HUBUNGAN PAPARAN PESTISIDA DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA PETANI BAWANG MERAH DI KECAMATAN WANASARI, KABUPATEN BREBES

Latar belakang: Penggunaan pestisida yang tidak memperhatikan standar penggunaan dapat meningkatkan paparan pestisida yang berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah. Hasil studi pendahuluan menemukan petani melakukan penyemprotan 2-3 kali seminggu dengan mencampurkan 2-5 jenis pestisida dan tidak menggunaan alat pelindung diri lengkap. Dari 20 petani, terdapat 14 petani mengalami hipertensi dengan rata-rata tekanan sistolik 141 mmHg dan rata-rata tekanan diastolik 91 mmHg. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan paparan pestisida dengan kejadian hipertensi pada petani bawang merah di Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 101 petani bawang merah berjenis kelamin laki-laki di Desa Wanasari dan Jagalempeni yang diambil menggunakan teknik Consecutive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa 62 (61,4%) responden mengalami hipertensi, masa kerja ≥20 tahun 58 (57,4%), dosis pestisida tidak sesuai aturan 78 (77,2%), lama kerja ≥6 jam 43 (42,6%), jenis pestisida ≥2 jenis 98 (97%), frekuensi penyemprotan >2x seminggu 69 (68,3%), arah angin berlawanan 73 (72,3%), penggunaan APD tidak lengkap 78 (77,2%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan variabel masa kerja (p=0,015), dosis pestisida (p=0,006), lama bekerja (p=0,003), frekuensi penyemprotan (p=0,007), arah angin penyemprotan (p=0,0001), dan penggunaan APD (p=0,0001) dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Masa kerja, dosis pestisida, lama bekerja, frekuensi penyemprotan, arah angin penyemprotan, penggunaan APD memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada petani bawang merah di Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes. Model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dengan Bunga Majemuk

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai model EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dengan bunga majemuk. Model ini merupakan perluasan dari model EOQ klasik dimana dalam perhitungan biaya penyimpanan persediaannya diwakili oleh biaya peluang dari modal terkait. Modal diperoleh dari pinjaman bank, kemudian modal tersebut digunakan untuk membiayai pengadaan persediaan meliputi biaya pemesanan, biaya penyimpanan, dan biaya bunga, oleh karenanya biaya total merupakan akumulasi dari ketiga komponen biaya tersebut. Komponen biaya bunga ini adalah bunga majemuk, berbeda dengan model EOQ klasik yang menggunakan bunga sederhana. Tugas akhir ini menyajikan perluasan dari model EOQ dasar yang memodelkan bunga majemuk dan mengembangkan persamaan kuantitas pesanan optimal sehingga memperoleh total biaya optimal. Simulasi numerik dilakukan di PT. Optima Delta Internusa berupa pemesanan bahan baku Galvalume. Dengan menerapkan metode ini, perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar 82,82% untuk total biaya persediaan dalam periode satu siklus pemesanan

NILAI-NILAI SOSIAL DALAM LIRIK LAGU “DOA PENGOBRAL DOSA” KARYA IWAN FALS

This study aims to describe the social values contained in the lyrics of Iwan Fals' song entitled "Doa Pengobral Dosa". The theory used is the social value according to Notonegoro which is classified into several kinds. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data collection stage uses literature study. The technique used is the note-taking technique. After collecting data, the next step is the data analysis stage. The data were analyzed descriptively. Then the presentation of the results of data analysis is presented using verbal language in writing. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the song "Doa Pengobral Sin" is very thick with social values. Starting from moral values, religious values, spiritual values are contained in it. This is well described by Iwan Fals through the figure of a mother who works as a prostitute to raise her children in the lyrics of the song. REPRESENTASI PERLAWANAN WANITA DALAM FILM “MARLINA SI PEMBUNUH DALAM EMPAT BABAK”

