PENGARUH SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT DAN E-WOM TERHADAP MINAT DAFTAR MAHASISWA DALAM PROGRAM IISMA
This study aims to examine the influence of social media engagement and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on students’ interest in applying for the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 152 student respondents aged under 18 to 24 years old. The data analysis used in this study includes validity testing, reliability testing with Cronbach’s Alpha, and multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence between variables. Data were processed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and regression analysis. Testing using the structural equation model (SEM) shows that students’ engagement with social media content, especially on Instagram, and the positive reviews they receive, have a positive impact on their interest in applying for the IISMA program. These findings suggest that an active, interactive, and informative communication strategy on social media can increase students’ interest in the program. Therefore, the IISMA program organizers are encouraged to develop more engaging content and expand their information outreach through social media platforms
Strategies for Empowering Small and Medium Enterprises to Promote Sustainable Tourism in Tourist Villages: A Systematic Literature Review
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial drivers of sustainable tourism in rural communities, yet their potential is often constrained by structural challenges. This systematic literature review, conducted using the PRISMA protocol covering publications from 2020 to 2025, analyzes empowerment strategies for MSMEs in tourism villages, focusing on Indonesia and the Philippines. The findings reveal that leadership, digital innovation, and capacity development are essential for strengthening economic resilience, environmental preservation, and cultural conservation. Successful cases, such as Ponggok Village (Indonesia) demonstrate how an integrated approach—combining stakeholder collaboration, technology, and training—can enhance operational efficiency and expand market access. However, barriers such as uneven infrastructure, low digital literacy, and dependence on external funding persist, necessitating local policy interventions. This study underscores the need for inclusive governance models that prioritize marginalized groups (e.g., women and rural entrepreneurs) and align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 8, 9, and 11). The limitations of this research include its geographical focus on Southeast Asia and the predominance of short-term case studies. Future research should explore long-term impacts and develop measurable frameworks applicable to diverse socio-economic contexts. This paper contributes to the discourse on inclusive tourism development by providing actionable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and academics to leverage MSMEs as catalysts for sustainable rural transformation
Measuring Hybrid e-Logistics Service Quality from B2C e-Commerce
Purpose: This study aims to test and analyze two hybrid models of logistics service quality (LSQ) and their influence on satisfaction, loyalty, and purchase intent in the future. The context of this research is business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce with a case study on Tokopedia. This study integrates the traditional LSQ model that adds 3 dimensions, namely order availability, order returns, and quality assurance consisting of the quality of personnel contacts, handling of order non-conformities, and the return process.
Method: The survey was conducted by distributing a questionnaire through a google form. Respondents were selected based on predetermined criteria, and data were analyzed using structural equation modelling to examine the relationship between research variables.
Result: The results of the study showed that 6 hypotheses were supported and 4 hypotheses were not supported. Order accuracy, order availability, ordering procedures, and quality assurance affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affects loyalty, and loyalty affects future purchase intention. Hypotheses 1, 2 and 5, namely the influence of timeline, order conditions and information quality on customer satisfaction are not supported. Hypothesis 9 is also unsupported, which suggests that customer satisfaction has no significant effect on future purchase intention
Pimpin, Peduli, atau Kehilangan? Transformational Leadership, Ethical Climate, dan Dampak Physical Work Environment Pada Turnover Intention Pekerja Generasi Z
Generation Z, which currently dominates the workforce, has high expectations for work-life balance, material rewards, and supportive physical work environment (PWE). This study explores the influence of transformational leadership (TL), caring ethical climate (CEC), and physical work environment (PWE) on turnover intention (TI) among 317 Generation Z workers across various sectors in Indonesia. Study findings reveal that transformational leadership (TL) directly reduces turnover intention (TI; β = - .70; p < .05), though the mediating effect through caring ethical climate (CEC) is not significant; only evident under low physical work environment (PWE) conditions. Results also show that physical work environment (PWE) plays a significant moderating role (β = - .63; p < .05), strengthening the positive impact of caring ethical climate (CEC) in reducing turnover intention (TI). In other words, a conducive physical work environment (PWE) not only enhances comfort, but also supports the creation of an ethical culture that more effectively lowers turnover intention (TI). This highlights that physical factors in the workplace have a substantial impact, both directly and indirectly, on employee retention. This study underscores the importance of transformational leadership (TL) and the management of physical work environment (PWE) in enhancing the loyalty of Generation Z workers, with results providing strategic insights to improve retention through a holistic approach.
Service Sector Output and Economic Growth In Nigeria: An Autoregressive Distributive Lag and ECM Approach
Purpose: Recent technological advancements in manufacturing have diminished employment opportunities for low-skilled workers, particularly in developing economies, resulting in slower job creation and productivity growth. In light of this challenge, many nations are seeking alternative pathways to stimulate economic expansion. This study examines the potential of Nigeria's service sector as a driver of growth, focusing on the impact of key sub-sectors, Education (EDU), Real Estate (RES), Health Services (HES), and Trade (TRD) alongside government regulation (proxied by inflation).
Method: The study uses Central Bank of Nigeria data (1981–2023) and applies econometric techniques, including the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, Johansen Cointegration test, and Error Correction Mechanism (ECM). These assess stationarity, long-run equilibrium, and short-term dynamics. The ADF test confirms stationarity after first differencing, while cointegration reveals five long-term equilibrium relationships.
Result: HES significantly boost short-term economic growth, while TRD has a positive but insignificant effect. RES negatively impacts growth, whereas EDU shows an insignificant negative link. To improve performance, the study recommends increased healthcare investment, sustained public administration expansion, and financial reforms to strengthen the service sector, mitigating adverse effects and promoting sustainable growth

THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Observations of the leadership and various employees at the Pasuruan Regency Education and Culture Office indicate that employee performance remains suboptimal, primarily due to insufficient emotional intelligence, which hampers their ability to manage personal emotions and interact effectively with others. This deficiency adversely affects their thoughts and actions. Additionally, there is a notable lack of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), characterized by employees' reluctance to assist colleagues with incomplete tasks and limited interaction among peers, which complicates the provision of advice when encountering work-related issues. From the performance assessment survey results indicate that employee initiative and cooperation are considered lacking. This can lead to suboptimal work performance, which will have an impact on the company's sustainability. Therefore, this study was conducted to further discuss this issue.
Furthermore, employees exhibit a preference for solitary work and display dissatisfaction when required to engage in teamwork. Moreover, the absence of incentive from both superiors and colleagues results in employees neglecting their respective responsibilities and failing to assist one another. The work atmosphere is detrimental due to loudness and lack of cleanliness, resulting in decreased employee comfort and ultimately diminishing performance. This study's results revealed a substantial simultaneous impact on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, there exists a partial significant effect of Emotional Intelligence, organizational citizenship, and work environment variables on employee performance. The motivation variable is recognized as having no meaningful influence
