    厦门地区高层住宅中间户型的室内风环境模拟和分析

    自然通风设计一直都是改善人居环境的重要手段,通过对厦门地区户型的整理与分析,提炼出高层住宅中间户型的几种典型形式。运用CFD的方法,针对住宅中不同的内天井和凹口形式进行模拟,如内天井的有无、对位布置与错开布置、封闭与否,以及凹口所在的不同位置,分别讨论其不同形式对高层住宅中间户型的风环境所产生的影响。模拟结果的对比和分析表明,非封闭内天井和凹口均对室内风环境有较大提升,封闭内天井会降低局部楼层室内风环境的质量。国家自然科学基金资助项目(编号:51778549);;厦门市建设局科技计划资助项目(编号:XJK2015-1-5

    Microaneurysm detection method based on Canny edge detection and appearance feature

    糖尿病性视网膜病变进行早期筛查可以减少疾病的发展并且阻止随后的视力损害。微血管瘤是糖尿病性视网膜病变的早期临床症状,可以通过微血管瘤检测对糖尿病性视网膜病变进行早期筛查。针对眼底图像中视网膜血管、视盘、渗出物以及微血管瘤之间的相互关系,在红色通道和绿色通道加权图上定位出视盘,在绿色通道上采用基于简单统计的自适应双阈值Canny算子进行边缘检测,并进行封闭区域的填充。设定阈值消除大面积对象并移除视网膜血管、视盘和渗出物得到微血管瘤的候选区域,最后根据形状特征和颜色特征从候选区域中得到真正的视网膜微血管瘤。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效提取视网膜眼底图像中的微血管瘤,敏感性和阳性预测值分别达到92%和86%,优于现有一些典型的微血管瘤检测方法,能够精确地检测出微血管瘤,可用在糖尿病性视网膜病变早期筛查中。The early screening of the diabetic retinopathy can restrain the development of disease and prevent the subsequent vision impairment.The microaneurysm is the earliest clinical sign of the diabetic retinopathy,and its detection can perform the early screening for the diabetic retinopathy.Considering the interrelation among the retinal blood vessel,optic disc,exudates and microaneurysm in the eye ground image,the optic disc is located in the weighted images of the red channel and green channel.The adaptive dual?threshold Canny operator based on simple statistics is adopted in the green channel to perform the edge detection,and fill the enclosed region.The threshold is set to eliminate the large area objects,and remove the retinal blood vessel,optic disc and exudates to acquire the candidate area of the microaneurysm,in which the real retina microaneurysm is obtained according to the shape feature and color feature.The experimental results show that the method can extract the microaneurysm in the retina eye ground image,the sensitivity and positive predictive values can reach up to92%and86%re?spectively,the method is superior to some typical microaneurysm detection methods,can detect the microaneurysm accurately,and is useful for the early screening of the diabetic retinopathy.国家自然科学基金项目(60827002);福建省自然科学基金项目(2012J05116);福建省教育厅项目(JA13037

    玻璃浆料薄膜的微接触转印制备

    在使用玻璃浆料对MEMS器件进行封装的过程中,中间层即玻璃浆料薄层的厚度、宽度等参数会对封装强度和气密性等产生至关重要的影响。为了有效控制玻璃浆料层的宽度、厚度,文中首次研究了利用微接触转印方法进行玻璃浆料薄膜的制备。在对微接触转印工艺流程和微接触转印装置的优化设计之后,采用了不同厚度的凸模进行了玻璃浆料的微接触转印实验。实验结果表明:通过微接触转印可以制得表面光滑边缘整齐的玻璃浆料薄膜,其宽度随着凸模厚度的减小而减小,厚度基本保持不变;在凸模厚度为70μm时,获得了玻璃浆料薄膜的宽度和厚度分别为200μm和52μm,可控性较高

    Quantitative Study on Walking Space Around Residential Rail Transit Stations in Beijing

    Firstly, the key factors affecting the convenience and comfort of walking around Beijing residential rail transit stations were confirmed through questionnaire, the most significant factors respectively are the degree of walking detours and the street ground-floor commercial facilities, then quantitative researches were carried out on the two factors. 13 residential stations in Beijing were selected, and the coefficients of detours both under current situation and the scenario of open communities were calculated, moreover, the current situation was compared with other domestic and foreign cities. The distribution of street ground-floor commercial facilities around 13 stations was investigated, and the Huilongguan station was analyzed in details. The result shows that the degree of walking detours around residential stations in Beijing was relatively serious, and significant factors are, for instance, closed communities and road network. There are relatively continuous underlying commercial facilities over half of the sites, and the facilities around a few of stations were insufficient, the density of street ground-floor commercial facilities within 500 meters of Huilongguan station was 2.42 per 100 meters, which is far less than the walkable standard

    Clinical observation of laser treatment for central serous chorioretinopathy choroidal diseases and study on relationship between visual acuity with leakage location

    AIM:To analyze the low energy laser photocoagulation under treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)correlation of clinical effect and visual acuity with leakage location.<p>METHODS:Using low energy laser on the leakage point in the parafoveal and 53 cases of central serous chorioretinopathy patients underwent laser closed, drug treatment group and 33 cases as control. Comparison of two groups was observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, ocular fundus, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)changes, fundus optical coherence tomography technology(OCT)examination, visual acuity improved in degree, and the relationship between the cure rate, relapse rate. All 126 cases were associated with visual leakage location analysis. <p>RESULTS:The cure rate of lasercomparison: 4 weeks after operation, the cure rate was 92.5%. The drug therapy group at 4 weeks after treatment cure rate was 30.3%.The two groups were compared(<i>P</i><0.01), and there was significant difference. The laser group and treatment group after treatment in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, in March June, and there was significant difference(<i>P</i><0.01). The medicine group the recurrence rate was 12.1%, the lasertreatment group and recurrence rate was 11.3%. The two groups were compared, no significant difference(<i>P</i>>0.05). Nonparametriccorrelation analysis method to compare the relationship between visual acuity and fluorescence leakage point location, the correlation coefficient(<i>r</i>=0.216, <i>P</i>=0.0001), there is a positive linear correlation between. <p>CONCLUSION:The leakage point in the parafoveal outside in early stagelaser in the treatment of low energy laser, can shorten the course of disease, improve the cure rate of visual acuity and clinical, and improve the visual quality, but can not reduce the recurrence rate. There is a positive correlation between visual acuity and leakage location, clinicalguidance for prognosis and treatment