This study aims to determine about how media industry describe the struggle of women facing the threat of crime from men out there by displaying their subjectivity through androgynous personalities. this topic is very interesting to study, because androgynous personalities quite helping to pushing women to become like a men who has strong figure, tough, independent, and brave figure against social injustice to carry out heinous activities to gain power of themselves. As presented by the movie “Marlina Si Pembunuh Dalam Empat Babak”. The movie conveys information to audiences about territory that still creates the existence of gender bias towards women. It is based on the reconstruction from the real reality in the Sumba territory, it can be seen how women fight the system that exists in the midst of patriarchal tradition. This study using standpoint theory, liberal feminism, and three other concepts such as representation, women resistance, and female masculinity that leads to masculinity. This study uses a qualitative approach focusing on interpretive descriptive which is critical in Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis method through lexia analysis and five existing reader codes which is hermeneutic code, pro-aretics code, symbolic code, cultural code, and semik code. The data of the research is collected through observing a scene that will be used as a source of object and conclusions that will be analyzed about Representation of Women Resistance in movie “Marlina Si Pembunuh Dalam Empat Babak” by taking documentation results from a few scenes which will be screenshot. The result of discussion carried out in this study shows the empowerment of women in carrying out their subjective actions against the patriarchal system that makes them gender biased. Because the media show the audiences that they often get repercussions from the patriarchal system that has shaped people’s view into deviant ideologies from various stereotypes of women. The stereotype considers women as people who are used to taking care of household domestic affairs as the Javanese proverb says: masak, macak, manak. This is a form of violence against women that often afflicts various oppressions that occur anywhere and anytime. The social system treats women unfairly because they have arbitrarily influenced them. This leads to the cultural element of feminism that will never stop instilling the ideology of the media to opress minorities. So that the audience will form the meaning of what the mass media displays for blaming the victims. Basically women are always used as a victims of sexual harassment or abuse because they deserve to be treated harshly by men. Besides that, showing movies in Indonesia also spreads elements of social construction unfairly which have created social inequality to bring down women and prioritize men as a domination of all aspects of life socially, legally, and politically. However, this makes them dare to come out of their roots of oppression by displaying an androgynous personalities as having a strong, tough, and independent figure. This is for the sake of continuity in the next life in order to have social welfare freely without any worries about the threat of men out there. Therefore, the media can represent when spreading ideology with positive things to be a material for improving the audiences’ point of view when looking at the depiction of gender. That way the audiences can receive information critically in shaping the meaning of the message that does not just take it for granted, but still has awareness when consuming what is displayed by media content. Graf bintang Sierpinski 〖SS〗_n dengan n≥1 didefinisikan sebagai graf yang dibentuk dari segitiga Sierpinski. Satu titik dalam graf bintang Sierpinski 〖SS〗_n merepresentasikan satu segitiga dalam segitiga Sierpinski, sedangkan sisi-sisinya adalah sisi persekutuan dari setiap dua segitiga dalam segitiga Sierpinski. Pelabelan-k total tak reguler sisi pada graf bintang Sierpinski didefinisikan sebagai fungsi dari gabungan himpunan titik dan himpunan sisi dari graf bintang Sierpinski ke k bilangan asli sehingga bobot setiap sisinya berbeda. Bobot sisi uv didefinisikan sebagai jumlahan dari label titik u, label titik v, dan label sisi uv. KONSTRUKSI SOSIAL DALAM FILM PENDEK KUDAPAN SPESIAL KARYA BAGAS SATRIO: SEBUAH KAJIAN SOSIOLOGI SASTRA

This study aims to describe and identify the social construction and its impact to stay at home dad in Kudapan spesial short movie by Bagas Satrio. Problems that brought in this short movie comprise of narrative structure as well as social construction of reality which is included on the short movie. In purpose to reveal the social construction of reality that contained in Kudapan Spesial short movie, this study used the method of descriptive analysis with approach of sociology of literature study. Theories that used in this study includes narrative structure that compromise elements of story and plot, characterization, time order, problems and conflicts, space, purpose, pattern of narrative structure, theory of social construction of reality, and theory of sociology of literature study. Pengantar Grup Topologi

