Összefoglalás: Manapság a kreatív látásmód és az egyéni gondolkodás sok szakmában a siker kulcsa. Az iskolai oktatás nagy része azonban mégsem erről szól. Hol adhatunk teret a gyermekekben rejlő kreatív megismerésnek? A kisgyermek még csak tehetségígéretnek tekinthető. Figyelni kell a komplex fejlesztésre, hogy testi, lelki és szociális értelemben is egészséges emberekké váljanak. Tehát az egyoldalúságot kerülni kell. A tehetségfogalom változásai és a tehetségazonosítás

This study analyzes the main conceptual changes in the public perception of talent and talent identification with a historical approach. It shows that the concept of talent has moved away from intelligence tests in a much more complex direction today. It indicates that the social context of talent and the topics of talent management have become much more important than before. The debate between the concepts of egalitarian and elitist talent is philosophically rooted, so it cannot be resolved by empirical research. The analysis also provides a brief overview of the current state of the test industry used to identify talent, with particular reference to the paradigms behind the tests. Finally, the study argues for the need to innovate methods for talent identification

Language awareness competition for secondary school students ----- Education of Hungarian as L1 requires an approach and methods that place much greater emphasis on students’ own language experiences. The aim of this article is to present the principles and methodological aspects of a competition that invited secondary school students to submit language diaries. The aim of this competition was to test a model of teaching Hungarian as L1 which focuses on real language problems and is based on the one hand on the theory of problembased learning (PBL) and on the other hand on Language Management Theory (LMT). The competition was motivated by the fact that the method had not been tested before, based on the language experiences and reflections of students in public education
