio. Neste último, o intérprete não era um profissional de qualidade na prática Libras e com total desconhecimento da área de informática. A Lei da Libras e da Acessibilidade foram importantes, mas a carência de intérpretes de Libras na área de informática persistia. O presente Curso de Mestrado Profissional da Diversidade e Inclusão – CMPDI – da UFF foi uma oportunidade para criar um glossário de informática com o foco em HTML como produto. O objetivo e justificativa desta dissertação é atender ao anseio e à necessidade de suprir a lacuna que falta na área de informática. HTML é uma linguagem de marcação de hipertexto, de modo completo para distribuir com facilidade nas escolas, faculdades e trabalhos da tradução/interpretação dos intérpretes. Baseando-se nas fundamentações tecnológicas e suas inovações tecnológicas, como o uso de HTML5 e dos Estudos Léxicos e Terminologia de Língua de Sinais até a criação de sinais-termos específicos para HTML na área de informática. Metodologicamente, utilizamos levantamento bibliográfico, coleta de sinais gerais e específicos da HTML e criação de sinais-termos, com os procedimentos metodológicos, pela equipe de pesquisadores de referência da área de informática, através do Grupo de Pesquisa: Instrução de Libras como L1 e L2, orientado e organizado pela Orientadora da dissertação. O resultado e a análise foram discutidos em relação ao uso comum do léxico e da ausência do uso específico de HTML. Como produto, foi criado um Glossário de sinais-termos HTML na área de tecnologia.This dissertation arose from the proposal when I studied the Information Systems course in 2005, at Univercidade and then in Estácio to study Systems Development analyst and specialist in Software Engineering. At Estácio, the presence of an Interpreter was not a quality professional in the use of Libras and the total lack of knowledge of the IT area. With the Libras and Accessibility Law, but the lack of Libras interpreters in the IT area still persists. This Diversity and Inclusion Professional Master's Course - CMPDI / UFF was an opportunity to create a computer glossary with a focus on HTML as a product. The objective and justification of this dissertation is to meet the desire and need to fill the missing gap in the IT area. HTML is a hypertext markup language, complete for easily distributing in schools and colleges, interpreters' translation/interpretation work. Based on technological foundations and technological innovations, such as the use of HTML5 and Lexical Studies and Sign Language Terminology to the creation of specific sign-terms for HTML in the IT area. Methodologically, we used a bibliographical survey, collection of general and specific HTML signals and creation of term signals, with methodological procedures, by the team of “expert” researchers in the IT area through the Research Group: Libras Instruction as L1 and L2 guided and organized by the dissertation advisor. Result and analysis were discussed regarding the common use of the lexicon and the absence of specific use of HTML. As a product, we created a Glossary of HTML terms-signs in the tecnology area.133 f