"Topologi memiliki beberapa cabang berbeda, diantaranya topologi umum, topologi aljabar, topologi diferensial, dan topologi komputasi. Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada aljabar topologi, khususnya grup topologi serta contoh - contoh grup topologi. Grup topologi adalah kombinasi grup dan topologi yang dilengkapi dengan fungsi kontinu. Hal yang dibahas meliputi struktur grup topologi dan contoh serta beberapa sifat yang berkaitan dengan subgrup. Tugas akhir ini secara berkelanjutan menganalisis stuktur topologi pada ruang Euclid R dan grup general linier GL(n,R). Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, sebuah himpunan tak kosong dapat dibangun menjadi grup topologi dengan membuktikan fungsi jarak atau metrik pada himpunan terbuka dan mendefinisikan pemetaan kontinu pada topologi itu sendiri. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BERAS ANALOG DARI TEPUNG MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour) DAN RUMPUT LAUT (Eucheuma cottonii) TERHADAP IMT, HDL, LDL DAN RASIO LDL/HDL PADA TIKUS OBESITAS

Latar Belakang : Beras analog yang terbuat dari tepung mocaf dan rumput laut sebagai pangan alternatif yang mengandung kandungan serat bermanfaat dalam menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beras analog terhadap IMT, kadar LDL, kadar HDL, dan rasio LDL/HDL. Metode Penelitian : Pada beras analog dilakukan uji organoleptik dan uji kandungan serat. Perlakuan tikus menggunakan penelitian eksperimental dengan randomized control pretest posttest group design. Intervensi diberikan selama 28 hari pada 36 ekor tikus Sprague Dawley, terdapat 6 kelompok perlakuan: 2 kelompok kontrol ( K+ dan K-) dan 4 kelompok perlakuan (P1, P2, P3 dan P4). Setelah perlakuan dilakukan uji terhadap IMT, kadar HDL dan kadar LDL pada tikus. Uji statistik untuk mengetahui perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menggunakan uji Paired t-test. Analisis perbedaan intervensi menggunakan uji Oneway Anova dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc LSD. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji organoleptik yang disukai panelis pada aspek rasa, aroma, warna, dan tekstur adalah beras analog dengan konsentrasi 15%. Pada uji serat menunjukkan bahwa kandungan serat pangan tertinggi terdapat pada beras analog 15%. Pemberian beras analog dengan konsentrasi 0%, 5%, dan 15% pada tikus putih secara oral selama 28 hari berpengaruh secara signifikan (p=0,000) terhadap peningkatan kadar HDL, penurunan IMT, kadar LDL dan rasio LDL/HDL. Kesimpulan : Pemberian beras analog berpengaruh secara signifikan (p=0,000) terhadap peningkatan kadar HDL, penurunan IMT, kadar LDL dan rasio LDL/HDL. The problem in this research is the weak work ethic of the main character Juki in the comic Si Juki Vs Dompet 1 Blank. This research is library research using qualitative methods and using a literary sociology approach. The results of this study contain the work ethic of Juki's character in living his life at work. The characterizations in this comic are dramatic. The groove used is a mixed flow. The setting of time and place is explained through illustrations in comics. The results of the research on Juki's weak work ethic include humorous characters and lazy natures but have an unyielding nature behind all of them Juki also has a wasteful nature. DECISION MAKING USING FUZZY DECISION TREE ALGORITHM C4.5

Data mining is a technology for exploring complex and large data to find the useful patterns. One of the data mining processing technique is classification. Decision tree is a data mining technique that can be used to convert a lot of data into a decision. The purpose of this final project is to determine the decision rules on the data obtained from the Heart Failure Prediction Dataset that contain the patient’s examination result from various observations. The method used is literature review and case study simulation on the datasets of fuzzy decision tree which is a combination of two methods, fuzzy and decision tree. The fuzzy concept is applied to optimize the attributes in the dataset, then these attributes are used to determine the decision rules with a decision tree using the C4.5 algorithm. The result shows that there are 47 decision rules to determine the patient's decision who have heart failure or normal based on the attributes obtained from the data. Fuzzy decision tree is enable to be used with linguistic and numerical values using fuzzy during construction or when the classification of new cases. Fuzzy decision tree can improve the ability to understand decision tree when using quantitative attributes with the addition of fuzzification which aims to determine decision rules from numerical data so that it becomes better because it uses membership degrees in fuzzy concept.
