Investigation on recognition of concept of plastics among students in faculty of education

本学の教育学部に所属する１年生を主な対象として、プラスチック概念に関する認識調査を行った。得られた調査結果を分析して現状をまとめた。「軽い」、「丈夫」、「加工しやすい」などのプラスチックに共通する性質やプラスチックの原料が石油であることを認識しているものの、プラスチックがどのような成分から構成されているか、そして、石油からどのようにプラスチックが作られているのかについての知識の定着がなされていない。また、プラスチックにはいくつかの種類が存在することを多くの学生が認識しているものの、それらの個別の特性については把握していないことも判明した。以上のことから、教育学部学生において当該概念の十分な認識には至っていないと結論づけられた

Examination of the relationship between participation in salons aimed at care prevention through the promotion of social participation and the subsequent cost of care: A 3-year prospective follow-up study in JAGES

Many previous studies have found that social participation improves the health and functional maintenance of older people. However, to determine whether promoting social participation can prevent functional decline in the elderly, it is necessary not only to compare the prognosis of those who participate in social activities to those who do not but also to demonstrate that the intervention was effective in promoting social participation. Although the effect of social participation in preventing caregiving has been demonstrated, the key question is whether preventing functional decline through social participation can reduce care costs. This study aims to examine the relationship between participation in salons aimed at care prevention through the promotion of social participation and the subsequent cost of care. We use the Japan Gerontological Evaluation Study (JAGES) dataset to conduct longitudinal, individuallevel analysis. We focus on all residents 65 years and older who did not have a without disability in Taketoyo town and ran three regression analyses. First, a generalized linear model (GLM) with Tweedie distribution and log-link function, as well as robust estimation of variance components was used to estimate the dependent variables. Second, we used an inverse probability weighting (IPW) model to minimize selection bias. Finally, we performed the IV analysis. In this study, the GLM with IPW and IV models revealed link between salon participants and lower caregiving costs. The link between participation and caregiving costs was confirmed in a model with reduced selection bias, rather than in a simple GLM model

Achievements and challenges of a public elementary school learning assistance project

山梨大学教育学部では，教員を目指す学生の資質を高めるために独自の取り組みとして地域学習アシスト事業を行っている。週１回の活動を１年間継続することに加え，大学教員・教職大学院の院生でカンファレンスチームを組み，毎回の活動ごとに振り返りを行う。令和５年度の参加学生５名に対して活動前後で教師効力感の比較を行った。その結果，教師効力感の得点が有意に上昇した。特に，「能力のある子どもに適切な課題を与えることができる」，「騒いだり，うるさくする児童を落ち着かせるのは苦手だ」という項目で顕著な変化が認められた。その要因として，①チームカンファレンスによる支持的フィードバック，②アドバイスに基づく成功体験，③学級の学生，学級担任，加配の教員を観察することによる代理体験が考えられた。課題としては，難しい児童に関わることが求められるため，学生の心理的ケアを含めたサポートが必要であると考えられた

A Study on Understanding the Division of Pure Decimals

本研究の目的は，小数のわり算において，１より小さい数でわったときの商の大きさと被除数の関係について，児童の解釈の実態とその背後にある考えを明らかにすることである。実践授業では，１より大きい数でわったときと同様の場面で１より小さい数でわる問題を考えた。立式はできるが，数直線の図がかけない，特に数直線の矢印がわからないという実態が出てきた。その背景には，「かけ算の逆算がわり算であるが，÷0.8になるかけ算が何になるのか」「帯小数でわる場合と同じように数直線がなるはずだが，矢印の向きが逆になっていいのか」という迷いがあることが明らかとなった。商と被除数の大きさの関係については÷１を基準として大きくなったり，小さくなったりすることを考えることで大小関係を理解する姿が見出された

Process and Psychological fluctuations of Vocational selection as a teacher

本研究は，教員養成課程における教職支援の一助として職業選択としての教職に対する心理的揺らぎを明らかにすることを目的とした。教員志望に経年変化の見られた教育学部２，３年生を対象にインタビュー調査（半構造化面接）およびアンケート調査を行った。教員志望意識が低下しているグループと上昇しているグループの幼少期から大学入学後に至るライフラインチャート曲線からそれぞれの傾向や特徴について分析を行った。インタビュー内容をテキストデータ化した上で共起ネットワークを作成し，教員志望意識上昇グループと下降グループの質的な違いや特徴について言語の結びつきによる比較検討を行った。分析の結果，上昇グループにおいてはこれまでの体験から形成されてきた具体的かつポジティブな先生像と自分とを結びつけている可能性が示唆され，下降グループにおいては職業としての一般的な教師像と自分のアイデンティティを照らし合わせながら「教職選択への再考」「教師の適性への再考」が生じている状態であることが明らかになった

TCR Repertoire Analysis During Therapeutic Interventions in Liver Diseases Using Next-Generation Sequencing

Background and Aim The T cell receptor (TCR) can recognize a vast number of antigens and is closely associated with the pathogenesis of various diseases including autoimmune diseases and malignancies. However, the clinical significance of the TCR repertoire and its post-treatment changes remain unclear in liver diseases. Methods We performed next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based TCR analysis using DNA obtained from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy donors (HD, n = 5), primary biliary cholangitis (PBC, n = 5), autoimmune hepatitis (AIH, n = 5), and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, n = 5) and evaluated the changes after treatment. Results Baseline TCR repertoire analysis demonstrated that TCR clonotype usage is restricted and diversity is low in all three disease groups (PBC, AIH, and HCC), particularly in PBC and AIH compared to HD (p < 0.05). Following treatment, clonotype usage and diversity did not change significantly, except in AIH, where diversity decreased further (p < 0.05 for clone Shannon diversity and clone evenness). Disease-specific usage of TCR beta genes and specific changes after therapy were observed in all groups. Analysis of clonotypes shared with other individuals (public clonotypes) revealed that nine public clonotypes in PBC, eight in AIH, and eight in HCC disappeared after treatment. Motif analysis identified one characteristic motif (NQPQH) in PBC. Conclusions The diversity of the TCR repertoire, TCR beta chain usage, clonotypes, and motifs and their post-treatment changes are disease-specific in each liver disease, indicating that further TCR repertoire studies are needed to accelerate the understanding of liver disease pathogenesis from an immunological perspective

A Case Study on the Adaptation Process of One-to-One Computing Environment among a First-Year Teacher

本研究は，新任教師が入職してから１人１台端末の環境にどのように適応していくのかについて，新任教師Aの１年間を分析することで事例的に把握することを試みた．結果，実践記録の分析からは，授業技術や学級経営に比べると１人１台端末の活用については日々強く意識しているわけではないこと，学級経営や授業の進め方にゆとりが出てくると端末の活用に意識がいくこと，端末活用にはタイピングスキルや端末活用のルールづくりといった準備期間が必要でありその期間を乗り越えると学習の基盤となる活用へ向かうこと等が示された．また，感情推移のグラフの分析からは，１年間を通じて端末活用に関するモチベーションには波があること，モチベーションの高低の背景には，長期休業というイベントの存在や何を重視して教育活動を展開するのかというA教諭の信念や考えが影響している可能性等が示された
