With this collective leadership model, the Gontor Islamic Boarding School will eventually become a modern institution whose survival does not depend on a single kiai as the supreme leader. Thus, Islamic boarding schools are expected to be able to foster and produce Islamic human resources
Multiple Intelligences-Based Learning Strategies for Islamic Religious Education in Private Elementary Schools
This research examines the application of multiple intelligences-based learning strategies in Islamic religious education learning in several elementary schools in Medan, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors, to assess the effectiveness and challenges in supporting diverse learning. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach to examine multiple intelligences-based learning strategies in Islamic religious education in four Elementary Schools (SD) in Medan, namely Panca Budi Private Elementary School, Anbata Plus Elementary School, Shafiyyatul Amaliyah Elementary School, and Brigjend Katamso Private Elementary School, through observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model and testing the validity of the data through triangulation. The research results show that teachers plan to prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments based on multiple intelligence strategies. A multiple intelligences approach to religious learning recognizes each student's unique intelligence, increases their engagement, and expands the development of numerous relevant aspects of intelligence. This strategy encourages students' learning motivation and creates an inclusive environment while teachers adapt the centre's syllabus and use multiple learning methods. Evaluation is based on the student's learning process and intelligence, with the school and parents actively supporting this process. Although supporting factors include teachers' mastery of the material and student's interest in learning, some obstacles include limited perceptions about Islamic religious education, a limited evaluation system, and a lack of supervision of teaching by school principals and school supervisors. The implications of this research contribute to educational literature on integrating multiple intelligence strategies in religious learning, which opens up space for further research development

Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, and data validity checking was done by triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that all elements of the profession are aligned with the internalization of the values of religious moderation in education, both in terms of curriculum subject matter and strengthening teachers' understanding of the concept of religious moderation in Indonesia. The limitation of this study is that researchers have yet to conduct empirical research related to moderation education on the object of research. This research implies that moderation education in educational institutions in Indonesia needs to be expanded, considering the Indonesian state, which consists of various ethnicities, tribes, and cultures. This research is original in terms of the data found, and the analysis carried out, which shows that moderation education according to public perception is very important to be developed, especially in Indonesia
This research examines junior high school social studies teachers' technology pedagogy content knowledge (TPACK) and how this knowledge influences acceptance of technology in online teaching and learning. In this study, the quantity approach was applied, while the type of research is descriptive explanatory. A total of 875 social science teachers were surveyed in East Java Province. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS version 20 software was used during data analysis. Perceived utility (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) are highly impacted by TPACK. Moreover, PEU substantially affects PU, which has been demonstrated to impact behavioural intention to use (BIU) and an attitude toward use (ATU) significantly. As a result, TPACK is essential to adopting online teaching and learning, and its PU is crucial to instructors' attitudes regarding and continuous use of it. It is possible that the characteristics of this sample do not accurately reflect Indonesian social science educators. Research on the potential effects of additional variables, like self-efficacy or social science teacher performance, would be interesting. The integration of TPACK and TAM is examined in this study to generate a conceptual framework based on empirical data

Ibnu Khaldun's Constructivism in Islamic Religious Education: Case Study at the FAI Masters at Singaperbangsa University Karawang
Ibn Khaldun's works, such as al-Muqaddimah, contain elements that can be linked to the principles of constructivism. In Islamic education, constructivism can be interpreted as an approach that values students' active role in constructing their knowledge. This research aims to analyze Ibn Khaldun's constructivist thinking in the context of Islamic religious education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, focusing on a particular case to be observed and analyzed carefully until complete. The data source this time was carried out at Singaperbangsa University Karawang in the Islamic Education Masters study program. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman analysis flow, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research results show that according to Ibnu Khaldun, constructivism in education can be carried out through social relationships in building (constructing) students' understanding. By providing freedom in determining lecture contracts, determining groups in building an understanding of the material to be presented, and determining references or referents based on case studies for problem-solving, educators provide space and time for discussion. So that students can reflect on their experiences and build an understanding of the world in which they live. This research is limited to the thoughts of figures from an Islamic education perspective. The findings of this research are relevant to Ibn Khaldun's constructivist thinking, which states that building a person's understanding can be done through social interaction with the environment and people around him
The Relationship between Perpendicular Management and Mastery of Memorizing Al-Qur'an in Haflah Khatmil Qur'an Activities
This paper explores the relationship between perpendicular management and completeness in memorizing the Qur'an, specifically how well perpendicular can motivate, move and evaluate the achievement of learning the Qur'an. With this management, many students remember one year, so studying is enjoyable. A qualitative study with case studies was conducted at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Wonosobo. Interviews were conducted with the tahfidz teacher and the khaflah khatmil Qur'an activity committee, to ensure the connection between perpendicular management in memorizing the Qur'an and the completeness of memorization. Data analysis techniques apply data collection, presentation, reduction and verification. This study shows that PPTQ Al-Asyariyyah emphasizes vertical management for santri so they quickly complete the memorization of the Qur'an. The steps of perpendicular management include consistency, persistence, focus, regularity, straightness, routine, and commitment. Santri who can apply these steps will complete their memorization more quickly, because perpendicular management has a reciprocal relationship with the completeness of memorizing the Qur'an. The implication of the research is to implement vertical management for tahfidz Qur'an institutions to achieve better results. Research contributes to the development of the tahfidz Qur'an program, particularly in Islamic boarding schools. This study develops its setting and orientation by linking perpendicular management to the completeness of memorizing the Qur'an. This shows the prominent role of vertical management because some instances show that intelligence only guarantees complete memorization of the Qur'an
